On October 9, at the Wind Gap Fire Hall, 7 pm, the Slate Belt Chamber of Commerce will host a candidates' night for state house candidates. Incumbents Joe Emrick and Marcia Hahn will square off against their challengers, Joe Capozzolo and Leslie Altieri. I will provide more details as they emerge.

Remember Leslie supported the NIZ!!!
Remember Joe Cap is a DINO. He did nothing for 8 years as Mayor of Bangor. Nothing!
Did someone wake up Dave?
Dave, where is the police consolidation issue?
The devil you do know is a better choice than the devil you do know. Vote for Joe!
Just being Mayor of any borough for 8 years is doing SOMETHING. Anonymous critiques is doing less than nothing.
I have watched Joe Cap's participation in our community as an employer, a mayor, and an advocate of veteran rights. He has actively made our area a better place to live. He really cares and whoever says otherwise is simply uninformed.
That means a lot coming from someone who will not even identify themselves. Nice try Joe..
Dave is that you?
Dave Houser continues to suck the life out of Bangor. mayor Brown is taking $10,000 of tax dollars this week for training at Notre Dame. What a waste of money. Have heard he is quitting before the end of his term. Cant handle the heat. Bangor is sinking folks. Man the lifeboats!
