Only One Undefeated Team Left in Little League District 20 World Series
Lehigh's offensive powerhouse, which was pummeling opponents with double digit scores, was lifeless last night. North Central Bethlehem blanked these bruisers, 5-0, eliminating the Illick's Mill team from further competition.
Because Nazareth and North Central Bethlehem each have one loss, they will duel each other on Thursday, 6 PM, for the right to take on Pennridge.
Twelve other leagues are now watching from the sidelines.

No comment on the mayor of allentown being on "the Ed show" on tuesday???
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry, but I don't watch TV. I checked and just learned now that Pawlowski was there to set the record straight about Allentown. Did you see it? Can you tell me whether Pawlowski did well or poorly? Did he tell the truth?
ReplyDeleteJust saw it here. http://ed.msnbc.msn.com/_news/2011/07/05/7021628-guest-list-tuesday-75
ReplyDeleteHe's an idiot.
He talks about resenting the attempt to politicize it and is there with a union dude. He pretends Allentown is doing well, and that's bullshit.
Allentown is doing great? It's per capita income is just $18,143, the lowest in the LV. In 2010, a grand total of just 17 lots were approved.
Go Nazzy!
