The state Office of Open Records has ordered Philadelphia's District Attorney to produce emails that may shed light on the feud between Attorney General Kathleen Kane and various Philadelphia prosecutors. Ryan Bagwell, founder of the Penn State Sunshine Fund, has made the request, seeking emails penned by DA Seth Williams, prosecutor Frank Fina and the appropriately-named Judge Barry Feudale. All three have been highly critical of Kane. Judge Feudale, who was removed from a Grand Jury investigation called at Kane's behest, has told The Patriot News, "She is a politician 'first, second, third and fourth.'"
Kane has previously provided Bagwell with access to Fina's emails during his tenure as a top prosecutor for then Attorney General Tom Corbett.
Bagwell has filed 19 RTK appeals from various state and local agencies.
West Easton's Tricia Mezzacappa, by my count, has filed 44.

The obvious facts are that Mezzacappa becomes obsessed with any person who points her our for what she is. She will make false accusations about every person who puts her in her place, whether it is me, Ron Angle, John Stoffa, Tom Nodoline or a hist of others who have called her out for what she is - a common scold who has been convicted recently of disorderly conduct, harassment and is at the wrong end of a defamation judgment that now is over $70,000.

Well, I guess God is a step up from the Bloods. At his PFA contempt hearing, his ex produced evidence demonstrating clearly that he had called her multiple times despite the no-contact order. He tried to explain at the time that he was calling her by accident. Now he claims that i somehow am responsible. Whatever. He really should pick one lie and stick to it, instead of making up new ones. Better yet, he could start telling the truth. By the way, he's already been sued. So have you.

ReplyDeleteAs most people who know me are aware, I make my living by searching real estate titles and doing real estate research for attorneys and title companies. I testified in court as an expert as recently as last month in a dispute over a private road, and am scheduled to testify again concerning a second mortgage on a property that went to Sheriff's sale. As people also know, I write for the Bethlehem Press. I also blog, though that position is unpaid. I do not make a great living, but i pay my bills. I do not work at a different job every week like crazy Mexzzacappa, nor do I attempt to collect unemployment, as she has stated.

ReplyDeleteWhat you don't know is that I filed a concurrent appeal with the DA, who concluded today that the audio visual is, as a matter of law, a public record. So I actually won the case. Sorry to disappoint you, crazy one.

How does Mezzacappa pay her bills? She's filing nuisance legal motions against all kinds of agencies and parties, costing them untold amounts of money. She doesn't appear to have a job. She doesn't pay the debts she owes, for example to you, but she drives around in someone's Mercedes and drinks all night. This will catch up to her.

6:11, You are inaccurate. The only record they don't maintain is the incident report for the traffic stop. They still have the citation as well as the audio/visual. Chief Pancoast agreed to preserve that record in the event the ruling went in my favor. And it did. As for seeing the decision, i am not releasing it yet bc I have no desire to embarrass the subject of the traffic stop, who paid his fine, unless the audio/visual reveals some things in which I am interested. If they do, I'll likely post the video.

If I were running against her, I would simply point out to voters her record of harassing town employees, stalking the council president, looting the town's tax dollars and taxing its bandwidth with endless OOR appeals. And then there of course is defaming a local bottom feeding blogger, and being denied a CCP. To top it off, the fraudulent transfer of her house instead of paying her debts. I wouldn't doubt her legal situation will be worse in a few months. The piper will need to be paid at some point.

You filed a PFA application full of lies, and that didn't work. 1. That the OOR lacks jurisdiction over criminal investigative records, and grants me the opportunity to file an appeal with the DA bc Bethlehem Tp failed to advise me of my appeal. As it happens, I filed concurrent appeals, and the DA withheld his ruling until the OOR came down with its opinion. The DA ordered disclosure of the video. That record still exists because Chief Pancoast agreed to preserve it pending the outcome of the appeal.
2. The decision concludes I have no right to the incident report because none exist. Had i been told that at the time, I would not have appealed that part of the decision.
3. The decision fails to address the citation, but the DA does and orders it produced.
So basically, I won. I have only ever appealed four RTK denials, and have won three of them, with a fourth appeal still under consideration. I do not like filing appeals unless I believe I will win. I do not file them to be vindictive or malicious, but only when I think there is a legitimate public interest in disclosure.
Yet Mezzacappa casts you as being trampled in this decision. Just because she hallucinates, it doesn't mean what she "sees" is true.

I suspect Gregory may do his entire 30 months. But if he does get out, I'll predict here and now that he and Tricia will have a falling out very quickly.
