Would you want sexually-confused men who say they want to be women into a public bathroom where your wife and daughter are?
**********
FWIW, I am in a snit about public records being accessible to the ordinary person online...ie, property ownership records. We went to the Northampton County web site, searched for a particular property that my husband used to own, and found that the sales history had been scrubbed of names of previous owners. We looked at our own present residence, same thing there. Years ago, Northampton County had a fine web site with all the info on chain of ownership available. Why the heck would they hide this info? I sent an inquiry via email to the address shown on the website, but they never replied.

Comments that play into the tribalism that has consumed this nation will be declined. So will comments alleging voter fraud unless backed up by concrete evidence. If you attack someone personally, I expect you to identify yourself. I will delete criticisms of my comment policy, vulgarities, cut-and-paste jobs from other sources and any suggestion of violence towards anyone. I will also delete sweeping generalizations about mainstream parties or ideologies, i.e. identity politics. Why scrub anything? Why does Bernie scrub in formation about his scheme with his buddies Stoffa and Angle to dump Gracedale. He is so paranoid about the truth he closed the discussion.
ReplyDeleteTruth can hurt and upset those who don't respect it.
The answer on how the public should use public restrooms is simple, anyone with a penis should use the Mens Room, everyone else the Ladies Room.
ReplyDeleteAgree Scott, but here is a thought. This is not an issue for courts or government. Those who are bringing actions in court hurt their cause more than they help it, and are causing a wider divide, than any unity that could result. Governments are hurting themselves by enacting this legislation, as it will be very costly to defend. Do nothing at all, because we do not have an epidemic of Trans people causing any problems for anyone. If crimes occur, use the laws we already have to prosecute the offender.
ReplyDeleteWhat about those with both?
ReplyDeleteIt should be noted that the NBA is threatening to move out of Charlotte due to the male homosexuals not being allowed in use female bathrooms law they passed in North Carolina.
ReplyDeleteThis entire issue is absurd and all Obama's fault for letting their nose in the tent by allowing Homosexual Marriages.
Dear "Snit'd person upset with the county website. I am glad that my county paid employee didn't take the time to answer your call of nonsense. Check out this website and this might help you out-

If you are taught bitterness and anger, then you will believe you are a victim. You will feel aggrieved and the twin brother of aggrievement is entitlement. So now you think you are owed something and you don't have to work for it.
ReplyDeleteAnd now you're on a really bad road to nowhere because there are people who will play to that sense of victimhood, aggreivement and entitlement.
And you still won't have a job.
But you will still support Hillary Clinton
Liberals want leniency for child molesters; leniency on non-assimilating Muslim who perform forced clitoridectomies and honor killings on young girls in this country. The man-boy liberals have long wanted to lower the age of consent to permit preying upon young boys. Now, they want perverted men to display their penises in the ladies room. They'll soon want Jerry Sandusky on the ten dollar bill. Or, perhaps, the three dollar bill.
ReplyDeleteThe whole transgender bathroom issue is a joke. Transgenders are a tiny fraction of our population and what are the odds a male dressed as a woman would use a female restroom or vice-versa? And who the hell cares anyway? It's a frickin' bathroom! There were times at games at the old Spectrum where the scarcity of ladies' rooms caused women to use the men's room out of desperation. Most men didn't give a crap (not literally). If the woman wasn't embarrassed, we could care less. Now a man using a ladies room would have caused a bigger stir and outrage. But fortunately the male anatomy allows for quick relief and a high turnover of facilities. But the whole issue is not worth the political capital fighting.
ReplyDeleteBathrooms with stalls, what are you going to see?
ReplyDeleteBernie, why did you give John Morganelli a complete pass on not filing his campaign finance report, unlike other candidates you dedicated entire stories to?
ReplyDelete@ 9:39 lol- is that all you get from the issue ?
