Stein's Pa Recount Bid Rejected By Fed'l Judge
I might add that a re-count of sorts is done anyway. When election returns are brought to the registrar's office and added up, that's the unofficial result. Following that, the vote is "canvassed" Every precinct is re-counted, resulting in the "official" vote.
According to NorCo's "Official" results, the turnout was 70%. Trump got 49.62% of the vote compared to Hillary's 45.84%.
Lehigh County's official certification lists no turnout percentage. But in that county, Hillary prevailed over The Donald, 81,324 to 73,690.

Progressives are somewhat confounded and perhaps confused at what is happening spiritually and globally in the transition between Barrack Obama , still a young man and Donald Trump, surely last of the baby boomers to win the high prize of the Presidency...Obviously they are disappointed that Hillary Clinton was not elected as the first women President
ReplyDeleteThe Republican establishment is most surprised and humbled that Trump was able to achieve victory via the electoral college despite not winning the national poplar vote ... and thrilled that they now control both the executive and legislative branches and have a good chance to control destiny of the judicial branch for years. the Democrats and more particularly the Progressives argue that the American public really chose Hillary Clinton...
But just the same this national voting advantage was rung up in few big electoral states and this surplus vote did not add any more electoral votes to the ultimate total Hillary Clinton will receive on December 19 .... Fact is, December 19 is the day that the poplar votes in each of the 51 separate elections for the U.S President are finally reflected in electoral votes ... Truth is, although we been calling Donald Trump, President -elect since the early hours of November 9 and allowing him to make decisions in regard to his inner circle staff and cabinet officials, the true presidential election that counts wil be held October 19 in the state Capitals of the 50 states and the City hall of Washington D.C ... And the results of this voting process will not be announced until January 2017 when the new session of Congress begins ...
That's dec.19, dennis.
ReplyDeleteyou are right
ReplyDeleteYou don't understand. All Dr Stein wants to prove is that the Russians colluded with the Trump Campaign by hacking John Podesta's email account to spread all kinds of lies about Hillary so Trump would win.
ReplyDeleteIf it wasn't for the Russians doing that, sending out all of those fake emails, Hillary would have won.
Something else. All of the polls before the election were saying that Hillary would win by 5 or 6 points here in PA. Also she was ahead in North Carolina, and she was ahead in Michigan and all of those other states that Trump wound up winning. Something was really really wrong when even the exit polls said Hillary was going to win in all of those states. So when they said that trump won when all the polls said that Hillary was going to win, this shows that the votes were rigged for Trump. Even the CIA and all of the intelligence people said that Putin rigged the election because he didn't like Hillary so he wanted trump to win and he had his hackers rig the vote so Hillary would lose. That's why Dr Stein wants the recounts so we know that Putin fixed the election because none of the vote counts came out the way they were supposed to so Hillary would win.. So this really sucks and the judge must want trump and that's why he stopped the recounting
ReplyDeleteI suspect 12:55 and 1:04 left out the /sarc tag.
ReplyDeleteOtherwise: Doo-dee-doo-doo, doo-dee-doo-doo.
The judge made a mistake. The recounts are costing Stein and her wacky followers millions. It's best that they spend every dime. In Wisconsin, they spent 3 million to sway three votes. They're stupid. But they're also a riot to watch. Spend it all, knuckleheads. Spend it all.
ReplyDeleteWhat was the amount of provisional and absentee ballots cast in Lehigh and Northampton Counties vs. the last Presidential Election?
ReplyDeleteMayor, will answer you when I return home.
ReplyDeleteThe key part of J. Diamond's decision, in my opinion, is at pp. 27ff. He decided to accept the testimony of either the state or the Trump campaign's computer expert (I don't think he specifies which one) that the obstacles to hacking into a machine to plant malware into Pennsylvania's Debold (DRE) machines would be almost "insuperable." I'm not even sure it's proper English to modify the word "insuperable" with "almost," but that to me us how the Judge could find that the Stein campaign could not prove a "substantial likelihood of prevailing on the merits."
ReplyDeleteI assume the case will now go ti full blown trial in 2017 or 2018, though the Judge did not address that.
Robert, as I pointed out several times in my stories about the election rigging being championed by the Trumpions, the likelihood of hacking machines on 20 different systems and that are not even connected to the Internet, is risibly absurd. Given the complete absence of any evidence, the lawsuit is frivolous. There will be no trial.
ReplyDeleteThe Democrats that believe Hillary Clinton was screwed over by Putin have no credibility—they can complain all they like, no one is listening anymore, they've proven themselves to be the liars.
