Due Gets His Due In Upper Mount Bethel
This race is significant for another reason. Henckel was one of Ron Angle's loudest critics. It appear that in his home town, the Northampton County Bulldog still has a bite.

You own views are appreciated, especially if they differ from mine. But remember, commenting is a privilege, not a right. I will delete personal attacks or off-topic remarks at my discretion. Comments that play into the tribalism that has consumed this nation will be declined. So will comments alleging voter fraud unless backed up by concrete evidence. If you attack someone personally, I expect you to identify yourself. I will delete criticisms of my comment policy, vulgarities, cut-and-paste jobs from other sources and any suggestion of violence towards anyone. I will also delete sweeping generalizations about mainstream parties or ideologies, i.e. identity politics. My decisions on these matters are made on a case by case basis, and may be affected by my mood that day, my access to the blog at the time the comment was made or other information that isn’t readily apparent.
It is a blessing in disguise for Judy.
ReplyDeleteRon Angle was maybe the loudest critic but there were many others voicing concerns about the direction in which Upper Mount Bethel was going.
ReplyDeleteThere is not much about Henckel that you can say was good. At the cost of everything else, her environmental agenda trump'd all. 90% of office paperwork was all environmental issues.
The entire board of supervisors, except Hallet, went along with her endless BS. Hallet exposed scandal after scandal, Henckel tried to cover them up, Bernie O'Hare blew the lid off of this cesspool. The town manager didn't want to report the embezzlement even although it was a unanimous decision from the board. The local rag-sheet, called the Express-Times, took little note of it despite numerous calls.
