If you have decided to vote at your local precinct, tomorrow is your day. If you're unsure where that is, you can find out here. If you voted by mail and want to make sure your ballot was received and processed, you can track that here. If there is no record that your mail-in ballot has been received, you can cast a provisional ballot on Tuesday at your voting precinct. I have a friend who sent a mail-in ballot but forgot to sign the return envelope. She can cure that mistake today or tomorrow.
My votes: President - Kamala Harris (a vote for stability over chaos); Senate - Bob Casey (at least he lives here); Congress - Lou Shupe as a write-in (I won't vote for a Sue Wild, who parked in a handicapped spot and failed to respond to two requests for an explanation); Attorney General - Eugene DePasquale (he was very independent and effective as auditor general); Auditor General - Malcolm Kenyatta (I like his proposal for clawbacks on state grant awards that go sour; Treasurer - Stacy Garrity (Democrat Erin McClelland's background is human services, not finance); State Rep. - Anna Thomas (I would like my state rep to be transparent and accountable, and Joe Emrick is neither).
This is how I voted. I am making no predictions. Please feel free to make your own last-minute arguments. Just remember that the more vitriolic you get, the more you spoil your own arguments.
I predict this election result will be heavily disputed no mater which candidate is announced as winner. This has been, and will continue to be, an ugly period in American governance.
ReplyDeleteMy expectation is Donald Trump will receive the greatest amount of legitimate votes, including my own. Overwhelming evidence of a Trump victory has been plain to see in the hearts and minds of random, average citizens across the nation for many months.
For the most part, I believe any incumbent politician SHOULD be defeated. As a collective, they’ve failed us all.
Anna Thomas needs to get a job. 27 years old, still lives at home with Mommy. Say what you will about Emrick, at least he has real world experience.
ReplyDeleteAre you better now than you were when Trump was President???
ReplyDeleteyes
Deleteabsolutely
DeleteAbsolutely better. More secure job and better pay. I rather have a job than cheaper Gass because we are drawn into a recession and higher inflation over a tariff gimmick.
DeleteIs this country better off now than 4 years ago?
ReplyDeleteDid Harris ever accomplish anything in her life, did she tell us how she will solve all the problems caused by Biden Yes or no
ReplyDeleteHow was Trump's 4 years in office compare to the last 4 years?
ReplyDeleteDo you want the left-wing lunatics running America if you do vole Harris?
ReplyDeleteVote Ryan Mackenzie.
ReplyDeleteThat is all.
Kenyatta has liens and tax problems.
ReplyDeleteTrump has bankruptcies and felony convictions.
DeleteVOTE HARRIS - Ethics and democracy above all. Also, my job is more secure and retirement is the highest it has ever been because of a record setting market. 4M more than pre-pandemic and low unemployment. Harris will protect social security and Medicare where trump will divest it and break the America promise. I also believe Harris will create a coalition administration.
ReplyDeleteThe 34 count convicted felon who tried to over throw an election and supports dictators, disrepects the Constitiution is NO friend of democracy. There is justified reason that trumps former cabinet members say he is unfit for office. His very own Generals said that. He did not fire them, we the people fired him.
I'm voting for the peace candidate. I'm voting for the only president since Carter to start ZERO WARS. I'm rejecting the candidate of warmongering neo-cons, like Dick Cheney and Bernie O'Hare and our profiteering defense contractors who've made a fortune off Ukraine. I'm voting for Trump.
ReplyDeleteRemember when you bury your head in the sand, another part of your body is raised and very exposed for exploitation.
DeleteDown ballot blue, man! Gotta flush that tangerine fecal stain and all his orange corrosion out of every office everywhere!
ReplyDeleteIt's nice that you have a county executive bragging about how important it is that everyone gets a chance to vote. But when it comes to the COs of northampton County your mandated. Nope no voting for you, your mandated. Because they are so short staffed. Officer that get mandated were told to bad can't vote.
ReplyDelete6:25, You have a constitutional right to vote. While Pa has no law requiring employers to give you time off to vote, I would insist on jail administrators or other COs who have voted stand in for you while you go and vote. I hope this is resolved. Please let me know.
DeleteIt's 'you're' not 'your' and it's 'too' not 'to' genius
DeleteI don't think you recall your last article about the problems at the jail. COS a not allowed to stand in for other COS anymore. For any reason. We used to cover each other for certain reasons like this or family events, family emergency, vacation or milestone in your life. Now since the administration can't staff the place it's FU with a smile on your face. Had an officer today on 7th yes 7th mandated shift in a row.
