You own views are appreciated, especially if they differ from mine. But remember, commenting is a privilege, not a right. I will delete personal attacks or off-topic remarks at my discretion. Comments that play into the tribalism that has consumed this nation will be declined. So will comments alleging voter fraud unless backed up by concrete evidence. If you attack someone personally, I expect you to identify yourself. I will delete criticisms of my comment policy, vulgarities, cut-and-paste jobs from other sources and any suggestion of violence towards anyone. I will also delete sweeping generalizations about mainstream parties or ideologies, i.e. identity politics. 3:10 here. I just realized that the current ED is a direct report to Diane anyway, so....I withdraw my comment. As it's currently set up, JB can already take the credit for everything they do. No harm, no foul.
ReplyDeleteIt should be his call. Collis is a Stoffa confidant, she was there to do his bidding, so why not give Brown the same courtesy. Not everything has to be about keeping Stoffa setups tyh4e same.

ReplyDeleteThen perhaps Brown should have asked the Gaming Board not to appoint Collis as it's ED. And this is not really Brown's call at all. The Gaming Board is an independent body, not an arm of the Executive.