ReplyDeleteI feel like a black man or a Hispanic woman. Am I entitled to any extra or special benefits from society bc that's how I feel inside? Who are you to take that away from me. Could I be entitled to special scholarships that are specifically designed to be offered to black people , Asians or Hispanic people bc I feel Asian today or black today? When does it stop. What are the liberal guidelines we need to follow bc it seems the goal posts keep moving .
BTW your comment about bathroom stalls and what are they going to see is sick. Many things happen in bathrooms with stalls that nobody sees. Just ask the kid at the Allentown library.
The congress should lead on this, they should have unisex bathrooms in the house and senate, and , why don't someone introduce this, then they will have to vote on it.

Virginia Gov McAuliffe restores voting rights for 206K ex-felons like murderers, rapists and child molesters. I can't make it up. And the democrat party leaders applaud this move as another tool to erase Jim Crow laws?
ReplyDeleteAgain, I cant make it up.
So as a convicted felon leaves prison, the democrat party will be there with voter registration forms , just like they were with the obama care sign ups and the amnesty push.
http://www.richmond.com/news/virginia/government-politics/article_771db279-34d6-5a3d-9557-a417a8afb212.html
So lets review last weeks headlines ...
obama care is crashing(as expected and intended) and burning on its own.
the rates hikes are unbelievable, but this is the focus of the democrat party?
Terrorists are on the move like never before, and the democrats want to bring in more people in from the middle east ,who can not be vetted by govt agencies, and the terrorists said they will exploit this system and have exploited it in other countries thus far . The people running govt agencies warned the president about this ,yet he continues to open up the doors. His own CIA, FBI, NSA and others , under oath told Congress this is a bad idea?
The borders are wide open like never before, and 6 huge tunnels were discovered last week leading from Mexico in to a pallet yard , 1000 feet from the border, but the the govt refuses to enforce the border laws. If the dope found its way in , who knows what other people found their way in to the country.
http://www.cnn.com/2016/04/20/us/u-s-mexico-drug-tunnel/index.html
A horrible deal was cut with the largest state sponsor of terror in the world, which essentially made the US govt/obama the largest bank in the world to finance terrorism to the tune of 150 billion dollars. Oh , by the way, since the deal was signed the Iranians have continued to violate the agreement by launching long range missiles with no repercussions other than have Kerry tell the radicals , that shooting missiles was not part of the agreement.
http://www.worldmag.com/2016/03/iran_s_missiles_and_the_nuclear_deal
And lets not forget the TPP, another mess that the USA and her work force will pay dearly for both short term and long term. Just ask New Balance shoe company how great the deal is...

More people not in the work force in over 40-50 years. 50 million plus on food stamps, and this is the concerns of our govt?
And people are worried about trans gender bathrooms. Nothing like that laser like focus on the country...Really ?
From the original post, I would just like to say that transgender individuals are not confused. They are unconventional, for sure, but they are not, as a rule, confused.
ReplyDeleteFearing transgender people is silly. First of all, there are not that many transgender folks. Second of all, as said before, there is no epidemic of transgender people committing crimes in bathrooms or anywhere else. Believe it or not, they just want to use the bathroom for their personal business. We're not talking about installing urinals in the women's restroom. Nobody's advocating for the display of genitals, either.
Why should government and legislators be interested in what's in our pants, anyways? Individuals should decide for themselves where to pop a squat. Everyone else should mind their own business. If a crime were to be committed, we already have laws to protect victims of any situation.
I'd say the transgender person is more likely to be a victim of a crime than anyone else sharing the bathroom.
Scott, I hope you won't mind my asking based on your previous comment here, who will be the Penis Police?
ReplyDeleteI hate to paint in such broad strokes here (strokes, lol), but I don't understand how conservatives can reconcile their belief that government should be minimized, while seeking to increase government involvement in personal and reproductive matters? Personal choices are just that...personal.
Monkey Moma,
ReplyDeleteIn the history of mankind there has not been a need for "penis police" because it was clear those with a penis should use the mens room. As to your other concern, the fear is not the "transgendered" so much as those pretending to be in order to gain access to places they have no right to be. That should be a concern to every parent and women in general.
