That's what DA Risa Vetri Ferman must think. She unveiled a 69-page grand jury report yesterday, accusing Commissioner Jim Matthews of perjury and false swearing. Interestingly, one of the matters that Matthews allegely lied about is a possible Sunshine Act violation. Committing a violation is a summary offense, no worse than a parking ticket. Lying about it is a felony.
The Grand Jury report is here.

Not only did she indicate a charge, think nightly news had him accompanied by officers? Could be wrong about that. But Bernie Baby,
you forgot to mention his famous
opinionated bro.
Bernie, The Commissioner was involved receiving campaign contributions from contracts with the county, what was different than what Pawlowski is doing from those that have contracts with the City of Allentown and campaign contributions go to Freinds Of Pawlowski. Has he reached a Million Dollars since this committee has been formed. If there is a difference, could you explain.

What's funny is that the Grand Jury presentment mentions the Sunshine Act, personal use of campaign contributions, then goes on to conclde there's insufficient evidence to file criminal charges. Then it nails Matthews for lying. I'm not so sure about this one. Lets assume he lied. If he lies about what is not a crime, should that really be the basis of a criminal prosecution? It seems like the DA is over-reaching here.

Is Dave Matthews his brother? I always enjoyed his music.
I've got this thrill running up my leg!
His brother is notorious cross-dresser, Ann Coulter.
