Videos Contradict Trump Administration Account of ICE Shooting in Minnea...

This is pure evil! A physician was denied the ability to render aid, and the Ice cowboy who shot and killed this woman just left the scene.

    2. How inconvenient for you that we can all see the footage with our own eyes, regardless of how Drumpf’s evil scheming minions try to gaslight us. Why DO folks like you enjoy the taste of boot so much? Do you at least add a little salt prior to those dutiful licks?

  3. The whole point of dressing federal agents up like terrorists and hanging fire arms on them is to instil fear in the population (who are paying for their outfits by the way), so no one should be surprised an innocent mother was killed because she was scared and tried to flee to protect herself. We must put an end to ICE and return to our kinder, gentler selves. This could have happened to any of us.

    1. No, it can't "happen to any of us". I was at work instead of driving to a different state to block and harass ICE agents. The action may not have been justified (to be determined in a court of law) but let's stop pretending she was just an innocent bystander.

  5. What isn't shown in this video is federal agents went to a local high school and started harassing students and parents at pickup time. Minneapolis public schools have been closed for the rest of the week to protect families from federal harassment.

Try being one of those parents. Try explaining to a kid why its not safe to go to school in the "greatest country in the world". For a certain 6 year old, their mom was just killed by ICE.

All of this violence, for what?

  6. I was wondering when you would spew your hatred at ICE. So, these "monsters". Who are they? They are our sons, are fathers, our daughters and other family members. Stop demonizing them. They wear masks because they are spit on. Their families are at risk from those that are incited by the likes of you. U bleeding heart liberals love cheap labor to wipe the behinds of your kids and elderly; your landscaping and car washing and picking your veggies. An honest employer such as those who pay living wages and benefits can't compete as they are undercut by those hiring undocumented workers.

  7. The Trump/Vance administration's militarized goon squad is following the Hegseth "F-around and find out" directive and acting with impunity.

  8. This woman was part of a group trained to disrupt and harass ICE. She was doing that all morning before she finally resisted arrest, and then tried to escape and run over the ICE agent. Unbelievable but you blame ICE? Sheesh. Maybe move to Minnesota, Bernie,

    1. FACT! The 2 women went there with a plan. The living "wife" admitted it. They planned it and videoed it and played russian roulette with armed officers. She was blocking the road, playing tough. Then refused to get out. Then accelerated, hit ice thankfully, and bumped the officer. Who knows how hard she would have hit him if she didn't hit the ice patch. Hindsight is 20/20.

I don't know about you, but I will ALWAYS err on the side of caution when a LEO tells me to GET OUT! Don't become a statistic! Much of this comes from the Obama era of dissing the police.

    2. Doesn’t really matter. In this country we have due process. If she was obstructing officers with the proper legal authority should come and arrest her or issue a warrant for her arrest.

The officer who fired the shots may have felt threatened for a moment but was out of harms way at the moment he fired the three shots. Clearly he lacked proper training and/or discipline.

  11. If I may suggest, if you don't want to get run over don't stand in front of a vehicle. If you're really concerned about a driver pulling away place your 5,000lb pickup in front of it instead.

    1. LVCI, the ICE agent, a highly trained and experienced LE professional and a decorated combat veteran, was well off to the side of the SUV when it accelerated and struck him with a glancing blow.
The woman filming this, identified as the “Wife”, found the whole situation humorous.
You, on the other hand, have zero background in law enforcement.

  12. There is actually another video from a different angle that shows the car hitting the agent. (in the even you hadn't already seen it.)

    1. What you have here is a collection of the videos from different angles. It is completely obvious that, whether the unfortunate victim made the mistake of daring to protest, this ICE agent committed a homicide. He was in front of the vehicle, and did not belong there bc he has a duty to de-escalate. If this woman wanted to flee, they could just note her license plate. He also has a duty to retreat unless his life or the lives of others are in danger. In fact, that is exactly what he did before shooting the victim and killing her. And he intended to kill her, as the shots were fired at point blank range. He refused to provide medical assistance and agents refused to allow someone who identified himself as a physician to render aid. He then left the scene. This is just stunning.

    2. Big mistake here. The standard for judgment is not various video tapes taken from different angles. Or the assumption that we have seen all tapes that exist and the possibility of a body cam on an ICE agent. The standard was established by the United States Supreme Court in Graham v. Connor which ruled on the issue of excessive force. The court in a very powerful quote cautioned , "The "reasonableness" of a particular use of force must be judged from the perspective of a reasonable officer on the scene, rather than with the 20/20 vision of hindsight". The court further stated 'reasonableness' of a particular use of force and its calculus must embody an allowance for the fact that police officers are often forced to make split-second decisions about the amount of force necessary in a particular situation". There are further tests and much case law on this issue. Such analyses embody a standard that given the facts known at the time, “would a similarly trained and experienced officer respond in a similar fashion." This analysis is for experts and not for neophytes whose only experience is viewing FOX, CNN or MSwhatever. The Lehigh Valley has been through this . There have been legitimate discharges of guns at drivers resulting in death by police that have passed the test. On the other hand, an Easton police officer was sentenced to prison in the death of a driver as a result of such a confrontation.

    3. Bernie, you have become a shameless partisan hack who has helped create the social atmosphere where a tragedy like this was ultimately inevitable.

    4. The ICE officer who fired the shot as he was being hit by the accelerating SUV is a decorated combat veteran and a highly experienced law enforcement officer.
BO’H, you are waaaay outside of your zone of expertise but you get bonus points for your consistent ranting about the Nazis, racists, misogynists and neofascists who made up approximately half of our collective families, friends and neighbors.
You wanted to promote the climate that separates and divides the country.
      Congratulations.