Finally the transgender bathroom issue is just the latest example of government/politicians forcing legislation on a population that that doesn't support it. Obamacare is another fine example of this.
Despite my jokes from time to time, I am completely heterosexual, and am revolted when I see two guys kiss. That is NOT intolerance. That is my sexual orientation and my own cultural background, in which public displays of affection are rare, even between man and woman.
ReplyDeleteI would be revolted if some woman I was dating happened to be a guy. Once again, that is not intolerance. That is my own sexual orientation. I know this happened to at least one guy I know, and he was not too happy when he learned the truth.
I know one guy who sometimes dresses like a guy and acts like a guy, and then will start dressing like a female, will act feminine and assume a female name and will get angry if you get mixed up and call him/her by the wrong name. This person is a good person. I would not feel threatened if he wanted to use the public restroom, and would not be concerned about him bothering anyone.
But I would feel uncomfortable taking a shit next to a he-she I did not know. Just being honest. Frankly, I think a transgender dressed like a woman takes a terrible risk in using a men's room. Aside from the smell of my ass, which is enough to wipe out a city, there are concerns about homophobes. Under the wrong circumstances, the he-she could end up getting badly hurt. So in some cases, it might be very wise for a guy dressed like a gal to use the ladies' room. But I think this really depends on the circumstances, and is not a good area for legislative intrusion.
I'm with Monkey Momma here. I don't like the government telling me where to piss or shit, although in my case, there probably is a compelling state interest. I don't want the government telling women how to use their body until it begins to have an impact on other lives. I accept Roe v. Wade, would not expand it, but would not diminish it either.
Hi Scott, see my comment above. It might be better for a cross-dressing make to use the ladies' room, as I explained above. I admit that I would be uncomfortable, but I'm also uncomfortable when bastards I know go to Paris with their hot French wives, and I would not legislate against you. I don't think this is an area that requires legislation.
ReplyDelete"Bernie, why did you give John Morganelli a complete pass on not filing his campaign finance report, unlike other candidates you dedicated entire stories to? "
ReplyDeleteBecause, unlike those other candidates John Morganelli DID file his campaign finance report, and did so in a timely manner. In face, most of the people on the Department of State "Did Not File" list actually did file. The state office has made this mistake in previous elections, too. Major changes are needed.
One candidate from the LV who has failed to file his pre-primary report, at least as of yesterday. He assured me it would be filed yesterday. He claims he is running to restore integrity. His name is Bill Coyle.
I get it. So you know who of the 150 legislators on that list belong and who doesn't? That would be really surprisi g since you haven't shown a willingness to do much work to get answers to things easy to answer in the past. Sounds like you know Morganelli filed. Did you bother to find out whether Coyle did yesterday, or would getting the wrong answer to that compromise your "arrangement" with Simmons?
DeleteIf a sexually befuddled man comes into my bathroom if I or my daughter are in it, I'll simply tazer the SOB and leave it laying on the floor.
ReplyDeleteMen have their own bathroom. Let them use it and stay out of mine. Period.
Jamie, We have the castle doctrine, and now you are expanding it to the Shithouse doctrine. What will you do if the guy likes it and asks for more? I would be uncomfortable if some he-she sat next to me, but I wouldn't tase him. My shit would be bad enough.
ReplyDeleteBernie,
DeletePolitical correctness SHIM
Erin Andrews got $55 Million from Marriott for letting a male pervert know what her hotel room was. I will sue whatever company on that same basis for knowingly allowing men in women's public bathrooms if I or my daughter are using it and they come in violating my safety, security and privacy.
ReplyDeleteIf they haven't been surgically and medically altered to be a man, they are not women. They're mentally disturbed perverts.