Delete12:42, First this is about election picks, not your grievances. Second, I do recall what I write, which is why I allowed the comment. Third, I did contact administrators and am advised they will do everything they can to ensure that mandated COs who need to vote can do so. Now let's stay on topic, shall we?
DeleteSo the women of the United States are about to hold the largest referendum against the white male patriarchy the world has ever seen. And we’re all here for it. Y’all MAGA really thought you can strip the freedoms away from women in this country without any repercussions? Yall are fools, and you’re about to find out. But you weirdos just couldn’t help yourselves, you had to try to control them. With your oversized egos too big for you to manage. You had to try to take them backwards. Look at you now, as you’re on the precipice of making history with the rest of us. And you have to be forced to say for the first time in your life the words Madam President. And to a woman of color at that.
ReplyDeleteDamn, what a beautiful thing. Watching you dwindle down to the misogynistic scum that you really are.
#yourwifevitedforkamala
The women of the United States are poised to deliver the largest referendum against the entrenched white male patriarchy in history—and we’re all here to witness it. Did MAGA really believe it could strip away women’s rights without facing consequences? Foolish. But you couldn’t resist, could you? Your oversized egos demanded control, pushing you to drag us backward.
And look at where you are now, standing on the edge of a new era, with history in the making alongside the rest of us. Soon, for the first time, you’ll have to say the words “Madam President”—and to a woman of color, no less.
It’s poetic justice, watching you exposed for the misogynistic scum you’ve tried to hide.
#YourWifeVotedForKamala
Kelly Keegan is a strange person
DeleteAllentown School District is closed today due to political rally.. Reason given: Safety of students and staff. REAL Reason: Teachers and staff needed to fill empty seats at Kalamity Hair-Ass Rally
ReplyDeleteRighy
DeleteThe only chaos from a Trump election comes from Democrats. Remember their actions for 4 straight years? This time will be worse unless Trump actually becomes the "dictator" they claim he is and clamps down on the bullshit and throughly disinfects the swamp, and cleans out the career bureaucrats and Obama hanger-ons....
ReplyDeleteThe only problem is that Trump is the swamp that he claims he was going to drain
DeleteThere are things that I want to write, but I’ve written them before.
ReplyDeleteI’m just going to say, God bless America and all Americans.
There really is no argument. Harris is the lesser of two evils. Trump is a lowlife loser and Harris is unqualified to be president but I'll take my chances with her.
ReplyDeletegood luck Pal you will needed
DeleteTo all those who are voting mostly on my body my choice abortion issue....as a woman I ask that you consider other things that can effect your girls, your children. The immigrants coming in and abusing and killing our children, consider if your girl spent a lifetime in sports to win one day and having that taken away by a transgender guy. Imagine your girls in locker rooms and bathrooms with men! These issues are out of your control if the country continues to allow this. As for other policies just to set the record straight you are hearing lies about trump policy. He does not plan take away social security. He wants to keep it fund it and not tax it . He never said he would ban abortions. Another lie. He saved us money when he was in office. He built a stronger economy and military. He kept us safe in the world. Despite covid the cost of things were less of and as for your girls who when very young and unable to understand the consequences of changing gender want a sex change or blockers bhe wants to protect them until they're old enough to make an informed decision. I just don't understand how a woman can vote for anyone but trump
ReplyDeleteR- Lucifer tRUMP D- Medusa harris - bend over real Americans, we are screwed either way.
ReplyDeleteLife long Republican, hunter/gunowner and have voted for Trump in the past. I vowed never to vote for him after Jan 6th, yet somehow I was actually back on the fence as recently as this summer. Far too many individuals from his past administration and military leaders have stepped forward and explained that he does not know what he is doing and that he is unfit for the office and a potential danger to the country. Listening to him at his rallys these past few months has opened my eyes a little bit to the truth of what damage he could do. I would LOVE to not vote or cast a protest vote elsewhere, but will hold my nose, vote for Harris and pray we get through the next 4 years while hoping that a worthy Republican emerges in that time.
ReplyDeleteJust remember. She admitted to wanting the filibuster gone. She admitted to wanting to pack the Supreme Court. Too risky for me, and I can’t stand Trump.
