Catapults!

A Donald Trump supporter who has somehow managed to retain a good sense of humor just turned me on to Breaking Burgh, a satirical blog covering western Pa. and beyond. It reports that Trump has decided to use catapults to expedite deportations along the border without worrying about silly things like due process. In a bow to humanitarians, he has decided to launch families together. This humor site also reports that Trump has scrapped the wall, which he now concedes was stupid, in favor of land mines. Finally, he is nominating Roseann Barr to replace Anthony Kennedy on the Supreme Court.

  1. If they use nets instead of slings, they can load up each catapult with maybe a dozen or so illegals and be rid of them faster.

  3. Poor Bernie, still butthurt on Donald Trump winning. Can't take off the blinders to see to see the good he is doing for the country. And please, continue to bash him because it really does make us laugh reading the crap you post. No wonder there are so many out here that don't like you. What a way to go through life. Pathetic!

  6. The steady stream of Trump hating represents to me someone saying "I am so disappointed Hillary Clinton is not the President. She is a not only a better person but would have accomplished much more by now."

  7. All the Organized Hate will make the left feel better about losing to Trump, but are they getting themselves deeper in the hole, continuing to alienate their base and facing another defeat to Trump? I think the Democratic Party to should try and put the brakes on Organized Hate and focus on finding a good, moderate candidate to beat Trump in 2020. If Maxine Waters is going to be the face of their party, I think they are in big trouble.

    Yeah. Okay. Sure.

Watching the party of Monica Lewinsky's ex-boyfriend's wife continue to self-destruct.

  9. Can you imagine how much better the country would be if the left would stop the attacks and stonewalling of my Presidents initiatives. The President has done a fantastic job and his policies and decisions will be felt for decades. I see what the left says and does and I just dig in my heels a little bit more. Mr President here is a personal check for another $1,000 made out to MAGA campaign. Thank you for restoring this country to greatness.

    Money well spent!

  10. The party of hate and intolerance can not be derailed from the Trump GOP tracks. The canyon bridge up ahead is out, but our engineer Donald says it's not, and promises us the best ride of our lives.

  11. So nice of you to give $1000, 8:15. Donny can donate it to his own charity, then use it to pay his personal debts.

  12. A fascist is a follower of a political philosophy characterized by authoritarian views and a strong central government — and no tolerance for opposing opinions.

Bernie likes to call President Trump an "authoritarian". I'm curious, what differentiates an authoritarian from a fascist ?

  13. Two things are glaringly obvious from the comments:

    1. Some comments exhibit blatant partisanship, or at least blatant anything and always pro Trump.

    2. Some comments show that there are those who have no sense of humor.

Who are "these people"? And "these people" all think the same? Sounds like stereotyping to me. Your opinion is not reflected in the real world. This type of thinking is why we have an uncivil great divide existing today. There are extremes on all sides and they all believe that is exactly how “those people think”.

A Fascist government is an authoritarian form of government on steroids.

  16. Jeff, In my experience, I have always found that conservatives are better at laughing at themselves than liberals. In fact, this link was sent to me by a conservative friend who sent me about 7,000 texts yesterday explaining the multiple ways in which i am full of shit over my defense of public sector unions.

It is also my experience that the more extreme someone gets, the more likely he or she will have no sense of humor.

  17. 10:13 There simply is no such thing as an authoritarian who cuts taxes, freezes federal hiring, and tells the bureaucratic machinery to back off and let the people do their economic thing.

That is the opposite of authoritarian. Obama was authoritarian. Buy healthcare insurance, or else!

  18. If President Trump were truly an authoritarian, as you claim he is, all these left-wing nuts would be tossed into prison on sedition charges.

You know, especially the ones who want to take a 12 year old boy and put him in a 'cage with pedophiles'

  19. Great post! I'm glad to see a liberal having as much fun as conservatives have had this week.

BTW, can you please tell us where all local politicians will be dining, picnicking, and going to worship this weekend? You stated earlier this week that confrontation was cool. I agree with you and Maxine Waters. Let's start lighting up our locals wherever they dare to tread. NO VIOLENCE. Just confrontation where they usually expect to be left alone. #rulesforradicals

  20. 1:01,you have deliberately distorted what I said, showing that you are as dishonest as Authoritarian Donald Trump. I said precisely the opposite. Of course conservative officials should be confronted, but in the right way and at the right places.

  21. Bernie, there's a comment missing about using the catapults to toss some ugly Americans over the border into Mexico. These days there are too many and this practice would leave America depopulated.

  24. They worked so hard to steal and cheat american democracy and lost! Amazing how no boo hoo over the Clinton Obama years of separation at the boarder.

  25. I am a lifelong Democrat. Never voted for a Republican in my life. Though I despise Trump, as dimwitted and mendacious as he largely is, I think he has his finger on the pulse of the majority of American voters' attitudes towards illegal aliens. The image he pushes is that illegal aliens take jobs and pay little into social services, while putting undue burden on social services and eroding the traditional American culture, willingly ignoring our laws. Whether or not his caricature is true, he is gaining support throughout the nation coast to coast with this caricature.

Democrats are going to play Trump's game--watch his support grow--if they are going to push this anti-ICE agenda. More fodder for his "Democrats want open borders" lie. Abolishing ICE is a losing cause outside outside of immigrant (often non-voting) communities.

  26. President Trump is the first president in my lifetime that I believe is looking after my interest and well being. I never had that feeling with any other President. I know- you now have a slew of nice adjectives about me. But that sums it up best. I am sure many other Republicans will agree. The blue wave had turned into a red tide. Hope you can swim.

  27. 9:41 I have nothing bad to say about you if that's how you feel. There's nothing wrong with voting in you and your family's best interests. Just be sure you understand the difference between what trump says and what he does.

  28. The Democrats are like lemmings. Someone hands them a list of talking points, and lacking an intellect, and worrying they will not get approval of their cohorts, they repeat these lines.

After their humiliation in 2016 with Clinton, they thought they could derail Trump using their usual playbook. It failed, so they are seeking any opening to bring him down. It includes abjectly stupid strategies, like advocating violence against Republicans, abolishing ICE and our National borders.

Democrats will say anything to succeed in elections - except advocate policies favoring Americans, for that is a bridge too far.

  29. Madam Justice Barr would be a fine choice!

The way ABC stole her show with the intent to "Mclean Stevenson" the character Roseanne Conner and start a spin-off, was the worse rip-off of modern television.

ABC cares about racism...sure they do...it's their bottom line...yea right.

    Get Rosie a robe!
