Forget the murders, robberies, drugs, theft, vandalism, poverty and self-interested politicians. But who the hell does something as sick as shooting a small dog in its owner's back yard?
Alot of outright thugs in my town, to be quite frank. That notorious machete attack after an instructional day at William Allen (Tory?) High School took place not so far from my place of residence. I'm always glad to be away at work when the Circus gets out for the day, to tell the naked truth.
We here in the City With No Spending Limits have a record-smashing minor league Palace of Sport on the way, though, so I am now encouraged and full of hope.