DeleteYeah, if only the Senate didn't start fucking around with SC nominations years ago and politicizing everything - Harry Reid probably started it, Mitch McConnell absolutely demolished it. Don't think packing the court is a smart idea, but staggered 18 year term limits and strict control and rules on the process of nominating and placing candidates on the court need to be established. Every President regardless of party should have the right to place 2 on the court each term.
DeleteEither way, tomorrow will go down as one of the worst days in American history. We Americans will be responsible for our own demise as we decided that trump or harris is the best we can do. Look in the mirror and hang your heads in shame.
ReplyDeleteIf you like inflation, high energy prices, no border men in girl sports, sex change operation for peop[e in jail, maybe world war 3, harris is your person.
ReplyDeleteThank you! I voted for her early and I continue to vote for her as often as I can!
Delete@8:20
DeleteCongrats, you bought into all the propaganda- you sir, are a full blooded maga cult member!
A vote for Kamala Harris is a vote against religious liberty and a vote for anti-Christian bigotry. She specifically hates the Knights of Columbus. A vote for Harris is a vote for even MORE children in addition to the 325,000+ known to be trafficked into sex slavery or other forms of servitude. A vote for Harris is a vote for the continuation of unfettered mass migration at America's borders. A vote for Harris is a vote for women to be trafficked into prostitution by cartels. A vote for Harris is a vote for more and more Americans dying of fentanyl poisoning. Basically, a vote for Harris is a vote for the cartels to run America like they are running California. A vote for Harris is a vote for America to never again be energy independent and for people to suffer with high groceries prices, increase gasoline costs for their vehicles, and making it nearly impossible to afford to heat and cool our homes. A vote for Harris is a vote for increasingly high inflation. A vote for Harris is a vote for more cheap Chinese goods flowing into America and more manufacturing done overseas resulting in even more huge losses for American jobs. A vote for Harris is a vote for more taxpayer funding to Iran and Ukraine. A vote for Harris means no restrictions on abortions up to and including the birth of full-term 8 pound infants. A vote for Harris means having no parental rights when school counselors advise children to have their genitals mutilated. A vote for Harris is a vote for the complete destruction of America. I can't live with any of that. Who can?
ReplyDeleteGeez, do you watch Faux 'News' much? What about Newsmax and OAN? Listen to that clown on WAEB in the mornings after sleeping on your my pillow all night?
DeleteI don't give a rats butt about your made-up religion and gods. Keep them away from my laws.
DeleteFirst of all if somebody needs instructions on where to vote or when to vote they probably shouldn't be voting in the first place. Having said that, Kamala is a piece of litter laying on the street while Trump is a full-fledged smelly rotten garbage landfill. She is getting my vote. Anybody who votes for orange man is a lowlife gullible sheep.
ReplyDeleteAmen brother!
Delete4 Years later are you better off that you were?
ReplyDeleteDow Jones Industrial Average
Nov 2020 = 26,691
Nov 2024 = 42,052
Yes - you and the country are MUCH better off.
Compared to the rest of the world the US economy is head and shoulders above everyone else. There is a reason that both Russia and China are attempting to interfere, influence and agitate the social fabric of our country. Its because they cannot compete with us and look to drag us down, don't buy their bullshit.
Illegal immigration is an issue that needs to be addressed, but its also a sign of how bad things are in other countries and the opportunities that are seen here in ours. Nobody is clamoring to get into Russia or China and be a part of their economy.
You have no understanding of basic economics: the elites have done very well, the middle class has been crushed!
DeleteI have never missed a vote in the 55 years since I was eligible, even when I was overseas several times serving my country. I have always voted independently, for the person not the party. In this case I feel I am being forced to vote for the least of the two evils. My soul tells me to sit this one out. That is how deep my distrust and destain of these two runs.
ReplyDeleteI agree. For me it comes to her wanting to do away with the filibuster and pack the court. That will change the country forever and not in a good way. Trump is Trump. Says a lot of dumb shit. She talks a good game but behind the scenes the plan, like Obama said, is to fundamentally change America.
DeleteFor me it comes down to the 1st Amendment - When I see the likes of Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, Tim Walz lament on the citizens ability to speak their mind, and that they are the arbiters of fact from fiction I have a problem with that. In light of the government working with social media and large media conglomerates to suppress non-approved narratives (which is real fascism), I have no choice but to vote for the alternative. Hunter Bidens laptop was real, and the current president has cognitive issues even though the press said otherwise.
