Is the Sticker Gang in The Hamptons?

Most of you know about Nazareth's dangerous Sticker gang. They're the trio accused of placing tiny FT "Fire Trachta" stickers throughout the borough, seeking the ouster of police chief Thomas Trachta. When the Chief nabbed them, he had them chained, shackled and paraded in front of the newspapers. They've been charged with just about everything in the Crimes Code, and are required to undergo urine tests every 15 minutes until their preliminary hearing next month.

Well, guess what? There's another Sticker Gang in the Hamptons, plastering the town with anti-Kardashian stickers. Apparently, two of these sisters are filming some sort of reality show there, to the dismay of some of the Hamptons Townies.

It's a different Sticker Gang. I cornered all three of the Nazareth evil-doers at last night's block party, and they apparently dig the Kardashians.

  3. Please do not attack law enforcement officers. They are real police. How about the two constables in Lehigh County that shot up a guy with unpaid parking tickets. Even Jim Martin is frustrated with constable wannabe cops. They have more crap hanging from their belts than real policemen. They buy beat up old retired cop cars and like to play policeman.

A few years ago they killed someone in Northampton County and now Lehigh County. These wannabes need to be leashed since they don';t have nay common sense.

    2. When do we actually make criminals account for their poor actions. Its sad to see Trachta, Troxell and others listed here by name being attacked almost as if you have personal issues w them forgetting the actual crimes regardless of little things. To criminal mischief. To drugs. Etc. fact is crimes a crime so back off and let the police officers and chief do their jobs without public negative interference.

  5. I don't consider Schwab or Troxell real cops. They're part time wannabes themselves, and Troxell's antics as a Nazareth officer are going to prove costly to the borough that made the mistake of using him. Naturally, the chief wants him made full-time. I gave Schwab a chance to act like a real man and apologize for his threatening remarks. He chose not to do so.

    1. Very sad to see this Bernie. Do you know how many officers have to work several part time jobs to prove themselves to get that full time job. The risks they take daily. I guess if they dont fit your robocop profile you will trash them for life. Hope someday you need the Nazareth PD to help you and you become a changed man. I dont pretend that there is no prob w this pd but look further into the town politics before you throw it all one one chief or a few officers. More than one person is responsible for this town so keep that in mind and dont be so quick to come down on individuals.

  7. Here we go again Bernie ! Criticizing the police again. You moan and complain all the time about how bad the police department is and how they are ineffective. However this current post seems to complain about them prosecuting criminals..... Iam trying to follow.. They obviously violated the crimes code so.... I believe when that happens people are to answer for their crimes?? Correct? As far as Shwab and Troxell go these are to upstanding guys who do a very good job for our community and even better because they handle all your bs with class! I don't understand how you deserve an opinion given your past?????? If people wanted you to be apart of Politics you would still be there ? Is it because of your past you have such hatred for these guys? Why do you go around casting your opinion on dumb stuff! Why don't you report about stuff people actually care about! Why is it what these guys do on their own time any concern of yours ?

    ReplyDelete
  8. Continued..... Iam sure if the public could view your personal conduct most of it would be questionable! The main thing in rebuilding a police force is community support! You constantly say you want a good police force in Nazareth, well instead of beating these guys up all the time and highlighting every error they make why don't you step in and find out what you as a citizen can do to help the department progress! Form a professional relationship with these guy and allow them to use the community oriented policing practices they were trained to incorporate. No instead you want to point out all the negatives and try to make a bad situation worse!! You should not throw rocks at a glass house! It's easy to hide behind the computer and say whatever it is you want! Have you ever tried to approach these two officers and develop a professional relationship with them and understand what type of people they are or is it just easier to talk shi* all the time and get your cronies to agree with you???

  9. A few points. I don't hide behind a computer. I sign my name to every word I write and take responsibility for it. That is more than people like you can do. I have also been vocal in other settings including council meetings personal conversations with the chief and an email exchange with the mayor.

I am actually pro police. But I do not support bad police officers like three of the officers in Nazareth. They are not professionals they are thugs.

