NorCo GOP To Host Congressional Debate on April 1

The NorCo GOP will host a Lehigh Valley Congressional debate (Pa.. -7) on Friday, April 1, at Northampton Community College's Alumni Hall. Two candidates, Lisa Scheller and Kevin Dellicker, hope to secure the Republican nod to oppose incumbent Susan Wild

Alumni Hall is located inside the buildings across from the main campus, located at 3835 Green Pond Rd in Bethlehem.

The debate starts at 7 pm. Doors open at 6 pm..

According to the news release, this is an open press event. So I'll be there and fill you in if I survive

Scheller is the President and Hair of Siberline, one of the world's largest aluminum paint pigment manufacturers. She is also a philanthropist who has given generously to Lehigh Community College. She has  also established a coffeehouse for recovering addicts and alcoholics. She ran against Wild two years ago, but came up short.

Dellicker, a veteran with the Air National Guard, owns a technology company that helps schools upgrade internet access. Dellicker is critical of Scheller's business connections with China.

  1. Dellicker is making the rounds of all the sportsmens clubs. His literature is on the tables of all the gun clubs. He doesn't hit and run, he sticks around and talks with the men and women attending the meetings. Very cordial and outgoing.

  3. Problem for Scheller if she does not cut ties with Lynch. He is poison if she is nominated. In a republican year she could have a shot at the seat. I have heard many none super progressive fem dems are disappointed in Wild.

  9. You'll awake on Wednesday, November 9 and wish it was April Fools Day.

I suggest you read, "Ready for Red (My First Colors Series)," by Candace Whitman. It's still available in hard cover on Amazon.

  10. For 12:13 am.........a Republican Congressional debate on Aprils Fool Day is no more appropriate than naming a "SWAMP" after one of Northampton County's prestigious democratic leaders.

  11. I was hoping Scheller would go away after loosing last time. She’s a a hard-nosed trumper. I’d be interested in knowing where she was on January 6th. She and her husband are Republican insiders. They both are scary, together they are worse. I can admire her work with the coffee shop, but I suspect it’s a good tax write-off too. She has had all the advantages money could bring. She’s a business woman because she inherited a business that very well when silver pigments became popular. Her China connections do indeed need to be examined. I suspect the Chinese people like fake chrome on their Buicks, just as we do. So maybe she should get Whackado Lynch in her camp.

  12. According to 11:07, Scheller is an insurrectionist, insincere philanthropist, undeserving of her wealth, a Chinese scammer, and Lynch mobster. This script reader certainly checked all the boxes. No original thoughts, but very passionate. This is what's going to make Wild's trouncing by (fill in the blank with any old R) especially delicious in November. Please stop back to cry in this space. I need that satisfaction. Lol.
