Wednesday night, developer Abe Atiyeh announced that he had a certificate of occupancy (CO) for the West Easton Treatment Center, and that would be open for business within the next thirty days. But when he spoke, he was unaware it was only for the fire suppression system.
According to county engineers, some construction needs to be completed before the final CO is issued.
Updated 9:45 AM: Abe just sent a corrected CO to the County, indicating he is ready to roll.

Stoffa and Attiyh, the blind leading the blind. No surprises here!
It's a minor administrative SNAFU getting paperwork filed to allow admitting pigs, otters and witches. Should be cleared quickly.
Heh, heh.
But it was really built for angry addicted druggies and alcoholics who blame all their problems on others.
The only witches, otters and pigs at the place are the hallucinations of the addicts going through withdrawal.
Truth Smackdown!
Somebody must have just taken her drug cocktail.
Bernie, substance abuse is a shameful secret in the animal community. I hope the SNAFU is resolved quickly. There's nothing more tragic than a pig or otter spiraling into the darkness of addiction.
I can't speak for the same issue among witches. I did have an experience in the Mojave in the late 60s that left me with hallucinations of a bottle-blonde in a drum circle around a cauldron. I always attributed it to the peyote, however.
Warm regards,