I did give one of them an opportunity to make amends after actually busting him for impersonating somebody else on Stockertown's police computer. Because he is not a real man he would not accept responsibility for his own shortcomings.

  10. I think deep down you probably do want a commendable Police Department in Nazareth but I think you are going about it all wrong why not try to talk to these guys 1 on 1 without getting the blog involved? These two officers are intact not thugs I know them very well and they both are respectable guys! I was gonna type back in a defensive manner but I realized that would make me no better then you! Everybody in Nazareth wants a police force they can be proud off! In the current practices of community oriented policing he mission statement is " the Police are part of the people, and the people are apart of the police" in my eyes it takes both sides to have an effective department. You going around trying to make an ass of every officer every chance you get is not going to get the job done! Also this sticker gate campaign your running is also not an effective method! These guys broke the law , and were caught! They were guaranteed all there civil rights !! Due process was followed there was no violation of their 4 th ammendment rights! Although the way things were handled may have been a little over the top there was nothing wrong with what was done! Sometimes it is a good thing to let people know things will not be tolerated!!

  11. 4:56, Let me try this again. Be sure to read it this time. I'll do it all caps, too. I DID TALK TO THEIR CHIEF. In fact, in all my years as a a blogger, lawyer and federal prosecutor, I have never seen a more arrogant and cocky person. It is the way he acted that prompted me to start looking. I did not expect to find bad cops, too, but I did.

Troxell is responsible for the death of Timothy Nixon, and Chief Trachta helped him bury it. Just what do you say to a person like that? How's the weather? He is also responsible for getting other people hurt. I won't go into detail. Right now, I'm doing what I can to make sure other people talk to him ... under oath.

He and Schwab are indicative of what is wrong with small police department. Boroughs are often too cheap to hire FT cops who might actually care about the community. Sometimes, they end up with bad FTers, too. So they instead hire journeymen like Troxell and Schwab, both of whom have bounced all over the place. These are not nice guys. These are not professionals. These are thugs.

After I talk to Troxell about being responsible for someone's death and another person's near murder, you want me to pony up with Eric Schwab, the guy who asked fellow officers to light me up. The same guy who I busted here for using Stocketown's computers to masquerade and pretend he is someone called Vanessa. I deleted that exchange, though I had him, and asked him to approach me like a man and express his apology. Because he is not a man, I did not get it.

If you see him, tell Vanessa I said Hi.

I'm not interested in a heart-to-heart with Trachta, Troxell or Schwab. They are bad for Nazareth, They have already caused at least one death, thru neglect and violations of civil rights. I want them gone and replaced with a big core of at least 8 FT police officers or a regionalized force.

I see no reason why Nazareth should not demand the best, Borough Council should be demanding this, but are afraid. The Mayor, who is friendly with both Trachta and Trozell, is doing his best to whitewash everything.

    But it's too late.

  12. Pa. State Constables were the very first law officers in this country. DEBATE THIS WITH ME if yo want. Police are commissioned to deal with the law in their own venue. Like Lehigh University has cops ,as soon as they leave their venue they are citizens with guns, as soon as as Bethlehem ,Pa. Cop leaves the venue of the City of Bethlehem -he or she is a citizen in uniform with a firearm with no arrest power . A Sheriff in Lehigh County needs a warrant served in Busks County on a Dead Beat Daddy, guess what, not effective service. State Constables by law of Pa. Constitution and statute can serve anyplace in the confines of the Commonwealth. They have been here since before the constitution was even signed. They are historically not wanna bee's but the stable of horses that have pulled in deadbeats in our history.By they way I you know I did not shoot this scumbag because is is not dead.

Same as those who want to see an item like say pension reform get done or any other public education reform.... they automatically get labeled with HATING teachers / children / public schools

And those who support education obviously well they HATE seniors...

The world isn't black and white. We have good teachers and bad teachers, good cops and bad cops, politicians, firemen ect. ect.

So I will challenge any one on my firearms skills anyplace,we all shot the judgement 'movie theater' stuff and I will take you on in this issue if you so bold to condemn Constables as a group. You have gone off the deep end on this one. Both Mr. Troxell and Mr. Schwab should pursue legal action.