ReplyDeleteDo what Trump told you to do at the rally in Michigan, "get your fat husband off the couch. Get that fat pig off the couch and vote for Trump".
ReplyDeleteMeanwhile, anybody who has any self-esteem and a brain will vote for Kamala. And Kamala will be the winner in 2024. Because women aren't going back! We are not your reproductive slaves.
A woman proudly voting for trump. I'm well educated and productive in society not garbage as you would call me. Stop with the woman thing already. Woman care about more than one thing!
Delete@10:19 you're not as educated as you want others to believe. It's 'women' in your last sentence and not 'woman'. Obviously you're just an uneducated Trump supporter who probably never got past the 10th grade.
DeleteSeriously. Spell check and so busy to notice a stupid error. Must be tough being you and being so perfect. 4.0 GPA in all degrees voting for trump and acknowledge I'm not perfect.
DeleteLike Pelosi said about a Bill we have to vote for it then we will find out what is in it. Same thing about Harris You dumb American peop[le you have to vot Harris in to find out what she is about.
ReplyDeleteHarris maybe the only candidate in American History refusing to answer question on how she will rule with her policies. Because swhe will not tell us her policies How can any sane person vote for that. Must be garbage
ReplyDeleteHave you ever noticed how former President Trump always tells us how his plan is the greatest, the other side's plan is junk, he will get the greatest people in his government because he is the best at hiring fantastic people, how he got the most votes despite reality...and how he had four years (two years with a congress of his own party) to fix healthcare with his "great plan" but in reality he did not do anything?
DeleteGive me infrastructure and a recognition of science any day. Go Harris 2024!
Republican who will vote harris tomorrow. My major issue is the Roe decision and the increase governmental scrutiny on the choices a woman makes with her doctor regarding her health choices. Once upon a time the republican party stood for limited government and personal choice. Now it is the party of revenge and vindictiveness, the party of corruption and boomer entitlement. Will vote straight dem tomorrow for the 1st time in my life
ReplyDeleteYou have a lot of disinformation that you are voting for. Insane smart women aren't seeing it. The press convinced you. So sad
DeleteIt seems to me that the presidential candidates largely ignored Northampton County during the PA Pandering Tour. I don’t recall visits to Bethlehem or Easton, two cities that may have more swing than Allentown. What do you make of this, Bernie?
ReplyDeleteThink they simply viewed Northampton and Lehigh as one big market. Lehigh has the higher population and PPL arena so I get why Trump went there.
DeleteI began my voter life as a D. I switched to R in my 30s. I switched to Indy in my 40s as I became more libertarian. I dislike both parties. But Trump is a peace candidate whose own party doesn't like him for it. I haven't seen Democrats this upset since Rs freed their slaves. It's been instuctive to observe. I'm voting straight R tomorrow, except for war guy McCormick.
ReplyDeleteI wonder how many MAGA thugs will be outside the poles tomorrow making threats to known Democrats. Perhaps the Republican leaders in the Lehigh Valley will put on brown uniforms and goose step thru their respective downtowns just like Hitler and his crowd did thru Paris.
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of anyone who voted for Harris needs to take an illegal immigrant into their home. I love that policy
ReplyDeleteTrump will win
ReplyDeleteDems wont accept it
Violence and unrest break out
News promotes as unheard patriots
the country teeters on civil war
Seems like a bit of projection here.
DeleteDems always accept voting results and never riot. You’re talking about the cult members of MAGA.
DeleteRecent polling looks terrible for Trump. Iowa, IOWA?!? is in play for Harris? As has been the case for the last few election cycles, Trump and GOP are going to pay the price on reversing Roe v Wade. Agree or Disagree, Pro-Life or Pro Choice, the consequences of forcing a set of morals on the entire population was a bad move. Its also why the 2nd Amendment will never be changed.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your support of Harris and Casey. You are exactly right to vote to keep an insane candidate from the Presidency.
ReplyDeleteBut not voting for Wild because of a parking violation when the control of Congress is on the line? Wild! That's the Bernie I remember from days long past!
11:58, It is not a parking violation. She not only parked in a handicapped spot but spurned two requests to explain. This really speaks loudly to a lack of character, the same problem I have with Trump. People who park in handicapped spots are the lowest of the low. I cannot vote for a person who does that and thinks she has no obligation to explain.
