In a new Northampton County tradition, Peg Ferraro has selected Scott Parsons as her consort over the next year in a sign of bipartisan unity. The other finalists hope they'll do better next year.
Actually, Peg was tormenting Scott at the time. Peg, Scott and many other luminaries were present for today's dedication of the brand new centralized human services building on Emrick Boulevard.
I'll have a detailed story later, but couldn't resist this.
