Bumstead: AG Kane May Be Indicted as Soon as Thursday

Pennsylvania's premier investigative reporter, Brad Bumstead, is predicting that AG Kathleen Kane is going to be charged criminally, possibly as soon as tomorrow, with divulging grand jury materials. She has insisted she can proscute the bad guys while simultaneously defending herself agasinst criminal charges. But if she is charged, I would expect Democrats and Republicand alike to demand her resignation.

  1. Smeagol, your overzealous reporting on all matters relating to strong willed women in politics is the sign of a deep seeded psychological malady perhaps one created by years of alcoholism.

You should stick to puff pieces on youth sports and bamboo battles in Bethlehem township, leave the statewide matters to real reporters.

  2. Democrats will definitely do no such thing.

Republicans eat their own routinely but Democrats, in stark contrast, are solid team players who can be counted on to hang tough.

  3. Dandy Lion, aka Tricia Mezzacappa, you just don't learn, do you? Perhaps I shoul write that Judge McFadden vacated your ARD today bc she knows tge County will never collect your costs unless you pay them up front. That's the kind of thing that happens to people who lie to deputies and file bogus poverty applications, as you have.

  4. He writes a blog about Kathy Kane and suddenly the comments revert to Mezzacappa AGAIN....your beef is that she engaged in civil disobedience, related to a civil matter and a civil judgment, and a civil writ....none of which have been proven by anyone....

speaking of civil disobedience, how many times have you done this in Nazo, when you failed to feed the meters?

It takes a scofflaw to know a scofflaw, I guess..

  5. Mezzacappa, you were not engaged in civil disobedience. You flat out lied to deputies. You also lied in numerous court documents. In court, you admitted your criminal respinsibility. Here, you are attempting anonymously to defend criminal conduct to which you've admitted. But now that your ARD order has been vacated, go to trial. See what happens when a jury hears how you lied.

  6. Bernie, this is off topic, but since Mezzawhackedinthehead insists on posting on your blog instead of posting in her own name on her own blog, do you know why McFadden would step in and vacate Dally's order the very next day?

It would be indeed wise to not trust this lying deadbeat to pay her bill - if that was the reason. But how would it get on McFadden's calendar?

  8. McFadden has kicked TM's shriveled butt on more than one occasion, like when TM filed the first of her two fraudulent in forma pauperis motions. I'm glad to see she vacated this ARD. That judge takes crap from nobody, and certainly not this woman.

McFadden has no reason to be "jealous" of serial loser, defamer, harasser, and fraudster TM. McFadden is a winner. TM is a gutter snipe.

Rest up - you've got bedpans to clean, sweetie. Make use of that education.

  9. Just what we need, another disbarred lawyer on the streets.

Maybe we need a Megan's law site where all these law breaking scumbag lawyer's (dem or rep) can be tracked so as to hopefully don't lie, cheat or steal from anyone again.

  10. " But how would it get on McFadden's calendar?"

Judge McFadden is the supervisory judge for ARD. She is not crazy about people who come in and milk the system, but i do not know the details.

  11. I'd like to leave the comment at 9:39 up, so someone in the courts or the DA's office can see exactly what kind of person Mezzacappa is. She has no respect for anyone and has impulse control issues. But I suspect this is already well known. The comment is too vulgar to allow.

OK, that makes sense. She probably saw the name on the docket, and said NFW the wench is walking that easy. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice.

  13. With the attitude towards anyone who does not completely agree with her, I would be willing to bet heavily that if Messy does win the free trip to the slammer, she will likely max out the sentence by following in the footsteps of the emaciated manbag Greggy.

  15. When will we stop beating up on women. As for the local woman that people are constantly attacking. Let the courts handle it and leave this poor young woman alone. She has suffered so much already.

  16. Hopefully sooner rather than later the vulgar lady that keeps posting on here is sent to prison.

  17. @ 4:07AM. I agree...its another example of a political witch hunt. Just because the politicians don't like her their going after her. I'm tired of it.

If you didn't come to this forum and post anonymously in the third person about yourself, you wouldn't have to come back and complain that you are being attacked. You inserted yourself.

This thread isn't about you. You're trying to hijack the thread, and claim that because you're a woman and fucked up royally, and AG Kane is a woman and may have fucked up royally, there is some conspiracy against women. We know you are guilty - it remains to be seen what's up with Kane.

  19. Wow - presser on Kane indictment sounds very incriminating. Both her actions and alleged lies under oath to cover up her actions. Abuse of office, perjury, false swearing. Sounds like she's screwed.

  20. I voted for Kane after hearing her speak - and I'm sorry to see this happen, but how much can you know in the voting booth? Nobody is above the law. The law applies to all citizens of PA - whether it is some insignificant dust mite from West Easton, or the highest legal office in the state.

It is ironic that this local woman tried to hijack this thread, given that she has displayed a continuous pattern of believing she is above the law, while Kane appears to possibly suffer from the same character flaw.
