Trump Indictment and "Statement of Facts"

The Hill has uploaded both the 34-count indictment as well as the underlying Statement of Facts unsealed in the criminal case brought against Donald Trump. I will weigh in later.

  1. Bernie you and your democrats are the most stupid son of bitches on this earth--that is one of the weakest indictments in history. Every time you people try to get Trump you look worse than the last time ' This will never make it to Dec 4. Another witch hunt end in disaster for you left wing idiots.

  3. Democrats should be embarrassed. This witch hunt is costing the taxpayer millions. The most it will be is a bookkeeping mistake at the most. President Trump will not spend one second in jail because of this joke. Lets move on to the next failed witch hunt by the democrats all because they fear Trump

    https://www.johnbuzalaw.com/federal-criminal-defense/falsifying-business-records/

"For the government to sustain a conviction for falsifying business records in the first degree, the government must prove the following two elements beyond a reasonable doubt"

1)The person either: (i) made or caused a false entry in the business records of an enterprise

2)The person did so with the intent to defraud that included an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof.

  7. There appears to be a serious problem here with the dates the so-called misdeeds took place. Paperwork shows the recording of the payments were made AFTER Trump had turned over control of his company to his two adult sons! I don’t fully understand how the timing works but experts also now giving evidence the indictment identifies no behavior of any real crime.

This will be an interesting, but disturbing and sad discussion going forward. To think they are running out the date of any trial to 2024 will have all of our heads spinning long before then.

    1. You are missing an important point. This is not about trump anymore. It's about politically motivated which hunts that too can hurt any party in the future and destroy this country.

"Paperwork shows the recording of the payments were made AFTER Trump had turned over control of his company to his two adult sons!"
So throw trump's kid under the bus?
One small problem is the tape where trump discusses how to pay Stormy Daniels.

  14. Remember how mad Republicans were when Barack Obama wore a tan suit?
Be that mad about your former President who pays porn stars to "hush."

Remember how mad Republicans were when Michell Obama wore a sleeveless dress?
Be that mad about your former President who's wife posed nude for $$.

Remember when we spent 5.5 years on Clinton's BJ?
Be thankful this cost less and took far less time.