DeleteAnd you're voting for a woman who wants transgender surgery for prisoners. Open borders. Whose crazier?
DeleteShe’s a special snowflake who can park anywhere she wants. It speaks to her character really. I’m surprised MacKenzie didn’t use it in his ads.
Delete"Dow Jones Industrial Average
ReplyDeleteNov 2020 = 26,691
Nov 2024 = 42,052"
That's fair. But be fair. It's also what Biden/Harris did to grocery prices, and just about all other prices. I'm and Independent and voting for Trump.
Stick market people have money. Means nothing to people trying to buy food gas and clothes
DeleteThat is no gauge on how the middle class is suffering under Biden/Harris. It's an economy for the elites- who have done very well under Bidenomics. You haven't heard 1 Dem defend their policies!
DeleteBiden and Harris did nothing to "grocery prices", so that isnt or shouldnt be the reason you're voting Trump. You do seem reasonable and I imagine you are familiar with the laws of supply and demand? For the better part of 6-9 months the world stayed inside, did Zoom calls, drank heavily and watched Netflix. Demand for many goods and services mostly dried up and the economy stalled. Post lockdown there was suddenly demand for everything, but supply wasnt there, which in turn spiked prices and in turn inflation. Democrat or Republican it would not have mattered, it was going to happen no matter what.
Delete80% of us are stock market investors via retirement portfolios. That percentage is getting higher each year. Inflation is a monetary supply issue. Government spending necessitates printing more dollars of less value with each turn of the printing presses. That's supply and demand and Biden caused this with a couple of whopping spending bills - and funding two wars. Democrats gonna Democrat. Voted Trump today.
DeleteThe bottom line is that we all agree on more than what divides us. We all want clean air, water and soil. We all want peace with our neighbors, foreign and those down the block. We all want an economy that delivers for those who work hard, and a safety net for the less fortunate.
ReplyDeleteNow for the partisan part--I hope we all want leaders who tell us the truth, and who do not cynically exhort their followers to storm the capitol and put police officers at risk over a lie. It's also embarrassing that Mexico and India have had female leaders before the USA. Go Kamala! Harris 2024!
Sorry. We don't all agree
DeleteDonald Trump is a loud mouth, liar, womanizer, and unfit to ever serve as President again.
ReplyDeleteAnd yet, I voted for him and the rest of the Republican ticket. Why? I didn't really have a choice. Everything people don't like about Trump is personal, but his policies were pretty good and his judicial picks were stellar. Afraid of Project 2025, abortion bans, etc? Don't be. They'll never pass because unlike Democrats, Republicans will preserve the Legislative filibuster. Prices at the pump and the grocery checkout will be lower as Trump will undo Biden's executive orders increasing onerous regulations on business on day one. Liz Warren and Co are correct that corporations artificially inflated prices passing on the cost of regulations to consumers. Such is the way in a Capitalist economy. It still beats breadlines.
If Kammala wins, as I fully expect she will, it will not be due to fraud as the Cult will claim, but due to DJTs unhinged ranting starting at MSG and going through at least yesterday. A sane(r) Trump would be 5 points ahead.
I expect 4 more years of malaise and international turmoil. We'll be lucky if a bomb doesn't go off in some US city. There will be a Republican Senate majority with at least 52 seats. Republicans will entirely control the Legislative branch post 2026 and JD Vance will defeat Madam President Harris for reelection in 2028 when, at long last, she will finally be burdened by what has been.
Damn I could have wrote that myself lol. I also think Harris will win. I also gritted my teeth and voted for Trump. Either way Trump will be done. The GOP is the big tent party now. They have a strong bench led by Vance who is really sharp.
Deletevoting for Kamala is equivalent to the Titanic backing into the iceberg for a second hit.
ReplyDeleteyou are losing we can tell better luck 4 years from now
ReplyDeleteCan’t vote for the Republican candidate for Congress. Party has again and again demonstrated that petty childish disputes were more important than their obligations to the country. A teeny weeny minority forced Republican leadership to cut deals with Democrats to permit the country to operate. And, terrible, was vacating the chair with no agreed upon successor. They put this country at risk by failing to have a third in succession in place. Yeah, I know, they named some janitor to be Speaker Pro Tem. What was that? Can’t find that job in the constitution. Mackenzie is going down. Fellow Republicans agree, don’t embarrass us anymore!
