The Rats Have a Picnic

Last Summer, when Northampton County Republicans were temporarily under the control of Bob Kerr, I got to see his imperious tendencies first hand. I watched him tell Northampton County bulldog Ron Angle to sit down. I heard him insult top vote-getter Peg Ferraro, a former chair herself. "A past chairman is just that - past." Eventually, he was forced to resign. He and a small group of Republicans have splintered off and formed their own club, calling themselves, appropriately enough, RATs (Republican Action Team).

Although this splinter group claims to be all about electing conservatives, that's untrue. They have refused to back conservatives like Ron Angle or Lee Snover, both of whom are certainly right of center. This is really just a power trip by a group who think it's their turn to be boss, no matter what the majority of Republicans may think. Last month, their entire slate of state committee candidates lost, despite a negative website, negative mailers and robo calls, using a committee that never registered.

They had a picnic on Saturday, and probably devoured a few wheels of cheese. The only elected official who came is conservative NorCo Council member Hayden Phillips.

But Tricia Mezzacappa was there, wearing her my six-shooter. Tom Carroll gave a speech pretending he'd be a great judge and one party-goer strums his lips.

  1. Mezzacwazy looks like she's ready to blow her way into the municipal offices to take her RTK requests by force. But its Saturday - who the hell brings a pistol to a picnic?

  2. Reveal the identity of the mole O'Hare and grow a set you tic tac

    ReplyDelete
  3. There were several, Mezzacappa. I am taking responsibility for the picture, and that is all you need to know. Suffice it to say that even in that group, many people are leery of you, and for good reason.

    ReplyDelete
  4. You're disgusting obsession with this woman is why she carries. There were other people open carrying at the event....

typical establishment nonsense which is why snover and Angle arent supported by anyone on this team. Similar to the IRS card BS they pulled at a tea party meeting.

  5. A group of people had a picnic on Flag Day? Someone stood up and thanked everyone for coming? Someone else was practicing their 2nd Amendment right?

    OMG the horror!!!

You're either running out of material, continuing to be Angles b*tch, or you still haven't rubbed off that hard-on you have for Mezza!

  6. It was a tic tac

  7. It's HEATH Campbell you nitwit. Even those of us who think that Nazi blowhard is a joke know how to spell his name.

  8. Has your life crumbled to such an extent that you have to set up private surveillance at a private picnic on flag day. ?

Obviously the RAT group is doing something that really has you worried.

Sadly, your brain stopped developing at about 5 years old, which is why your entire adult existence has been one failure after another.

Grow up and learn how to live. There are excellent mental health programs , funded by taxpayers, for people who are as ill as you are.

  9. I was there and Tom Carroll never mentioned the word" Judge" , not once....

    More disinformation and lies

    ReplyDelete
  10. I think it's noteworthy that the very group which splintered off from the less mentally challenged Republicans would have a party offering free food to anyone who dropped by and only have one elected official - Hayden Phillips - show up. I also think its fanbase, which consists of pistol packin' Mezzacappa and Ronnie Del Whacko, deserve a few words. These are the wannabes, and will likely be running for something again soon. And losing.

    ReplyDelete
  11. "I was there and Tom Carroll never mentioned the word" Judge" , not once.."

Then why speak? Of course he's running. Don't be silly. And he'll lose in the primary as he should. He has demonstrated a complete lack of a judicial temperament with his hissy fits at different meetings.

  12. Any group who wishes to distance themselves from the Ron Angle disgrace of Northampton County is a good thing.

    ReplyDelete
  13. At least Tom Carroll has a law license

your a jealous piece of moldy crud, lining a garbage bin, where you belong.

    ReplyDelete
  14. ... you tried that tack and failed. You probably helped elect Ron. I prefer groups that tell me what they're going to do to groups that tell me everyone else is wrong. Did they serve kool-aid?

    ReplyDelete
  15. "At least Tom Carroll has a law license "

But does not practice in Northampton County and left his job as an ass't DA under a cloud.

