Sam Bennett's War Against Big Oil, Big Pharma & Grocers?

I'll share my thoughts about this on Monday.

"and didnt take a salary for seven years." Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought she worked several jobs during this seven year period in which she did receive a salary. Also, is she telling us that if you "volunteer" for a few years with a non-profit or charity, that entitles you to over $100k in salary from this organization? Somebody at the Red Cross better watch out. I am looking for back pay for all those blood drives.

I like the forced smile for the little people at the end.

It reassures me that Sam Bennett is one of us.

God, she is like a female Ron Angle with the fake sincerity and goofy smile.

This contradicts her campaign's claim that she averaged a salary of $13,000 over her years with POM.

You should rename this Blog;

Dent Good, Bennett BAD, VERY BAD!

A better name would be:

The Truth -- Dent Good, Bennett Scary.

This ad makes no sense. Is she really advocating prohibiting corporations from selling food in the grocery stores? Even the organic foods sold at my store are produced by corporations. To "get all the corporations" out of the grocery stores would be devastating. Even the grocery stores themselves are corporations! This is a scary statement and has influenced my vote, Perhaps not the way it was intended by Mrs. Bennett.

The asymetrical, what they're wearing in San Francisco bowl cut should really help folks see that she's one of us, too.

I was frightened by the evident suggestion that government (!) can provide energy, food, and medicine better than the private sector. Last time that was tried, poor Mr Gorbachev had to tear down his wall. But I am really frightened by that manical grin at the end of the ad

Bennett isn't one of us? You guys are stretching now. It's nice to see someone exposing Dent's record. Perhaps Rick Santorum has a position for him? Maybe he can get in on Toomey's bank.

Yeah, she's one of us. I saw her digging a ditch the other day.

Then she works her second job doing oil changes at Meinke.

What a troll you are.

Anon 7:16,

How do you expose a record that is public already?

Oh, yeah, you make it up!

I saw Sam Bennett working on the Lehigh County Courthouse expansion the other day. She was welding and wearing her neatly pressed denim shirt.

I saw her at Macy's on Friday evening buying a pair of knee high black boots.

I saw Sam drinking a pina colada at Trader Vic's/Her hair was cut with a bowl - di -dah!

Note: Warren, I apologize for putting Sam Bennett into your lyrics.

I know her phoniness would make you hurl.

RIP

At least Bennett is honest now. She admits that she thinks that socialism is the answer - like far too many Dem politicians (and even a few Republicans!)

HR 5351 (Roll Call #84): Energy Tax changes – February 27, 2008.
The House voted 236-182 to send the Senate a bill to rescind tax breaks that ExxonMobil, Royal Dutch Shell, BP, Chevron and ConocoPhillips received in 2004 as an incentive to not export U.S. jobs. This would raise taxes by $13.6 billion over ten years and use the revenue to fund tax breaks that would promote the development of renewable fuels and energy efficiencies. A yes vote supported the measure.
Gerlach (R-6th) No
Murphy (D-8th) Yes
Carney (D-10th) Yes
Kanjorski (D-11th) Yes
Schwartz (D-13th) Yes
Dent (R-15th) No
Holden (D-17th) Yes

Proof positive that the voters should vote out Murphy, Carney, Kanjorski, Schwartz and Holden.