ReplyDeleteMayor Hozza, I am able to answer your question only partially.
ReplyDeleteLehigh County: There were 378 provisional ballots counted in the Presidential race. Unfortunately, I do not see provisionals listed in the 2012 race and do not know if that is an increase or drop.
Northampton County: In this year's race, the results show only 95 provisional ballots. In 2012,it was 346, over three times that amount.
I was hacked by a bunch of Russians. They got my social security number and when on a credit spree for several years.
ReplyDeleteNo doubt that the democrats and republicans were hacked. Not for reasons believed. The Russians wanted the credit card numbers from all those political donors.
Lots of UPS shipments going to Moscow this Xmas season.
Dumb enough to believe a conspiracy against the election?
Hillary was a deeply flawed candidate. She failed to relate to a majority of blue collar workers. The damaging e-mails were just icing on the cake. If the Rooskies were behind it so what?
ReplyDeleteThe entire Russian hacking issue is actually a false flag operation that was started by the Democrat's to disrupt the election. They will now use it to delegitimize the election.
ReplyDeleteMany reputable and truthful sources have made it clear that the Democrats not Russia has attempted to pull off this conspiracy. Hopefully the Republicans will investigate this come January. It is time to jail all the Democrats who have conspired against the US. In other countries they would be in front of a firing squad, however having them picked up and put in jails will work well enough in this country.
If this is not done we may end up with President Trump having to declare marshal law until the people can get back control of the government from the conspirators.
If they deleted all the illegal votes in just Los Angeles and New York City, it would be a popular vote landslide for Donald Trump. In Pennsylvania we know we had a fair and honest election, Bernie told us so. He would know in his small quaint little precinct.
ReplyDeleteI would like to have North Philadelphia in particular validated however, just to keep everyone fair and honest.
It should also be noted that in Wisconsin, the Stein audit showed Trump picking up 162 votes. Must have been the Russians in Milwaukee.
Also have to take note that Stein doesn't want voting checked in California.
ReplyDeleteDon't think thousands of illegals didn't vote there. They hate Trump and are regular law breakers, sneaking in, stealing identities and jobs and government benefits. Do you really think voting illegally to keep the gravy train coming wasn't done in droves?
For those who do, there is this San Francisco bridge I have for sale...
Liberal socialist Democrats are traitors to the USA. Everyone knows it. They and their fellow conspirators in the media want to subvert the constitution. If people don't realize their is a war going on for America they are blind. The conspirators have enlisted the takers form México and other third world nations to pour into this country and help them take over. They are also enlisted poor blacks and have their votes. Hopefully President Trump and Congress have the FBIO investigate the media and liberal Saturday Night Live and all t heir employees to evaluate their patriotism.
ReplyDeleteThe illegal voting in this country is into the tens of millions and that is fact based on numerous reports.
Will Bernie ever discuss that? I don't know because he supported Killary Clinton.
Sore losers make winning even more fun
ReplyDeleteI remember election night and they kept saying that they were counting votes in Pennsylvania. This went on for hours and hours. 99% of the vote was counted and they kept saying that they couldn't call Pennsylvania
ReplyDeleteWe didn't have to stay up for 3am if the election was fair and honest. Everyone and their brother knew that the Democrats in Philadelphia were working hard to try and gin up votes for Hillary. They couldn't manufacture enough and after three or four hours they finally said Pennsylvania goes for Donald Trump and that was what put him over 270.

ReplyDelete"If they deleted all the illegal votes in just Los Angeles and New York City, it would be a popular vote landslide for Donald Trump"
and if it is that important to President elect pussy grabber he could sue to make sure.
however like most of trumpie's rants it has no basis in reality.
no credible source has shown illegal voting of 2+ million.
trumperdink lost the popular vote.
he can get over it.
7:56, just as there has been no shortage of sore losers, there have been plenty of gloaters who have egged them on.

ReplyDelete"Liberal socialist Democrats are traitors to the USA. Everyone knows it"
gee maybe they should be forced to wear identification so everyone knows that?
or based on your claim you might want to try

You do understand that if Hillary Clinton had won the election and the Republicans tried to play the Russia-CIA card. It would be called a "conspiracy theory".
ReplyDeleteActually, the contention is coming from Republicans now. John McCain and Lindsey Graham both happen to be Rs, and both are concerned. They are right to be concerned, too.
ReplyDeleteThis is the price we pay in a democracy with a First Amendment. There is nothing to stop a foreign power from influencing an election.
