In what certainly is good news for Democrat Bob Brooks and bad news for Republican Ryan Mackenzie, the Pa. Commonwealth Court has tossed "Green" party candidate Andrew Topne off the ballot in the race for the Pa. 07 Congressional District. I will post the Opinion later tonight or tomorrow.
Commonwealth Court jurist Stella M Tsai, in a 33-page Opinion, concludes that, to be a nominee of the Green party, he should have sought a nomination from that party.

Comments that play into the tribalism that has consumed this nation will be declined. So will comments alleging voter fraud unless backed up by concrete evidence. Incumbent protection scam. Let the voters decide. This is cheating. What party is the "judge?"