ReplyDeleteDow up, unemployment down, prices dropping, illegal immigrations slowing. US economy performed better under democratic presidents back to WW2. 10 of 11 recessions since 1950 started under republican administrations. Vote for democrats.
ReplyDeleteIf you want to be the leader of the free world, you should be able to sit down and do interviews. She won't even do Joe Rogan w/o all kinds of restrictions. I still have no idea her positions on a host of policies. It's 2020 all over again- hide, duck and weave.
ReplyDeleteThe same tired Fox News talking point, blah blah blah.
DeleteDont worry, after she wins, she’ll do plenty of interviews for you to enjoy.
I'd rather take my chances with somebody who I don't know their positions on rather than somebody who just lies about theirs.
DeleteIf we are free, we can pray to God silently or pray and speak about out loud our personal druthers to allowing abortions without any restrictions as long as we do it peacefully ... If we can't do that, then we are not free .... It would be nice if whoever wins the Presidency can govern in a way to end the divisiveness. However, ceding all prior opinions and positions just to win the approval of the Government is appeasement. But compromise is acceptable if it allows for continued freedom of thought and still guarantees our rights under the Constitution.... Remember - All the actions of Congress and the Executive Offices must meet the constitutional standards of judicial review in the U.S. In England that is not the case ... I say that those who want the English system to prevail are the modern-day Tories in American politics. Let all those of free will and good intent use their own conscience not political pressure to be the minutemen of a new tomorrow ... Some people have ancestors born here before the age of discovery ... Some people came with the discovery and the creation and expansion of a new nation. Others came with a maturity as a great power and others come here legally. God bless the United States of America with good leaders not pretenders. And somehow get this message to the American electorate.
ReplyDeleteEarth to women voting for Harris over the abortion situation:
ReplyDeleteAbortions are STILL LEGAL in America! What’s changed is this. Donald Trump was successful in taking the abortion issue OUT of the Federal government and into the hands of each STATE government. Trump has NO say in how your STATE decides to regulate the delivery of your abortion decision.
Repeat - Trump has NO say in your abortion decision. That’s now in the hands of your STATE. Got it?
Industrial gaslighting. You may be too dumb to realize what’s going on, but we aren’t.
DeleteRead Project 2025 for reference, you know the document that Trump pretends that he doesn’t know anything about but the architects of that document are all his former cabinet members are donors.
Nice try. Go back into hiding.
You drank the koolaid
DeleteA vote for Trump is a vote for a convicted felon, period.
ReplyDeleteConvicted by all left wing liberal Marxist lunatics---A BADGE OF HONOR
DeleteAll Harris voters are the real garbage.
ReplyDeleteIs there anyone on this blog who realizes that Trump, and the Supreme Court, DID NOT BAN ABORTION? They returned the decision TO THE INDIVIDUAL STATES. Jesus H. Christ, what a bunch of stupid Assholes, uhh, Democrats.
ReplyDeleteI know and I am a woman. It drives me insane too. The lies that people are believing due to not understanding if mind mindboggling!
DeleteBeen struggling to understand somethings. How can anyone want open borders, men in girls sports, more wars, pronouns, inappropriate books in elementary schools, more people on the supreme Court, men in girls bathrooms, etc etc. And all I come up with is people hate trump so much they'd sacrifice our country. Sacrifice Our democracy and sell their souls just to have him lose. Comments here today confirmed that opinion.
ReplyDeleteA lot of very hateful people in this country-a vote form Harris will
Deletecause a lot financial problems for the middle class the border situation will continue to kill Americans. maybe we deserve this type of leadership from a politician.
It's amazing how uneducated some of these Trump supporters are. It didn't take him longer than the first sentence to prove it. It's 'some things' and not 'somethings' lol. Geez......
DeleteIf all you have is my spellcheck issues that doesn't say much about your argument.. just attack spelling not the facts. You can't argue the facts so you attack spelling. Democrats their so perfect it's disgusting
DeleteDarth Vadar built the Death Star, embraces the Dark Side of the Force and has killed millions, but Princess Leia has a weird laugh and I haven't really heard much about her policies so....
