Who Does Benny Suport For Judge and DA?

Benny has been in a lonely corner of the Northampton County Law Library for quite some time. He's so engrossed in legal research that, as you can see, he has no time to eat.

If anyone knew who would make a great DA or judge, Benny would. So I asked him.

He took the fifth.

  3. He's endorsing Houck. He said he has a bone to pick with Baratta. Too many skeletons in his closet.

  6. New blood is needed in the DA’s office. So many assistant da’s have quit since Terry Houck was elected. I don’t think he has the management style needed to run that office.

    1. I'm sure there are multiple factors at play, but people are quitting government attorney positions (adas and public defender) in unusual numbers everywhere. Maybe it's just a strong market for employees and they are taking better offers. Not saying Houck's leadership style has nothing to do with it, but this is a common occurrence and I doubt it can be blamed solely on him.
