In the wake of the indictment of one of their own for public corruption, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court not only relieved Justice Joan Orie Melvin of all duties ...

Bernie,
Another sad day in Pa. If the present leadership in State Government can't see that this is almost epidemic to State Government positions than they should resign. The entire System needs reformed. Where is the Gov, and Senate leadership?
She was also evicted and banned from her Pitsburgh Office.
The locks were also changed on the office to keep her from using State equipment, However she will receive her Salary of $195,000.00 until she is convicted!
There are many more judges that have chamber payoffs going on in pennsyilvania. The biggist problem is they think they are above the law, have forgot why they worked so hard fo there positions that are held in high esteem. This is all because its all about money as the say, but the decisions are at the cost to the public.