    "your a jealous piece"

It's you're. Poor form to use poor spelling when trying to insult someone. Makes you like like the idiot, which is accurate.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Why dont you do a study on the number of people who have left the DAs office?

In fact, most of them are now judges

    Your point?

    ReplyDelete
  17. Tom C left the DA's office undera cloud, not bc he had been elevated to some higher position. That is my point. Ask him.. If he runs for judge, I will ask him to explain the circumstances of his departure and whether it involved allegations of racism.

    ReplyDelete
  18. No one with any brains treats you as a person worthy of an answer. You're not.

Thats why you cant get information, and have to send spys to do your dirty work, and then lie about what people said

    ReplyDelete
  19. Its been three years and yet, O'Hare you are still posting pictures and blogs about this woman who rejected you three years ago. The sheer volume of blogs and posts you devote to this woman is frightening. If I were her, I'd have an arsenal because you obviously lack self control.

You are an old, obsessed creep who refuses to move on.

You remind me of the David Letterman stalker

Maybe Morganelli can hold a press conference about why he refuses to press charges against an obvious stalker/ cyberstalker?

  20. 9:45, I had no idea that the tea party assemblage was a national event. Forgive me.

    ReplyDelete
  21. 9:55, Tricia, Tricia, tricia. I don't have to send spies. Your behavior, by itself, is so bizarre that people send me pics unsolicited. It's not every day that you see someone who draws attention to herself with a three inch skirt, bony legs, and a gigantic holster and gun. You talk about your right to open carry but are upset at those who exercise their first amendment rights.

  22. In the United States, Flag Day is celebrated on June 14. It commemorates the adoption of the flag of the United States, which happened on that day in 1777 by resolution of the Second Continental Congress.[1] The United States Army also celebrates the Army Birthday on this date; Congress adopted "the American continental army" after reaching a consensus position in the Committee of the Whole on June 14, 1775.[2][3]

In 1916, President Woodrow Wilson issued a proclamation that officially established June 14 as Flag Day; in August 1949, National Flag Day was established by an Act of Congress. Flag Day is not an official federal holiday. Title 36 of the United States Code, Subtitle I, Part A, CHAPTER 1, § 110[4] is the official statute on Flag Day; however, it is at the President's discretion to officially proclaim the observance. On June 14, 1937, Pennsylvania became the first U.S. state to celebrate Flag Day as a state holiday, beginning in the town of Rennerdale.[1] New York Statutes designate the second Sunday in June as Flag Day, a state holiday. [5]

Perhaps the oldest continuing Flag Day parade is at Fairfield, Washington.[6] Beginning in 1909 or 1910, Fairfield has held a parade every year since, with the possible exception of 1918, and celebrated the "Centennial" parade in 2010, along with some other commemorative events.

Quincy, Massachusetts has had an annual Flag Day parade since 1952 and claims it "is the longest-running parade of its kind in the nation."[7] The largest Flag Day parade is held annually in Troy, New York, which bases its parade on the Quincy parade and typically draws 50,000 spectators.[1][8]

  23. I thought you called it a six shooter? Thats not "gigantic"

    ReplyDelete
  24. O'hare posts a pic with Tricia carrying a firearm, and obvious spare magazines on the side, yet
he doesnt even know the difference between a "six shooter" revolver, and the once she has.

    douche bag

    ReplyDelete
  25. 10:04, I am aware of and had a post on Flag Day. This picnic had nothing to do with flag day. It was a Saturday picnic that coincided and next year, your picnic won't be on flag day, just like it was not on flag day last year.

    ReplyDelete
  26. 10:11, Nor do I care to know. But I will own it soon enough. Keep it in good shape, please.

    Another distortion.

Your inability to determine size and admit it for what it is ...

