A notice that the Northampton County Elections Commission plans to meet tomorrow at noon has been advertised in The Express Times. Here's what it says.
LEGAL NOTICE Election Commission Meeting is to be held on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at 12:00pm at Election Division 670 Wolf Ave., Easton PA 18042.
The Notice advertised does not bother to inform the reader that it is the Northampton County Elections Commission, nor does it state why they are meeting. Hopefully, it is to discuss having County personnel move the elections machines instead of the private carrier currently in use. I believe this notice is legally insufficient, which will happen ehen you have a solicitor unfamiliar with municipal law.

They might be meeting to discuss Brown's newest cost saving proposal...eliminating elections in Northampton County?
