Washington Tp Cop's Girlfriend Claims His Son Paid For Hawaii Visit

On Tuesday, I slammed suspended Washington Township police officer Mark Gwozdz or sauntering off to Hawaii on paid administrative leave with his girlfriend, who herself also happens to be a cop in another jurisdiction. I received an angry email from her yesterday, demanding me to remove my post because she said it is inaccurate. As regular readers of this blog know, I only rarely will poof a post. I decline to do so here as well, but I told Gwozdz' female companion I would be willing to provide her side of the story.

She explained that Gwozdz' son, who is in the military, actually paid for his Dad's trip. She paid for her half. "We had to sleep on the ship with him for 6 nights until we pulled into the home port, it was no Hawaii vacation let alone on public dime. We slept in metal racks as big as a coffin in about 50 degree temperature constantly. We learned what sailor life and what he has done for the last year is really like. It’s like jail and these guys come home to deal with this crap?"

She also told me her boyfriend is now on unpaid administrative leave, pending the outcome of charges filed against him for allegedly threatening his third wife.

  1. The GF appears to be confused. His son wasn't mentioned in the post in question and didn't have to "deal with" any "crap".

  2. What???

So the lovebirds went to Hawaii on a Navy vessel??

    This is a brain hurter.

  3. What in Gods name is this woman talking about? just giving out more fuel for the fire. Never in my life have i heard that civilians are able to vacation on military installations / transportation vehicles. I believe that is all OPSEC. Lies lies lies....what else is she going to make up for this wonderful "police officer"

  5. Never in my life have i heard that civilians are able to vacation on military installations / transportation vehicles.

Neither had I, and thought it BS, but I did find an old LA Times story about civilians on military ships.

    https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-1990-04-08-tr-1349-story.html

These are apparently called a "Tiger Cruise" and a more recent story mentioned it still being offered in 2018.

From what I understand though, it is a one-way excursion. They wouldn't have had the ride back on a ship.

  6. He should have got that beagle instead of the steer.

    ReplyDelete
  7. In 2015 the cost was $82 per person.

"Tiger cruise is named after the public relations program started to increase community awareness of the Navy and the jobs that are performed. The program is called Operation Tiger Cruise. Tiger Cruises are a naval tradition. This cruise is set aside for friends and relatives to ride home with the ship."

"The occasional embarkation of family members of Naval personnel is intended to contribute to good morale and instill in service members a sense of pride in the Navy and their ships. It also enhances public understanding of the Navy and increases community awareness."

"Operation Tiger Cruise is the unclassified code name for a very special guest cruise program that includes two or more consecutive days underway. The primary purpose of a Tiger Cruise is for service members to acquaint their family members with their ship and their shipboard duties."

  8. Did they Bubbles Gwozdz bring back the extra shirts?

    ReplyDelete
  9. It doesn't look like Gilligan was under any stress. More time on your back then on your feet. Like old times Girlfriend.

    ReplyDelete
  10. I didn't know those shirts were baby issued. Well hopefully that fine young man won't get out with the same discharge ranking that his daddy has for the Marine Corp reserves. Embarrassing.

    ReplyDelete
  11. With those shirts the " Griswold's" must have been a big hit on ship.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Well maybe Gwozdz next cruise will be a port called NCP with some R&R in anger management classes.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Is he allowed to leave the state while he is awaiting trial?

    ReplyDelete
  14. They might have got a cheap one way voyage, but the Navy didn't pay for the hotel, food, drinks while there and the plane ride back. Sonny pay for that, as well?

    ReplyDelete
  15. It's hard to believe his girlfriend I will refer to as " dinner bell" or soon to be victim #4 could be that brain dead to send Bernie that email. She needs to change the air in her head.

    ReplyDelete
  16. She was on the boat explains why the fog horn was stuck on.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Pass the tissues please.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Did she mention how the food was? She doesn't look like she has missed many meals.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Good one Navy. You have a program to raise public image and instill pride all the while this lady slams the entire experience. Good Job USN!

Also this sounds like a real BS program that my taxes are paying for.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Great MOM leave and go with Gilligan with the kid home. Sickening.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Sorry to hear her navy experience was so aweful. I take umbridge to her slam of that privileged experience. As a retired Navy veteran I will forward this on. I hope the kid didn't get a gig for that sow with this attitude on ship. He paid for his dad and apparently you good dug your way abroad. Disgusts me. Next time freeloader stay in the barn.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Bitch about going when he invited his dad and your the baggage that came with him. You weren't invited but invited yourself. Once in a lifetime experience and you complain and slap the navy? Stay at home Mom and who was taking care of your child while your 'sailing and bitching about it? Eww just eww

  24. Thank you for the update Officer Dinner Bell. Nowhere was the service man even mentioned and this skank tries to bring him into it. What's with you just stay home and take care of your own kid gold digger.

    ReplyDelete
  25. The key here, I think, is to verify that ALL the days of that trip really were during an UNPAID LEAVE. If proven that taxpayer salaries were not being received, then the rest of the story is no problem.

  27. You must be dumb as a rock to send an email. Who ties your shoes? To think this wench is a cop too? Lord help us.

  28. When my son was in the Navy we were invited for a parents event similar to what she is referring to, except ours was out of San Diego up to Washington state. So yes the Navy does the parents trips

    ReplyDelete
  29. Complaining about this privilege to be aboard. That boy invited his dad because he is and should be proud of his accomplishments. He obviously has no control over what creature his abuser father is laying in the rack with. They come and go.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Poof a post. Cute. So you are content to allow your oft misinformed distorted and inaccurate blatherings about people to forever pollute the internet to the detriment of those you smear. Very noble of you. Almost Trumpian.

