Where Is Fed Ed's Year End Senate Report?
Fed Ed's Year-End report was due on January 31. But his is the sole report that has yet to appear on the FEC webpage among the five candidates seeking the U..S, Senate seat. Reports are available online for Joe Sestak, Pat Toomey, Katie McGinty and John Fetterman. But not Fed Ed. He has always filed his report at the last minute, knowing it will take the FEC some time to get it posted.
Over the weekend, I contacted his campaign treasurer Lisa Pawlowski, who happens to be his wife. I told her this is just another sign of her husband's lack of transparency, and suggested that if she wants to change that image, she could forward a copy of the report to me and I would post it for one and all.
This is her response.
"I submitted our year end report during a snowstorm, post dated on January 31st. The Senate doesn't accept electronic filing yet. So I sent them a hard copy, and when they scan it, they have the respons[ibility] of posting it."
In other words, she refuses to provide a copy because she and her husband prefer keeping the public in the dark as long as possible. This is yet another Moody Bible grad who appears to be playing fast and loose with the truth, just like her hubbie. There was no snowstorm on January 31, unless it was just confined to her house. Also, January 31 was a Sunday. Though it's possible to send out certified mail on a Sunday, it's not easy.
Fed Ed's Senate report should be on the FEC site soon, perhaps as early as today. If you see it, give a holler.

You own views are appreciated, especially if they differ from mine. But remember, commenting is a privilege, not a right. I will delete personal attacks or off-topic remarks at my discretion. Comments that play into the tribalism that has consumed this nation will be declined. So will comments alleging voter fraud unless backed up by concrete evidence. If you attack someone personally, I expect you to identify yourself. I will delete criticisms of my comment policy, vulgarities, cut-and-paste jobs from other sources and any suggestion of violence towards anyone. I will also delete sweeping generalizations about mainstream parties or ideologies, i.e. identity politics. My decisions on these matters are made on a case by case basis, and may be affected by my mood that day, my access to the blog at the time the comment was made or other information that isn’t readily apparent.
admit it, you want her
ReplyDeleteBernie is not into women and she has a new career in showbiz starring in a new series: orange is the new Allentown.
ReplyDeleteSo the best she could manage, it snowed. Does the medical term " BAT SHIT CRAZY" enter into the equation?
ReplyDeleteWHAT is she talking about???? Snowstorm? Certified mail on a Sunday??? Let's face it - her husband is in too much hot water to get the details wrong on things like this. How on earth is she capable of managing the financial reports of anything with this kind of lack of attention to detail??
ReplyDeleteI've never had a problem with Mrs. Pawlowski, but in the quote she provided you, she either thinks this blog's readers are stupid, or she herself is stupid. It's one or the other.
What if any are the ramifications for not filing this report?
ReplyDeleteI have no love for the Palowski's but she didn't say she did that there was a snowstorm on the 31st. She said she submitted it during the snowstorm and POSTDATED it for January 31st. That is how I interpret her response, anyway.
ReplyDeleteShe should hire schlossberg, he knows how to file campaign expenses down to a .75 charge at Staples, cheap POS!
ReplyDeletewhy cant we all get along..... WHY?......cause we're living here in ALLENTOWN......
ReplyDeleteThe First Lady of Allentown may be following he husband off to the federal penitentiary.
ReplyDeleteAlright, 9:18. I'll extend the benefit of the doubt. Still, she could have just sent it to Bernie.
ReplyDeleteIt's fair to suggest that these people feel no need to play by the rules.

ReplyDeleteThe problem with your interpretation is that, for obvious reasons, the post office has a policy against pre-dated or post-dated mail. I believe my interpretation is accurate. The meant to state that she sent the mail out during a January 31 snowstorm that never occurred.
Bernie,
ReplyDeleteThere co-CONsperitors of Church on the Run as well as LCCC Vatican have there runnings right up there with moody teological colledge collectivley cognazant criminal ACTivities covered under the circus umbrella¿!)$ This is an unobtainable collection of those involved in the Z creation in the land were many an OZ hides behind this public cloth¿!)$
It's already been established that the Pawlowskis have difficulty estimating the timing and severity of snowstorms.
ReplyDeleteCut them a break.
Why didnt you tell Lisa to *get the LEAD out*..
ReplyDeleteI'd insert a snicker here but the entire situation hasn't a shred of humor in it.

@10:42 said "It's fair to suggest that these people feel no need to play by the rules."
ReplyDeleteAllentown, Lehigh County and Pennsylvania politicians feel no need to play by the rules. It seems that breaking the rules is the new rule and if you don't play by that rule you will never "win". This is not democracy.
Citizens are still making excuses for the Mayor not calling a snow emergency. Citizens are still trying to downplay they fact that Allentown's children are being poisoned by SOMETHING in Allentown, water or paint, the lead is coming from somewhere.
It's all no big deal.
As long as parties exsist we will have this absolute nonsense. Why are you a xxxxxxxxx. My father was a xxxxxxxx. My team vs. Your team. Vote them out, no then their team will get in. What we get are the groups of AssClowns that inhabit every level of mismanagement .They are constantly working to solve problems, either real or imagined,, of their own making. The Governor is working on next years state budget without passing this years budget. We have a gathering of fools and lawyers . In Harrisburg 3000+ people are being paid to carry the ashtrays for these fools. Will it ever stop; I doubt it!!
ReplyDeleteVote the straight ARTIODACTYLA-AMERICAN PARTY.......
ReplyDeleteI can hardly wait until one or both of them go to jail.

once again, elected politicians have no fear of consequences. this is a major problem. they do not fear consequences bc they rely of a very large group of zero liability voters, to maintain their power and authority.
ReplyDeleteLock them up.
ReplyDeletePlease.
