In the surest sign of Spring I know, the robins are back are back in town. I saw one today at while "running" along the tow path. About five minutes later, I saw a bunch of them, shitting all over the place.
"Robin, I'm Fatman."

I have been seeing robins every day this week. It sure is spring
anada Geese eat far more than do robins. Higher input=higher output.
Robins used to migrate but as the climate changes not only are fewer bird species migrating, but those that do are beginning to do so at different times - and that can disrupt breeding patterns.
I saw my first this past week. They do go south to golf in the winter. I thought it was early for them then I remembered that blizzard we had on St Pats day in the 90's the Robins were here at that point and were congregating on the black parts of the roadways (maybe for warmth). Something a little more amazing is, yesterday I was biking in and around Jacobsburg State Park, I saw Dandelions blooming. I know this is about a month early, as one of my friends makes wine from them and she always collects them the 3rd week of April. I really love this weather and didn't miss the cold or snow this winter , however I hope it isn't a portent of extreme climate change. If it is get ready for 90* in May.
One of Ron Angles properties in UMBT has hundreds of robins in the winter time. This land has warm springs that draw them to this food plot. If he did not buy it, this land would have been all built on.

They are resident 12 months but at least they're not as dirty as the Canadian Geese are...

If robins stopped migrating, they must have been hiding somewhere. i saw none over the Winter, and I was looking.
that's because i shot all the little bastards i could find just to ruin your day
It's usually a good thing to see red breasts. Erin go Braless!
ARJEN ROBBEN is red hot having scored seven goals in Bayern Munich's last four matches.
Nine goals in his last five games if you include Robben's brace for Holland opposite England at Wembley Stadium in London ...