  31. To all the impeachment circus carnival crew claim the Bern man's story braking news as the old saying goes;" I didn't have sexual relations with that women" in the now notorious oral office!!!!

    1. The owner of the home was told the following morning that there wasn't a report from the accident. That can't be made up. If you or I hit a house you better believe a sobriety test would be ordered. No sobriety test here. No police report here. So much cover up. Thank you Bernie for bringing this story to the surface. SBRP tried making it all go away for a fellow officer. Our District Attorney isn't even close to making a determination on this incident. Oh and you sound a little emotional about this. Is this Miller? One of his girlfriends?

      Delete
    2. So who got up in the middle of the night and threw Miller's personal belongings (tools, golf clubs, receipts with Miller's name) all over Mr. Drosnock's yard? Leave Bernie alone. The only thing Bernie is guilty of is having the balls to report news that the news media is afraid to touch.

  40. My eyes hurt reading her dribble. If her accommodations were not satisfactory she should have gotten off the ship before muster one way or another by the looks of things I think she would float. I am sure they were just delighted in his billet to have you with what your saying about the trip.Don't you ever complain about the US Navy. How dare you complain about a privilege to go aboard ship. That is my two cents. It is not a holiday Inn and all that join proudly serve.

  45. It’s not unusual for civilians on U.S.Navy craft during some trial runs ot relocation. The ship would not be at Battle capacity during this period.

It’s called a “dependent’s cruse”. Navy allows the close relative to join onboard to see what their son or daughter is experiencing. Fees are paid for this event and not free. In my days at least , If Man of War is portside in say Barcelona,Spain , any American could request to eat a meal on board -guests paid for it , they were allowed to use galley. This is often after vetting , passports ,registration and sometimes escorted while on board. The ship belongs to the American people. Bunks are metal , small storage and the birth space may have 18 bodies rotating in or out to stand watch. Very little personal room .thats the way it is. But much more comfortable than that of an Infantryman has on day to day basis. I lived both myself. Believe me ,Navy is luxury in comparison.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Looks like Drosnock's house was hit by a navy destroyer. Hard to believe it didn't warrant a sobriety check, let alone a report. You wanted the job, Terry Houck. Now do it.

    ReplyDelete
  47. I have to say, very disappointed in Terry Houck's interview on 69 news. This incident stinks worse than a pig farm! I only hope he does the right thing in
this case, and does a thorough investigation. Right now, I have voters remorse.

    ReplyDelete
  48. This is way too captain obvious that a chief of police has/is influence"ing" the no harm no foul charges. These guys should all get FIRED just like the 911 staff in Allentown/Lehigh County for doing a 1/2 shot of rum while on duty and bringing in the new year. No harm no foul right? We are a nation of laws!

    ReplyDelete
  49. You cross over the center line of the road.. go more then a 1/2 a football field and hit a house? No sobriety test, no notification of the home owner, no careless driving or reckless driving, no driving a vehicle at safe speed or any charges.....the piece of an alloy wheel of the vehicle left on the lawn along with other debris. Nope folks nothing here move along. The homeowner has to go to the police station and at first the police know nothing? What a shame job. This is not going away. Its so obvious what went on. COVERUP till Bernie exposed it all.

    ReplyDelete
  50. I just want to say to Mark Gwozdz if you had any kind of decency or integrity you would resign as a police officer and go away. You have shamed yourself, your family and the community in which you serve more then once. Your a walking time bomb and liability. Its time to go away. Aloha!

    ReplyDelete
  51. No Harm-No foul....Miller just destroys a mans property and caused or risked a catastrophe and then boo woo's all over town that he is the victim and then you have Gwozdz playing the victim card now X3 with this ex wife.
We have seen this nonsense sideshow from both these two clowns numerous times. It time the Township terminates them. Conduct Unbecoming of a Police Officer.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Bernie check out the lvl site comments on public servant moral stating "snitches get stitches" seems to be a public service alert towards other public servants as well as the public!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  53. Gwowdz & Miller need to resign- immediately! For what it costs Washington Twsp. annually for police protection, they'd be better off with the State Police.

    ReplyDelete
  54. These two clowns spend more time at Penn Jersey than at the police station.

    ReplyDelete
  55. I am wondering what the issue is here? Seriously it's their life. Do you guys have nothing better to do then be keyboard warriors? As far as bashing people's weight I bet half you guys can't even tie your damn shoes!

  56. Bernie 8:43 is —— who would you call ? Dispatch folks relieved of duty for a shot during new year is to release comrades that Are comrades. Mistakes in leadership, I was on British Cruser in Singapore once and had a shot of RUM as a comrade with them onboard in 1972. Leadership is an art form . We will see in our own impeachment hearings shortly that are leaders voted by some venues are mostly full of wind . I can’t believe Lehigh County leadership would bother with “a shot” ,it’s about attachment, about comradeship. This attachment to dash other if it takes hold is a valuable tool for adherence to the big stuff. Consider consulting a psychologist about “human nature “ and how adherence to a group is more powerful than some “rules” you make up ,called “policy “. These dispatch people should have a hearings.

One caught on to his true nature after only 3 months of marriage.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Yea it’s lies. That’s why me his son paid for his trip. And if you had the mindset to look it up. You’d know it’s called a tiger cruise. It’s tradition when going to Hawaii before San Diego. Know your facts before bad mouthing someone.

    ReplyDelete
  64. You know it hurts me so much to have to get deployed for a near 10 months out to sea serving my country and it’s people. Only to realize that the people are just like enemies. They bad mouth people even though they don’t even know the story to 100%. They go off of what they see and hear. So for you people to go and bad mouth my father who is a great cop and a better father also to bad mouth his girlfriend who also is a great cop and a great person shame on all of you. So while all of you are talking smack I’m over here serving my country and you people.