ReplyDeletePlot twist, Darth Vader dies first…
DeleteTrump lives the policies of Hitler. If Trump gets elected what’s not to say Trump and his MAGA thugs might come up with his own “ final solution “. The Supreme Court has ruled that a sitting president cannot be held accountable for anything while in office.
ReplyDeleteYou are an idiot or an asshole probably both
Deleteyou definitely need help!
DeleteSo the guy was the most pro- Israel President in history, his daughter is Jewish, and has wide Jewish support, including the CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald, but he's Hitler?! You definitely have TDS!
DeleteThe hatred & vitriol is disgusting!
DeleteJD Vance referred to Trump as Hitler years ago.
DeleteI think Pennsylvania will be decided by less than 10,000 votes and will be disputed and argued over for weeks as it will decide the winner. The whole country will be waiting to see who wins PA.
ReplyDeletePlease, they’ll have to get over the 600,000 early voter democratic firewall so that’s not gonna happen. Obviously you don’t know how this works.
DeleteBernie, what I’ll never understand in this election was the amount of law enforcement that voted for a convicted felon, and how they were so loud and vocal about it. Not all obviously, but when you have the FOP endorsing this vile piece of dog shit, it just undermines their credibility in what they do. Today’s police force are just rebranded Nazis doing the bidding for a wannabe dictator. Sad and pathetic, and I hope one day they’ll have to explain to their children, particularly their daughters, how they voted for a misogynistic, narcissistic bigot who never cared about anyone but himself.
ReplyDeleteWe know who you are because social media is forever, and you’ll forever wear that scarlet letter.
ACAB
you have issues
DeleteNazis? Really? You better call 911!
DeleteDefund the police ring a bell????
DeleteACAB huh? So who’s the piece of shit?
DeleteNo one believes your excuse that you’re voting for Donald Trump purely because of the economy. That’s just a way to sound reasonable, when in reality, you’re drawn to the divisiveness and hostility he promotes. You find satisfaction in his animosity towards women, trans people, LGBTQ+ individuals, and anyone who doesn’t reflect your own image. Deep down, you fear that supporting a capable Black woman would somehow diminish your sense of identity, and you cling to preserving it because it’s where you find your sense of worth.
ReplyDeleteUnless someone was one of the 844 people who cast a vote for her in the 2020 primary, one cannot have any valid reason or tenable position to support a vote for her other than "Trump bad." That's all she's got. In fact, ABC WNT just highlighted the fact that she has withheld saying his name over the past 24 hours. It's that big of a deal when she stops saying his name.
ReplyDelete"I'm notTrump" != "I am qualified."
Locally, Wild and Casey need to go. Both are vapid and dull; not capable of original thought, automatons at best. However, I don't see McKenzie as a strong candidate and will probably lose. McCormick is a solid conservative but I think Casey pulls it out as well.
I tried to submit this comment a couple of times, so I'm sorry if it is a repeat. My choices:
ReplyDeletePresident: Chase Oliver (I can't vote for a felon or someone who was handed a nomination)
Senate: Bob Casey. How I wish he had a worthy opponent. Casey is a dud who is benefitting from running against a carpetbagger.
Representative: Ryan Mackenzie. Wild is a do-nothing who keeps skating by because of her party affiliation.
Depasquale and Garrity will both get my support, as well.
As for the question regarding term limits for DA, I will vote a strong yes for that. As much as I liked Morganelli, he stayed too long and only left because he finally got a different gig (and boy, he certainly tried to get a different gig). A DA should want to work to improve his/her county, not exact revenge on those he doesn't like or to have his ego stroked like the current placeholder.
Finally, the choices for this election blow.
That carpet bagger graduated from Bloomsburg High where he was a star wrestler. He was born and raised in PA. Was accepted to West Point where he was captain of the wrestling team. Led men into battle as part of the very first wave of ground troops into Iraq in 1991. Was the honor Graduate of his army Ranger class. Earned a Bronze Star for his service. Fulfilled his commitment to his country, thrn went and got rich because he’s really really smart. He’s twice the man Bob Casey will ever be and he’s by far the best senate challenger in this cycle.
DeleteAmen. Thank you for sharing the facts with us all! A good man!!
DeleteDon't listen to the propaganda media- get out and vote to stop the madness!
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, we have bad candidates- in both parties! Wild, Casey, Emrick, etc. all do-nothing vapid reps who only care about themselves, and only appear around election time!
