The Good Cop

The Morning Call this morning paints a pretty portrait of Allentown police Sgt. Richard Mongilutz. It's also accurate. I've personally seen this guy in action on Hamilton Street, where he has been invaluable to small businesses that struggle every day. He is one of the Queen City's shining lights.

Perhaps you might consider hosting "jobs" on your blog so folks desperate to find work might find a job.

  4. As one who both lives and works in the city, I see Officer Mongilutz all the time. Nice guy, no question. Definitely goes above and beyond call of duty.

  10. "iconic moustache", must be. He bagged a judge so that moustache must be not only iconic but AMAZING.

  11. Yes, he is top notch and a real asset to the City of Allentown.

This should say a lot because IMO there isn't much to Allentown.