Jaimie, what you fail to understand is that the LGBT community has bastardized the same sex marriage law into this gigantic pile of politically correct and incorrect warfare. It really has nothing to do with what bathroom they use, its more about their sense of entitlement to make 99% of the rest of civilization play by their rules, bow to their perceived rights, and accept their twisted and confused identity disorders as a "protected class." Once we allow this to continue, we will soon see "religious confusion" in the form of muslim head apparel being misused to acquire "protected class" status. We will see "race confusion" used to get the benefits of affirmative action, and "ethnic confusion" used to bastardize the EEOC.
ReplyDeleteBest thing for all is to ignore them, not allow them to get any traction in the media, and encourage governments to stay out of it.
Monkey M says no urinals in the ladies room. That's heteronormative, oppressive and insensitive. Trans individuals should have the same choices across the board. This isn't Jim Crow anymore.
ReplyDeleteIt's nonsense such as this that is forced on the American people by Democrats that make them support Donald Trump.
ReplyDeleteI think I should get into the business of installing public bathrooms. I think it's going to explode
ReplyDelete@2:39 PM
ReplyDeleteWhich nonsense? For the past seven years the amount of nonsense that has eminated from the Obama White House is staggering.
This latest with men using women's bathrooms is just the latest. All of it just defies logic. From Obamacare to the Iran Deal, Homosexuals, Trans-Gendered (I never even heard that term before Obama)... the entire bag of nonsense is why I support Trump. I'm not alone, it's millions of other Americans that are sick and tired of seeing this idiot piss off our friends and embrace our enemies. Dump our Space Program and cripple our military.
Enough is enough. This is just the latest. I'm waiting for Obama to show up in Tehran before the end of the year.
Thank you for replying, Scott!
ReplyDeleteI'd say that I'm not in favor of limiting the rights of one group to save us from their possible imposters. You're protecting yourself against a problem that doesn't exist.
Intolerance of others who are different than us is usually fueled by fear and ignorance. Fear and ignorance usually don't respond well to facts and reason. But...
I would ask others to consider the possibility that they are misinformed about transgender people. Trans men and women are not befuddled or mentally disturbed or perverted. They're just different. They're not causing a problem. Erin Andrews has nothing to do with transgender people. There is no spate of transgender folks committing crimes in the bathroom or anywhere else. Trans people exist and they just want to be themselves. Like everyone else. Who are any of us to tell someone else how they feel about themselves and what gender they identify as? Why does anybody care about what's in someone else's underwear. Basically, mind your own business and let people go to the bathroom in peace. Our most basic human function should be unencumbered by judgement and scorn.
Monkey Mama,
ReplyDeletePlease reread my comment. There really aren't enough transgendered people out there to pose a real threat to the public, there are however plenty of weirdos that would exploit the intentions of this feel good legislation to get themselves into places they have No right to be. I think sensible people can agree on this.
One more thing, so we are to assume it is reasonable to pass legislation that is an affront to the common sense sensibilities of the vast majority to please less than one tenth of one percent of the population?
I want to thank the posters on this thread. I have been very busy today and could not listen to the radio or watch Fox News. I was actually feeling invigorated and refreshed being outside. By reading this I now have my quota of hate and rage and have replenished my paranoia needs for the day. I almost forgot what it was like to be obsessed with fear and hate, thank God I was saved.
ReplyDeleteRemember when using the toilet look both ways and up and down. Shit kills!
Real Man who use's the Man only outhouse.
Transgenders are mainly sad and confused people. They are schizophrenic narcissists who want everyone to treat them as something special. Our society is a mess and the LGBT community is in the forefront of its ruination. All they want is to satisfy their perverted desires and rub their behavior in the faves of decent, God fearing people. America has become a cesspool of self gratification.
ReplyDeleteIt's just a simple, basic fact that men, or men pretending to be women, do NOT belong in women's bathrooms. Common sense is not hate. Do you have a dictionary? Look up the definitions for "Man" and "Woman".
ReplyDeleteOnly a real anally obsessed individual worries about where someone shits. You do realize that in your lifetime someone who is trans gender probably has squatted next to you in a stall. Relax, you'll blow out your sphincter.