Some of the news accounts have called this "interference," but that is inaccurate. There is no evidence that they directly interfered. There is evidence they hacked into both parties and then used Wikileaks to damage Clinton.
That 's on us. I can see no law, other than outright censorship, to prevent people from saying things that are inaccurate or accurate. Makes no difference whether it is a foreign prince or one of the online trolls here. We don't muzzle speech.
Both parties need better firewalls to keep confidential info confidential. But I don't fault any foreign power for doing this. We have played similar games.
trump actually gained votes in the Wisconsin recount
ReplyDelete8.55
ReplyDeletejust a quick question.
how does President elect trump respond to such interference and retain credibility to the American people?.
seems to me at least Congress should hold hearings and get all of the foreign activity made public.
You are using the same inaccurate word I read in news accounts. There is no evidence of direct Russian interference. There is evidence of Russian influence. In a country with a First Amendment, we have to expect that even foreign powers will use it. This is really the result of lax cyber security by both political parties. Blame them.
ReplyDeleteI seem to recall Obama's interference in the Israeli election in 2015, sending a massive amount of money to Netanyahu's opponent.
ReplyDeletePerhaps all of this is due to Russians who live in Israel leaving fingerprints of Russian hacking of Podesta's gmail account so Hillary would think that it was the Russians that caused her defeat.
But then, the real Russian agents were the one that ran rhodshod through her personal email server farm looking at the classified emails of the Secretary of State and also some from Obama himself that he sent to Hillary that wound up on her email server farm.
Of course, those were "never hacked" by the Russians according to Hillary.
What I really find humerus is even the New York Times, the national organ of the Democratic Party, ridiculing Trump by saying the "Election was rigged".
ReplyDeleteNow the New York Times is implying that the "Election was rigged" and Trump was correct?
Oh my...... talk about a "flip flop" heh
9:16 and 9:19 must be the same person because both of them misspell some pretty basic words. Rhodshod? Humerus? A person with this basic reading deficit is in no position to opine on what The New York Times is or is not implying. I see no evidence that the NYT has even implied that the election was rigged. It is accurately reporting the claims of Russian influence.
ReplyDeleteAs a person who wrote stories debunking the election rigging claims, both here and for The Bethlehem Press, I know where most of the election rigging claims emanated. They came from partisans like you .
http://www.nytimes.com/2016/11/07/opinion/how-to-rig-an-election.html?_r=0
ReplyDelete"How to Rig an election" The New York Times, November 7th, 2016
You see Bernie, it's all the KGB's fault
ReplyDeleteA KGB agent wormed her way into the Clinton entorage and convinced Hillary to set up her own private email server
The same KFB agent told Hillary to erase 30,000 of her emails on her private server
The same KGB agent told Hillary to lie and said she turned over all of her emails
The same KFB agent told Hillary to set up her servers in a bathroom and have Secret Service agents "guard it" against Russian hackers.
I find it ironic that the New York Times has to hide behind so much bullshit and not actually cover "real news". You know the news that wasn't "Fake" that the Clinton supporters tried to explain her losing the election last week.
Jill Stein's "validation" wound up showing more people voted for Trump.. bzzzzz that excuse didn't work either
Now this week it's "Russian Hackers"
Next week it will be the martians I suppose... or will they have time to wait for next week? The electoral college votes soon.
No one can toss shit in an election better than the Clintons can. Even when the fucking election is over she's still throwing shit at Trump.
And how outraged Hillary was during the second debate when Trump said he's have to wait and see if he would accept the results of the election.
Hillary will stop literally at nothing, even tearing the country apart to win. even after she lost.
ReplyDelete"How to Rig an election" The New York Times, November 7th, 2016"
You cite an opinion piece by columnist Paul Krugman, who is neither a reporter nor on the editorial board. And that was prior to the election.
McCain and McConnell both despise Trump so no surprise they jumped on the Rooskie conspiracy train. Just more shit for the Never Trumpers to throw on the wall. Meaningless recounts. Harassment of electoral college delegates. Horror over cabinet picks. College snowflakes being coddled. There is no end to the angst of the left. Now Putin is their Boogeyman. Time to move on...
ReplyDeleteDon't fret. You'll be able to round 'em up soon as send them to Guantanamo Bay, unless Putin makes one of his gulags available.
