ReplyDeleteHer story sounds like a load of shit. She has a gun at her head as she is getting out of her car, but is able to draw her weapon without the brother putting a cap in it. She is able to get a shot off and misses? For somebody who has bragged about shooting skills of multiple rounds in a 3" pattern from 25 yards, how is a miss possible? Then he flees and drives away. He doesn't shoot back this entire time.

Kelly, of all people to make a statement, one of the three people that lost there job in the sheriffs office was a friend of mine. All because of the years that you battled Mezzacappa with West Easton’s money. Right to knows, OOR’s Court battles, then lying to people about the whole situation. To top it off when leaving office you sent that disgusting letter to almost all the residents in your community (I was told you selected people not to send that letter to, like they would never find out). How was one of your statements looking now “ you’ll be watching to see how bad of a job the new people will be doing and you hope the residents are watching too”. From what I see the The community has never accomplished so much in so little time like pave roads, LED streetlights and the list goes on and on and on with more money in the bank then they started with. Where ever you are I hope you stay there.

ReplyDeleteThe affidavit does not say who made the call. From what I have been able to determine, there were two. The first came from the mother of the newborn infant living next door to Mezzacappa. This mother called PSP when Mezzacappa was pounding on her door. The second came from Mezzacappa, claiming someone (who sounds very much like the father) pulled a gun on her, and that she apparently shot at a fleeing suspect, which if true would be another crime. .

This story exposes my ignorance, are constables elected by their community or appointed by courts? How does a person get to be a constable and who is responsible for oversight? If oversight authority exists has it been informed about the problems and concerns of this particular constable's mental health, and has that investigation begun?

If your community has a blank ballot for the constable position you only need 10 write-in votes. Stand outside the polling area all day and hand out cards with your last name on it to everyone as they enter. Ask them to write your name in for constable. Most don't know what a constable is and some will think it funny to do it. That's how cRaZycappa got 10 people who didn't know what a nut she was to do it. An added bonus is you get to terrorize people in your neighborhood for 6 years, not 4.

Bernie, she “elected “ but only needed 10 right in votes during primary in her Ward . Constable only .a title with no -zip - zero ,power to do anything if not qualified by PCCD .. Her photo op carrying a pistol is not allowed as an unqualified ,and untrained, and needing a passing grade with range qualified time under PCCD rules. That stock photo of her with pistol on was made at some private shindig ,and unless a person is “ prohibited “ to possess a firearm because of being a felone,what she was displaying is not illegal in Pennsylvania except in the Philadelphia venue. . And Not if a qualified constable working constable and unqualified at range .I do not open carry myself ,and wouldn’t do it as a ununiformed “whatever”. It draws flys ,get it . ReplyDeleteThis may surprise you, but I actually do find them amusing. My warped sense of humor, I suppose. The fact that nobody cares what she thinks, having lost all credibility among residents, is also helpful.
As a bus driver for special needs kids I am used to dealing with immaturity and emotional problems, though not often in adults.
Also, her posting distorted pictures of someone she has a personal vendetta against on her official constable page says more about her than I could. It only reinforces the opinion of most that she has mental and social development... issues.
In fact, I plan on sharing some of her images next week with my readers and ask them to let me know which one I should use as my official bio picture on the borough website, giving her full credit for creating them. I don't expect she will complain.
Her distorted face pictures don't bother me. Her trying constantly to create controversy where none exists, in what should be a tranquil community, is far more troubling.
