Former DCED Staffer at People First

John Orsini is a former Norco Department of Community and Economic Development employee who was upset, to put it mildly, by my criticism of his department. "[T]he only bloated thing around the county is Bernie...," he said in a comment on my blog, posted during business hours. He also referred to himself as part of a team of "dedicated professionals who work hard every day to try and make the County a better place."  He then hunted me down in the Recorder of Deeds office, where he began to poke at me, although he later denied getting physical.

That's the last I saw of him.

According to LinkedIn, Orsini is now a business loan officer at People First Federal Credit Union.  He's gone from being a "dedicated professional" trying to make the County a better place to a dedicated professional trying to make People First a better place.
"If you are looking for a business loan, a deposit relationship, or you just want to talk, give me a call at 610-797-7440 x120. We're one of the best kept secrets in business banking in the Lehigh Valley."
Tell him I sent you.

    1. Not even close. Loaning money to people based upon their status as a protected class versus their ability to repay the loan is the root of financial ruin. Study the Community Reinvestment Act.

  5. It amazes me how people like Orsini are able to get the next job, after they left the previous one with a cloud over their head. I had the misfortune of working with him in a couple of capacities; let's just say he's not a house of fire. Hell I don't think he could start a fire even if you spotted him 5 gallons of gas and a blowtorch.

Good luck to him, and best wishes to People First.

  6. John Orsini had the courage to confront the author of this "blog" in a manner that clearly rattled disgraced/disbarred attorney but clearly was not illegal or even improper.

The vortex of defamation that spews from O'Hare's keyboard is akin to Mount Vesuvius in it's toxic load.

  7. "Courage"?? Really??? He went crying to Bernie like a little baby who needed his diaper changed. And his petulant post on the blog on the eve of his departure showed how immature and unprofessional he is. If People First hired him, they must be the refuge for whiners in the local banking industry.
