Shouldn't Suburbs Pay For State Police Protection?

We all complain, with some justification, when our money is poured into cities like Bethlehem, Easton and Allentown. But what about city residents supporting the 'burbs? Don't think that happens? Think again.

According to PaIndependent, the state house is considering three separate bills. Locally, state reps. Karen Beyer, Joe Brennan and Jennifer Mann are the only legislators supporting any of these measures. State rep. Bob Freeman did support a previous measure.
