Just yesterday, I complained about the spotty information out there concerning a Covid-19 vaccine. A Facebook page, Lehigh Valley COVID Vaccine Info, is attempting to fill the void with information on different places.

ReplyDeleteCalling the Commonwelth number was a waist of phone battery. We called St.Lukes and I’ve got my account set up at LHVH So supply and support chains are swamped. This is why it’s so important to have production of things that go into conflict made.in U.S. not outside. Also ,it time to step up masking with higher quality manufacturing.,with proper fit and decontamination procedures . Authenticity of KN95 masks should be vetted like sold by Honeywell,Homtex, KNH,and others . Good luck .
ReplyDeleteMR. O'Hare, The Bethlehem Health Bureau Vaccine Clinics DO NOT accept walk ins! They are by pre registered appointments only! The Clinics are currently administering the Moderna Vaccine which does not require the ultra low storage temperatures as the Astrazenica Vaccine does.

ReplyDeleteWell, from what I heard, people are not getting turned away if they don't have an appointment and getting a shot! The Moravian college setup was a shit show, traffic was horrible even with police presence.
ReplyDeleteWith respect to 1:57pm, what happens to unadministered doses? It’s human nature for some not to show up for appointments. Out of a couple of hundred people scheduled in a session, there are bound to be leftovers. What’s the protocol for them?
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing the information Bernie! I’m trying to assist many of my senior friends in obtaining theirs. Many of those folks do not have the smartphone/internet technology to obtain the online appointments or complete online registration for their vaccinations.