  23. Troxell is responsible for the death of Timothy Nixon. That matter needs to be re-opened, so that he can be held accountable. I have accused him of negligence and failure to follow procedures established for mentally ill criminals. He also violated Nixon's civil rights. Whether he also acted criminally needs to be determined. Police exist to protect and serve, not to kill.

  29. Why don't you write about the constable scandal in Lehigh County? A young man may die over parking tickets. Two cowboy constables decided to shoot up his car and him.
You are fixated on these police because you hate Trachta and will destroy anyone who is close to him. You ignore the real danger because you have friends and want to cover for them.

Both DA's Jim Martin and John Morganelli have bemoaned the rogue nature of these gun toting constables. They are wannabe police who are accountable to no one. They are a menace to society. You talk of education, most constables are illiterate.

Will you cover that story?? Of course not, it is not part of your vendetta.

    ReplyDelete
  30. I may cover that story, once I become more knowledgeable of the facts. It's an interesting story, and I have written before about constables who go too far. But let's not deflect away from the real story here. It is an out-of-control police department in Nazareth, about which many facts are already known.

I have no "vendetta" against Trachts. I have a strong sense of right and wrong, and Trachta is a bad chief who has created a police force infected by a few bad cops.

I likely would not be writing at all about this story were it not for other police officers who have corroborated what I have had to say. They even dimed Schwab when he made his "Let's light this fucker up" remark.

They, more than anyone, understand the need for a police department whose integrity is beyond question.

My goal is seeing that justice is done.

  36. We are all held accoutable for our actions but not by you. Many officers make good as well as bad calls. You are relying on officers in your own words who are not in the dept. so we cant help but wonder if its officers who left. Got fired or are trying to ge their jobs back. Hope all your info is good cause those same officers have their own bad mistakes not being called out. FACT you and I were not there so no way we can say anything is an officers fault clearly this man was out of his mind this date and suicide by cop usually required a shot fired by a police officer which never happened hear so leave Troxell be!

    ReplyDelete
  37. It's not a new one and you must be a lousy cop if you don't know that. Under a court order issued by the Eastern District of Pa., every municipality is required to have procedures in place for dealing with mentally ill defendants. Nazareth obviously has no procedure, or Troxell failed to follow it.

Tomothy Nixon burglarized a friend's home and stole his handgun, which may have been 100 years old. Then he called that friend, said he was the one who stole it, and that he intended to kill his girlfriend and himself. He then made some bizarre statements to that friend.

Obviously, the man was dangerous, but was in a second floor apartment, by himself. Just as obviously, the man was mentally troubled. His telephone call was almost certainly a cry for help, or a death wish.

    Here's how Troxell reacted:

    1. He got a warrant.

    2. He failed to contact PSP, who have negotiators.

    3. He did get back up from U Naz and Stockertown, but ignored their suggestions to secure a perimeter to keep the public safe, contact the PSP, or just pick up the phine and try talking to the guy.

    4. Even if it took 20 or 30 hours, it is preferable to talk someone into surrendering than endangering everyone by going in with guns blazing.

    5. Troxell ignored the advice, called other officers pussies, and kicked in the door. When Nixon saw him, he killed himself. It was a senseless and needless death, caused by Trozell's poor decisions.

    6. Trachta thereafter misled the press into believing that Nixon had killed himself before police arrived. That is untruthful.

This matter needs to be re-opened.

You own views are appreciated, especially if they differ from mine. But remember, commenting is a privilege, not a right. I will delete personal attacks or off-topic remarks at my discretion. Comments that play into the tribalism that has consumed this nation will be declined. So will comments alleging voter fraud unless backed up by concrete evidence. If you attack someone personally, I expect you to identify yourself. I will delete criticisms of my comment policy, vulgarities, cut-and-paste jobs from other sources and any suggestion of violence towards anyone. I will also delete sweeping generalizations about mainstream parties or ideologies, i.e. identity politics. My decisions on these matters are made on a case by case basis, and may be affected by my mood that day, my access to the blog at the time the comment was made or other information that isn’t readily apparent.