ReplyDeletePlease Bernie, neither you or anyone else cannot prove the entire "Russian rigging" thing isn't a "false flag" operation by the Democrat aparticks. You know full well the Democrat party leadership has complained about the election for months. They have started a, "Trump is not my President", movement. They are posing a threat to the orderly turnover of government. Could this be a prelude to an attempt by the Democrats to try and keep Obama in office after January by claiming Mr. Trump is illegitimate?
ReplyDeleteThey tried that in 2000 with Bush but failed. They are a threat to the
Constitution and hopefully will be fully investigated come next year. You must admit that at this moment the Democrat leadership is more a threat inside America than the Russians.
Cannot prove that something isn't? You may be a poor speller, but are a master of circular reasoning. I am not trying to prove anything. The CIA has already done that. Remember them? The Democratic leadership is a bigger threat to our security than Vladimir Putin? Oh my! Round 'em up. You're gonna' need a bigger gulag.
ReplyDeleteWow! Good point by anon 10:36. The liberals love the college snowflake people. They have lost touch with real Americans. The college people like to think they are better than regular people. They think they know more because of some piece of paper. They have no real world experience.
ReplyDeleteIt is time for more common sense and less liberal college snowflake type government.
I'm very happy that the Demo's emails were hacked to show the the Demo's had rigged the Demo's primary in Hillary's favor. They never denies the e-mails were fake. They got caught pure and simple.

ReplyDeleteHa ha - Bernie can't handle the truth!
ReplyDeleteNo, I just don't like trolls. You are so far divorced from truth you wouldn't know it if it sat on your face.
ReplyDelete1) Allegations of Russian hacking should be thoroughly investigated. The 1980s called and Russia is still a primary threat to national security.
ReplyDelete2) Allegations of sensitive emails kept on an unsecured home brew server should be thoroughly investigated. Government and military personnel have gotten jail time for lesser violations of national security.
3) The troubling content of the hacked emails should be thoroughly investigated, as there's been no serious claim refuting their authenticity.
Why decline a recount? It seems all too often, recounts are getting shot down. It doesn't make me comfortable that a single person has this power. And he's suddenly a computer science expert. Hacking is no always done over the internet.
ReplyDeleteI am a little puzzlef by vote totals at two suburban districts on election night. One district had aproximately 270 under votes for state house as compared to President. The other voting location had approximately 500 more total votes for President. At this location there was approximately 15 more votes cast for the state house as compared to President. To me, the under/over votes depending on the race seemed disproportionate as compared to total votes cast. Was this related to party/registratiin turnout, unique to one or more machines? How did thia compare to undervote/overvote trends across the LV. How did this compare to votes for the state row offices?
ReplyDeleteWhy don't you clue us all in and ID the districts.
ReplyDeleteI don't know what district but I voted for Hillary Clinton but did NOT cast a vote for State House because Marcia Hahn, a Republican and a very poor candidate, ran unopposed.
ReplyDeleteHe seemed like an OK dude when Hillary presented the restart button on behalf of Barrack. I'm glad to see liberals take a firm stand on Russia - for the first time ever. I was just as pleased to see liberals finally embrace property rights re: the Dakota Pipeline. It's good to see people growing and evolving.
ReplyDeleteAgreed. Nest year with the new federal laws the libtards will be shaking in their boots. We don't need traitors in this country trying to subvert the constitution. Wait till the FBI shows you at their door. We will get rid of 100 years of liberal socialism once and for all.
ReplyDelete1215 1239 followup. After review of the official count, both precincts had a state house under vote that was comparable (2 to 3%). What was remarkable was the turnout.
ReplyDeleteAs I recall, and can state factually, Clinton never gave Putin a "reset" button. Obama (her boss) had Clinton present a "reset button" on behalf of the United States to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. At the time the Russian President was Dmitry Medvedev who - for a short time - had some influence over Russias' future. Later it became obvious Medvedev served Putin regardless of what the formal Russian political structure was.
ReplyDeleteMedvedev was a moderating influence on Putin, so it made sense to informally show support for him.
But, hey let's not let facts get in the way of a good one liner. Who needs critical thinking anyway right?
Also, why criticize Hillary for following the orders of her boss, President Obama. SOC is an appoinment and is certainly not an autonomous position. No SOC independently sets US foreign policy, not yet anyway...
BTW: It only took 5 seconds to verify the facts vs. my recollections on Google.
"Who needs critical thinking anyway right?"
ReplyDeleteCertainly not the right wingnuts. They just want more of the fake news poured into their ears. Life is easier with a clear and simple reason for life and for love and hate. They are like [political Peter Pans. They have never grown up in terms of their ability to tell fact from fantasy, as long as they like the fantasy.