    5. Bernie, the ICE agents were in the process of making an arrest.
You are the last person who should talk about deescalation. You have been stoking the flames of hate and division for months and months.

The ICE agent involved was a decorated combat veteran and a highly trained and experienced LE officer.
      You are a partisan hack.

    6. Play stupid games, and something bad might happen. It's the officers perception of the threat for serious bodily injury. That's the threshold. It's a close call, but maybe she shouldn't be out there acting like an asshole when she got kids at home.

  13. These ladies planned this and went lookinig for trouble! All for views? Who knows. But this was a set up on their part. The anti police rhetoric started with Obama. People feel free to diss the police and refuse to listen to them. I am not saying that all LEO are good, but damn, when someone has an AR15 type equipment and tells you to get out of the car (that you are using as a blockiing device) then you GET OUT!! don't be a martyr. GET OUT OF THE CAR!! Dont take the risk!!

Now a woman is dead. It is her own fault and the fault of the "wife". Who blatently admitted to that fact! FAFO is a phrase being used often of late.

It absolutley applies in this situation!!

  14. Sure, Bernie. Just jot down her license plate . . . . . while she continues on at higher speed and runs over some other ICE Agent (s).

  15. Bernie, did you protest the killing of Ashli Babbit? Surely that is murder as well and that Capitol Police officer should be tried for murder? Isnt he the same guy who receives 100's of thousands of dollars for a day care he is running in his home?

  16. That ICE Officer has 33 stitches in his leg from being dragged by a vehicle months ago, so he knows better than any of us what being struck by a 2 ton vehicle can do! This dingbat lady drove 5 HOURS to get there...who does that??
How about just comply with their commands and nobody gets hurt?? pretty simple, right?

    3. Then the officer clearly should not have been back to work if he was unable to recognize the difference between threat and not a threat. His injury was in June, I doubt that was enough time for him to physically heal, get the counseling support he would have needed and training to return to work. And now a woman has been needlessly killed. A mother stolen from her children. He’s meant to be the trained professional here, so it sounds like another example of ICE failing - it can’t even support its own officers properly.

  19. It's against DHS policy to discharge a firearm at a moving vehicle, as others could be injured or killed by said vehicle. This is pure incompetence! The general attitude of the current administration is to break rules if it serves their agenda and there's plenty of people following that lead because they've been given permission, which is essentially leading to the breakdown of our system and general civility. Social media disinformation & traditional media siloing is adding gasoline to the fire.

  20. Look at the body cam. I was taught many years ago, police say stop, you stop. Now they get the finger and people take off. Obey the law.

    ReplyDelete

    1. It wasn’t a body cam. It was his cell phone. The victim was known and loved for being good and kind. With how feral these officers appear to act, it’s no curiosity that she opted to leave rather than “obey”. Why can’t you admit he was wrong? He shot and killed a fellow citizen. These officers think they are above the law and you’re not special. Do you not see that? You won’t get some sort of pass for being the goodest boy if it doesn’t benefit them. The same people that call themselves patriots today would have most certainly been redcoats and loyalists by their actions.

  21. The inflammatory mayor changed his tune this afternoon. Wants a fair investigation. He saw the latest bodycam video. It's best to practice the 48 hours rule before going public with your hot take on incomplete information. I've long created edited videos and can fool anyone with today's remarkable AI tools that do everything from basic color bancing and correction to reanimating dead people. Don't trust anything you see without lots of verification. You're an old dude like I am Bernie. Beware of a world that's moving much faster than we could ever have imagined.

    1. 5:11, your statement is false. The Mayor stated that he wants an independent investigation, not one that denies a role to state investigators. It is clear to me that the ICE cowboy acted unreasonably and, contrary to what the VP stated, there is no absolute immunity

  24. This is what happens when armed agents are empowered to see anyone protesting their actions as the enemy and not a civilian exercising their right to protest. Scenes like this will keep happening when armed ICE agents are deployed in urban areas and assigned to act with impunity. Welcome to Trump and Steven Miller's America!

    ReplyDelete
  25. Shooting an individual who is not armed is always murder, just a matter of degree. The person in harms way here was the shooter putting himself in front and aside of a moving car and killing the driver with the car still moving.

    ReplyDelete
  26. A tragedy?
    Absolutely.
    Avoidable?
Probably not given the hate, hostility, and gunfire aimed at ICE officers.
    A crime?
    No.

The same wife who thought the situation was a barrel of laughs.

  28. The deceased woman was looking directly at the ICE officer when she accelerated her 4,000 pound vehicle directly into him.

She took her marching orders from the leftist coalition stalking, harassing, and interfering with the lawlessness wrought by the previous administration.

She took the advice of her more radical wife who screamed at her to flee.

She’s dead because of the problem created by Joe Biden, the company who she keeps and aligns herself with, and the woman who she knows as a wife.

And for those of you who don’t know sh$t about vehicular impact, the Honda Pilot struck the officer at its 11 0’clock position.

That’s the drivers side front for you dummies.

    ReplyDelete
  29. LOL, now there is multiple videos that show her blocking the road for almost three minutes. Dancing and taunting the Agents while sitting in her car. Bottom line is that she was breaking the law by obstructing law enforcement. You can debate the use of deadly force, it is debatable, it is a borderline use of force in my view. Having said that, you want to go out and play this stupid game with law enforcements, you might just win a stupid prize. This is not a joke, and those guys are conducting legal law enforcement activities whether you like it or not. Obstruct them, taunt them, spit on them, and throw ice balls at them and something bad just may happen.