  28. I'll probably melt it down and have it refashioned into a sculpture of Ron Angle, John Stoffa or Peg Ferraro.

  30. Bernie, Seems to me this event was held on Flag Day as a PR move to associate with patriotism. Maybe they should be more accurate by holding the event on Ground Hogs Day or better yet April 1. Just saying

    ReplyDelete
  31. This is from the Pennsylvania Firearm Owners Association website: "Open carry is legal in Pennsylvania without a License To Carry Firearms except in cities of the first class (Philadelphia) and vehicles where a License To Carry Firearms is required to do so. With that said, we would like to point out that there is much debate among firearm owners about whether openly carrying firearms is really a good idea."

Bernie, does Tricia still have a license to carry? If not, carrying in a vehicle to get to and from the picnic would be a violation of the law, according to the PAFOA.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Where was this picnic held? Was it close enough to her home to walk? If not, she probably traveled to the event in a vehicle with her gun. I read that her license to carry was revoked and she filed an appeal in court. Did she ever get the license back?

    ReplyDelete
  33. Don't know if she ever got her license back. She can walk to that park, I believe.

    ReplyDelete
  34. "Maybe they should be more accurate by holding the event on Ground Hogs Day or better yet April 1"

    Works for me.

    ReplyDelete
  35. What is your problem with a patriotic group of real citizen's? Your spy was easy to identify. The people in the picture put the timing of where they were at that moment and who was in the position to take the photo. We know who you spy is and that is OK. You see every time you open your mouth you prove our point.

You are just a cheap shill for Ron Angle. You are also a stalker of Tricia and all these folks know it. You will never be allowed to have here guns because you are a felon, aren't you?

    Real Americans!

    ReplyDelete
  36. Real AmeriKan, No, I am not a felon but would like to be one when I grow up.

    ReplyDelete
  37. You cannot help your self with spying on Tricia and now more and more people are aware of this. Your graphic and erotic description of her appearance is very creepy and revealing. She has every right to fear you.

Do you think you can explain your self to a judge and your st4ange behavior? Probably not. Also Mr. Carroll is a real lawyer and is reading all your words very carefully. Even the Ron Angle John Stoffa stipend may not be enough.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Graphic and erotic description? I described you as wearing a 3 inch skirt over bony legs and wearing a big holster and gun. You better break out a dictionary and look up those words. While you're at it, look up histrionic.

    ReplyDelete
  39. "You cannot help your self with spying on Tricia and now more and more people are aware of this."

What the hell are you talking about. Is attending a political event and taking a picture spying? Get a grip before it is too late, if it isn't already.

1 is not "more and more" lol

    ReplyDelete
  40. "If not, carrying in a vehicle to get to and from the picnic would be a violation of the law"

Yeah, but who needs to carry an exposed gun around in public, other than an idiot looking for attention?

    ReplyDelete
  41. "he doesnt even know the difference between a "six shooter" revolver, and the once she has."

Freudian slip - the once she has. The one she had.

    ReplyDelete
  42. "1 is not "more and more" lol"

    Learn to spell, lol!

    ReplyDelete
  43. If one has a carry permit, they can transport a loaded gun.

If no permit, they must unload, and separate firearm and ammo in different compartments

All other scenarios , anyone can open carry, loaded or not, as long as they can legally possess a firearm.

get your facts straight before accusing people of committing crimes, which is libel per se

    ReplyDelete
  44. As I've told you many times, if you do not possess a LTCF, you may not transport in a vehicle, even if you separate the ammo and firearm. I have checked this with both police Chiefs and the District Attorney. You will eventually be arrested if you continue without a LTCF. I have told you this as well.

    ReplyDelete
  45. I have checked this with the Sheriff, local police, state police, attorney and DA and you are wrong. Stop libeling people

    ReplyDelete
  46. No you haven't. Can't really argue with a crazy person. Yiu will be arrested eventually and it is no defense to this kind of offense to claim you did not know the law.

    ReplyDelete
  47. You have no understanding of the law, which is why you have no license to practice the law.

You have no license to practice medicine , yet diagnose others with medical conditions after you refused to follow your own court order which directed you to seek mental help.