ReplyDeleteRepublican voter my whole life, voting Democratic tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteWe've not been this close to a WW111. Who would you rather be our President? Can you imagine Harris trying to speak to world leaders? Do you think she would have any ability to negotiate with evil? Her laughing and world salads won't cut it. Her people behind the scenes will run this country with radical left policies. Run up the debt and destroy this country. Biden started the mess. She would finish it and ruin our country.
ReplyDeleteA friend of mine worked for 1 of the major networks for 20+ years. but quit last year because he got sick of the propaganda they were pushing for the last 10 years. With the media doing the heavy lifting, Harris should be up by 10 points!
ReplyDeleteIf she wins the lying press got her there and the American people who voted for her believed the lies and participated in the scam because they were brainwashed. If she wins.. the next four years will prove what she's promised is not what we will get
DeleteThey were bussing stand ins early this morning for kamala that tells us how she doing locally. This is not even comparable to trump fans showing up in the morning and not being paid nor bused.
ReplyDeleteNo matter how you vote/voted... lets look at the facts. Neither candidate is poised for the oval office. 13 brave American Soldiers died under HARRIS and she still laughs about it. Migrants took the lives of Laken and Jocelyn under HARRIS. Further, they want boys to compete and shower with your girls. Right there is should be a red flag. When you kid is raped you can only blame yourself for voting HARRIS. Trump, is overturning his cases 1 by 1 and it's showing a grim sign of how things really went.
ReplyDeleteIf you read the constitution, WE THE PEOPLE, have the right to over throw our government and replace it (January 6th). We need secure borders, we need to put AMERICA first and we need to stop being taken advantage of from other countries.... it's clear.... you may not like the man, but he doesnt tolerate foreign bullshit and kept our homefront safe.
Vote for economic stability, environmental protection, women's rights, gun control, standing with our allies, and immigration reform (as opposed to internment camps) --> VOTE HARRIS + CASEY + WILD.
ReplyDeleteOr you can choose Chaos in Chief, the inveterate liar. This is who you want to lead our country... really?
Trump appears to emulate ‘sex act’ on microphone after he melts down over technical difficulties

Biggest mistake by the people in history voting for Harris if she wins it is going to get bad --if you voted for Harris you will have to shut your mouth and take what she will give you us the true republicans it is goig to be bad
ReplyDeleteI'm a registered Republican. Though more Independent these days. This AM I cast a reluctant vote for Harris, splitting the rest of my ticket. I did so because I can’t, in good conscience, vote for a convicted rapist. Donald Trump may be effective in some ways, but his primary skill is conning people. He's a dangerous authoritarian.
ReplyDeleteHarris got my vote despite being a deeply flawed candidate in her own right. I hope this election pushes the Democratic Party toward a reckoning and a shift back to some sort of recognizable center.
If you’re a Democratic elected official and you wake up tomorrow or in a few days narrowly winning against a convicted rapist, that’s NO cause for celebration. Your policies are so wildly unpopular—on issues like progressive woke culture, open borders, over regulation, and abortion—that in the very best case you are going to barely scrape by a win.
Lastly, I'm convinced Ron DeSantis would have won this race very easily. The fact that it’s close at all is a reflection of how much of a joke Donald Trump is. But again, it is a fact roughly half the country supports this man. Yes, he has his cult. But I suspect many are supporting him today and over the last few weeks holding there nose simply because the left has gone so far off the rails. Whichever way they tip end of day, there is a silent majority holding there noses while voting today. I look forward to a day I can be enthusiastic and proud of a Presidential candidate again.
He was not convicted of rape. At least know the facts
DeleteSo Rogan, Tulsi Gabbard, RFK Jr., Elon Musk are supporting a rapist? Your ignorance of basic facts is astounding! btw, with the media in her pocket, Harris should be up by 20 points!
DeleteSemantics. He was found guilty by a jury and civilly liable for sexual assault. Has a long history of accusations preceding his entrance into politics. Splitting hairs over that kinda behavior is between you and whatever God you worship or don't worship.
DeleteI'll say this... I do actually have a little more respect for people who freely admit Trump is a completely terrible person but they vote for him out of a lesser of 2 evils scenario. At least those folks are honest with themselves.
The disturbing ones are the cult who worships the man and defends him ad nauseam. It's disturbing how identity politics has replaced religion in this country. (both sides of the political spectrum)
