You own views are appreciated, especially if they differ from mine. But remember, commenting is a privilege, not a right. I will delete personal attacks or off-topic remarks at my discretion. Comments that play into the tribalism that has consumed this nation will be declined. So will comments alleging voter fraud unless backed up by concrete evidence. If you attack someone personally, I expect you to identify yourself. I will delete criticisms of my comment policy, vulgarities, cut-and-paste jobs from other sources and any suggestion of violence towards anyone. I will also delete sweeping generalizations about mainstream parties or ideologies, i.e. identity politics. My decisions on these matters are made on a case by case basis, and may be affected by my mood that day, my access to the blog at the time the comment was made or other information that isn’t readily apparent.
1st a post on happy endings (which are obviously good for you) and now one on butter being good for you - I feel like Bernie, I think I've just said too much.
ReplyDeletedon't forget the post about the naked woman on minsi trail bridge. bernie is finding a niche in the "adult" blog market...
ReplyDelete...and it's not even hump day.
ReplyDeleteButter is definitely good for you!
ReplyDeleteIt's all the overprocessed, high fructose corn syrup added, artificial slop which makes me fat :)
Actually, all kidding aside, once I gave up the sugar and the "white" starchy stuff, I have lost 3 clothing sizes pretty effortlessly. And I do have my butter when I want it.
I'll be ditching all food whatsoever, AFTER my vacation next week, lol.
ReplyDelete(I say this every year, but I gotta get rid of my fat ass, literally!)
I try to eat organic food whenever I can, but it gets expensive. I'll have to give this butter a try. I don't usually use butter, but it's gotta be healthier than Mayo... well, I would think, anyway.
