John McCain RIP

He was a soldier of the United States of America who represented everything that is great about this country. Honor him.

  1. I am a lifelong Democrat. He represented the politics the country should have. My prayers are with his family. He was a man of integrity who loved his country. May God grant him eternal rest!

  2. Everything the current occupant of the White House can never be.

The very first time I began to doubt Trump was the interview in which he stated that he did not consider Senator McCain a hero, because he was a POW.

  3. POW/MIA and Trump bumper stickers are incompatible. Don't pretend otherwise. McCain is a modern time Founding Father. A man of honor.

  7. Any attempt to use McCain's death to take a shot at him is classless. It is equally classless to use his death to take a shot at Trump.

  9. It is very telling that Senator McCain wanted George Bush and Barak Obama to give the eulogies. Also to not want Donald Trump at the funeral. It is a sad commentary.

  10. As a Democrat I found it hard to not like McCain. With the exception of choosing Palin the man had a stellar career. It should be a wake up all to true Republicans that the asshole in office is yet again uninvited to a funeral. How long are you going to try to cover for that POS.

  12. No, your hero managed to duck serving his country completely. What a patriot!