You have no credibility. You dont know the difference between a revolver and a semi-auto

You dont know the open carry laws.

You dont know (and dont care to ) the confidentiality laws, and neither does your felon lawyer.

    Stop libeling people

    ReplyDelete
  48. Thius should prove to be a great consolation when you are arrested. Carry on.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Hey, I don't have a license to practice law, but I know how delivery of a certified letter works.

Talk about stalking. Bernie, I can't believe how ruthless people are in incessantly attacking you. I don't see evidence of you doing this on Mezzafuckingoutofhermid's blog. Talk about hypocrisy. She posts here day and night, mostly in the wee hours of the morning when normal people are humping, sweating, and smoking ciggy's. She can't sleep because her house is about to be taken by some bottom feeding two-bit blogger. That's a crying shame. I'm so upset I need a tissue.

    ReplyDelete
  50. "If no permit, they must unload, and separate firearm and ammo in different compartments."

Under the PA firearms statute, there are certain limited exceptions that allow a person without a LTCF to transport in a vehicle a firearm "which is not loaded and is in a secure wrapper." Going to and from a political picnic is not one of those enumerated exceptions.

    ReplyDelete
  51. You were going to no range. You went to a picnic and violated the law.

    ReplyDelete
  52. ignorance reeks

    unloaded, separate compartments

    you are disbarred

    stop libeling people

    ReplyDelete
  53. @8:48 PM, "even if she changed her mind" sounds like a similar legal argument to "the mailman didn't deliver my trial notice."

    ReplyDelete
  54. Yep. She goes back and forth, claiming it's legal, then claiming it's OK if she was on her way to a range.

    ReplyDelete
  55. I take it from her comments about "unloaded, separate compartments" that she is tacitly acknowledging she does not have a license to carry.

    ReplyDelete
  62. 10:34, This same lawyer represents Council now. Take it up with them, not Angle. A good lawyer is worth a few tax liens. You probably don't know much about good lawyers.

    ReplyDelete
  63. 10:32, In other words, you really have nothing to say, so you resort to the same tired ad hominem that is so shocking because it is only uttered about 15 times in every controversial post.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Fortunately you along with Angle will be a passing footnote in the larger world of decent productive people who are fortunate enough to not even know of your existence.

    ReplyDelete
  65. A few tax liens. Your sense of proportion is amusing but not surprising. It confirms yours hypocrisy. The unjustified harm you cause on a regular basis to decent people is a call to arms. Your poison requires the necessary antidote of truth.

    ReplyDelete
  66. So says someone unwilling to even identify himself or herself.

    ReplyDelete
  67. "you are a disbarred alcoholic"

How the fuck is someone disbarred from being an alcoholic? Can't come within 20' of a bar?

Stop harassing Bernie. He providing a service to the Lehigh Valley. You're a puss-filled zit on the ass of a ground hog. Ignorant douche bag.

    ReplyDelete
  68. How ironic that someone found guilty of libel says every day that the person they libeled libels others. Look in the mirror, or did all of them crack from that ugly mug that is where a face is supposed to be?

Looks like one more case of creating "evidence" to add to your box. "Look judge, this anonymous blog post says O'Hare libels people." "And I've got more, judge. This is completely unfair and you need to overturn this verdict. You made an error!"

    ReplyDelete
  69. An even weaker reparte. You truly are a hypocrite. Let's see. angle buys real estate as a favor from his atty in extremis and there is no potential influence on his official opinions.

    ReplyDelete
  70. You won't admit it being the sociopathic daddy I am really worth your love person you are but deny the facts. Go ahead. Get past the self loathing. You. Can go it. The truth shall set you free.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Let me see. Private citizen Ron Angle can influence Council's lawyer bc he shared real estate investments with him. By this logic, the attorney would be unable to do business with anyone or represent anyone. Take that brilliant argument to the Ethics Comm'n or complain to council. You are way off topic and I am tired of your hate.
