Wow.
ReplyDeleteSafeSport closed the investigation. There was no evidence of any wrong doing. I'm glad SafeSport shared this information with Nothstein's attorneys. I can't even imagine the costs involved for just defending himself against these accusations.

Completely disagree 8:11. Marty needs to pound his chest here. The Morning Call ran with a non-story fueled by anonymous 3rd party tips with no evidence or substance AND that had already been debunked by not one but two law enforcement agencies. Today, safe sports completely and totally exonerates him by closing the investigation. Voters are sick of media trying to influence elections by virtue of what items they choose to write about and what they don't.

that does not mean he did nothing it just means that anything that did occur did not break the law.
