Dancing With Don on Friday Night

Eat and Dance with Lehigh County Executive "Don Cunningham and His Cabinet" on Friday night, 7 PM, at the East Side Youth Center, 1140 E. Clair St., Allentown. (Corner of Clair and Knapp Streets).

I'm told Sterling Raber plays a mean acoustic guitar and has recently signed to play in Cunningham's band.

Cost: $25 per person, at the door or in advance.

Abundant food and drinks served.

Make checks payable to "Friends of Don Cunningham," PO Box 644 - Bethlehem, PA 18016

  1. Is Don going to be dining with Sam Bennett at this event or will that take his name off of this blog if he does? Is Bernie going to be playing an instrument that only uses his middle finger to PLUCK with? Will Hillary be there for him? So many questions, so little time.

  2. Anon 9:44,

You seem to operate under the misperception that if I like one Democrat, I must like them all. I don't think that way. Most people don't think that way. I would not hold Bennett against Cunningham any more than I hold Pawlowski against Easterling.

LOLV, I have no idea what point you're trying to make.

  4. I see. If a discerning critic like you is a fan, he must be pretty good. I saw him once at Mayfair and liked him, but my musical opinions are more worthless than my political opinions.

  6. "Dancing With Don on Friday Night"

He keeps stepping on my feet; not a very good dancer or representative.

Sorry! if he was to trying out on American Idol; I don't think he could find the front door for the audition.

  7. Common Bernie,
We all know "I am a farmer by trade" Raber.plays a mean washtub base. I hear he is not too shabby at the washboard either.

Guess there aint no crime in the country cuz Rabar voted safe streets down. But those plastic bags thrown all around roadside can sure get a tangle in the Massy Ferguson. We need some hearings about those plastic bags.

  8. Raber is an amazing man and impresses the hell out of me. And don't be fooled for one second by his "I'm just a farmer" routine. Even in NC, he is known as a sly fox.

Now as far as that Safe Streets program is concerened, I was under the impression it is dead. I no longer think so.
