Commonwealth Court Orders State to Take Custody of 15 Juveniles From Philly

Staffing shortages at juvenile justice centers are by no means unique to NorCo.  It's a statewide problem that has prompted the Juvenile Court Judges' Commission to reach out to Pa. Governor Tom Wolf for help.

At Philadelphia's Juvenile Justice Center, the staffing shortage has been made worse by overcrowded conditions. A Commonwealth Court judge has ordered the state Department of Human Services to take custody of 15 children.

  1. Better that kids are ignored and endangered than be cared for by the unvaccinated. This is what we just voted for, as well. The people have spoken loudly and clearly - and very recently. The kids can keep a stiff upper lip. We didn't ask for them and they could have been easily aborted before becoming problematic.

  2. Reach put to Wolf for help? Wolf and his draconian pandemic policies caused this, and many predicted we'd end up right here. Wolf effed around and Pennsylvanians found out. More of this is coming. Everybody knows it and nobody really cares because they've already accepted this new new. I'm already bored with this story. It was easily prevented and can be easily solved. But we're not permitted to have an honest discussion. So we move on .....
