Josh Fulmer is a Star!

Josh Fulmer, the attorney who confronted an ICE agent on Monday, is a YouTube star! The video of his spat has attracted over 13,000 views thus far on YouTube.  On his Facebook page, it's pushing 30,000. Of course, there are boatloads of negative comments, but all press is good press.

According to court records, his client (Franklin Leonar Urrutia-Cordon) is now a guest at York County's prison, which has a deal with the feds to hold undocumented immigrants.

His trial has been rescheduled for April 6.

  1. In such a pivotal district this fall, the Republicans could not conjure up a better fall turn-out-the-vote scenario than to loudly and clearly demonstrate Trump keeping his promise, so of course a Democrat facilitates it.

First Kamala Harris, now this, he either don't know which fight to fight and how, or he's a Trump supporter.

"clearly demonstrate Trump keeping his promise,"
Mexico is paying for the wall?
When ICE starts putting illegal white Irish kids in cages then ICE can show they only want to enforce the law.
So far it is just a cover for hatred for brown folks.
Gotta scare white folks that a brown guy might live in their neighborhood, acting uppity like that is just not allowed.

    1. Uppity? What's just not allowed are illegals crossing the border drinking and driving. The feds do not need warrants to take these people into custody.

Agreed --we should start checking all folks with Irish sounding names as they could be illegal.
anyone with a shamrock is clearly not interested in becoming American keeping their old culture instead of adopting the American way.
Those Irish priests might be hiding illegals so they need extra scrutiny.
Let's get the ball rolling by having all Irish in the country start carrying proof of citizenship at all times.
Of course check with ICE when any Irish person goes thru the Court system.

  5. If the Irish are here illegal, they should also be arrested by ICE.

    Illegal is Illegal

  6. This case is a gift to Trump and Rs. It highlights the stark contrast between the parties. Most people don't like line-jumpers. Add drunk driving to the line-jumper's resume and watch who defends the dangerous lawlessness. It's revealing and frightening. Make all area politicians speak to this case and let voters decide if they're OK with illegal drunks getting special treatment.

  7. I agree, voters are sick of illegals getting an upper hand over citizens. Time to end this ridiculous favoritism for non-citizens.

i wasn't aware we were being over-run by bogtrotters and Papists

    except for O'Hare

  9. Can we agree that ICE never put kids in cages? Kids were put behind fences during the Obama years after Amnesty International cited that they were not being properly separated from child traffickers. Trump's DHS continued the procedure, but added more beds. Kids have not been put in cages by Ds nor Rs.

    "Most people don't like line-jumpers"
Then you might be upset with trump's wife---she got a special class of visa an "einstein" visa
those are reserved for certain unique individuals that have special skills.
    They get to line jump.
Seems there was a shortage of fashion models at the time she applied.
Who knew there were not enough American models.
or lines are only for little people.

    " All detainers issued by
ICE are accompanied by either: (1) a properly completed Form I-200 (Warrant for Arrest of Alien) signed
by a legally authorized immigration officer; or (2) a properly completed Form I-205 (Warrant of
Removal/Deportation) signed by a legally authorized immigration officer, both of which include a
