Hanover Tp Still On Target

During a brisk 21-minute on September 13, Hanover Township Supervisors managed to get quite a bit done. It could have been a 20-minute meeting, but was interrupted by a telephone call to John Nagle from his daughter, just as the meeting started.

"My whole family decides to call me every Tuesday at 7 pm," he complained as Manager Jay Finnigan reminded Nagle he could always just turn the phone off.

After appointing Gregory Gray as sewage enforcement officer, Supervisors voted to advertise changes to update the open burning ordinance for back yard fireplaces. It is also conduct hearings fora proposed daycare at 3355 High Point Drive, two doors away from its current location, as well as a solar panel at 2086 Quail Creek Road.  Supervisors also granted development approval for Valley Wellness Center, an upscale spa and wellness center at 4145 Airport Road. Dr. Steven Mortazavi will maintain a 52,000 sq ft facility at the site, where he expects to enroll up to 4,000 members.

With land development approved, Dr. Mortazavi can now excavate at the site, which he expects to open next year.

You own views are appreciated, especially if they differ from mine. But remember, commenting is a privilege, not a right. I will delete personal attacks or off-topic remarks at my discretion. Comments that play into the tribalism that has consumed this nation will be declined. So will comments alleging voter fraud unless backed up by concrete evidence. If you attack someone personally, I expect you to identify yourself. I will delete criticisms of my comment policy, vulgarities, cut-and-paste jobs from other sources and any suggestion of violence towards anyone. I will also delete sweeping generalizations about mainstream parties or ideologies, i.e. identity politics. My decisions on these matters are made on a case by case basis, and may be affected by my mood that day, my access to the blog at the time the comment was made or other information that isn’t readily apparent.