ReplyDeleteWhat is next? Obama announcing that so Muslims are not offended that women must cover their heads with a hijab before entering a public place and be accompanied by a male family member who drove them their since women should not be allowed to drive?
ReplyDeleteTeabagger "common sense" is hate and ignorance.
ReplyDeleteOne does not have to dress like a woman to "IDENTIFY" as a woman.
ReplyDeleteWhat will happen, is that any store within walking distance, or public restrooms in the vicinity will suffer from these perverts because they don't want to be sued by some perverts for discrimination. This will just embolden them.
If you are a woman, I would suggest purchasing a firearm and carrying it everywhere you go in public, especially if you must use a public restroom. And watch your children, not only in the restrooms, but near the restrooms. They will snatch your children when you are not looking. They now have free rein, as we are not dealing with stable people here.
Damm Bernie,
ReplyDeleteOpinions this week were low and has touched on many different venues of the invading infectious circus arena agenda that my descriptive yet indescriptive explination?!
I was hopping to have redd 20yrs to life as a headline locally???

ReplyDeleteAs a matter of fact, O do know pretty much belongs and does not belong on that list in this area because I check quite a bit. I also know that, last election cycle, DOS made the same mistake and listed people as not filing who had. I do know Coyle did not file, as required on the second Friday prior to the election. I did call his treasurer and am still waiting for him to call back. I spoke to Coyle on Wednesday evening and he assured me that the report would be filed the very next day. It was not. Yes, I checked. He broke his personal word to me, I did not check on Friday. I already know he is pretty much a liar. It is one thing to break a campaign pledge. It is quite another to break your own personal word to another person. As for accusing me falsely of having an "arrangement" with Simmons, perhaps that makes you feel better about Coyle's dishonesty. But it is a lie. There is no arrangement, except in the small mind of an anonymous coward.

DeleteI wonder if the Obama administration will vet the refugees with questions on how they feel about LGBT issues.
ReplyDeleteI guess that's too much of a common sense question though, for those who are obsessed with a perverted sex act.
God has given me a message and it is to save women from embarrassment. I am to go to women's bathrooms and make sure that men do not use them. He could have picked a woman but then she may be exposed to the banality of viewing a male sex organ. So he picked a male like myself so as to spare the fairer sex from such a horrendous fate.
ReplyDeleteI shall selflessly check for vagina's of all 'women" entering a female bathroom. I will not allow a single penis to enter.
I expect no reward monetary of otherwise for this sacrifice on my part. I am a prophet sent to save our women.
You are welcome.
God bless.
ReplyDeleteBernie,
ReplyDeleteGoing to France with my beautiful French wife is just the sort of thing a good husband does.
Bastard. Next time you use a port-a-potty, I'll have a bunch of transgenders tip you over. Then we will drag you, kicking and screaming to a ladies' room being used by Jamie Kelton so she can taze you a few times. Then we'll drag you to a can being used by the pistol-packing momma who wants to shoot everyone out of the ordinary near a public rstroom. I'll tell her you're a Muslim.

No one even has dabbled in the fact of deed local deed searchers needed no experience needed?! ReplyDeleteBernie,
ReplyDeleteIn France the urinals are often in plain site and the only cover men have is their backs. I can tell you women don't appreciate the spectacle but for whatever reason it is what it is. The propensity of French men to publicly urinate is very likely the reason the French government put urinals everywhere and didn't bother with the niceties of cover. This said, I can say that I did experience a truly gender neutral bathroom at an American university extension in Paris when I was there. I asked for directions to the "toilet", when I arrived women were in there, I immediately backed out thinking I had walked into the ladies room. Upon inspection I noticed both the stick figures for men and women above the door. Being the cosmopolitan that I am I bravely re-entered the room and sought out a stall as their were no exposed urinals offered. Afterwards I washed my hands next to ladies who were trying their best not to feel uncomfortable that I was there. I did my best to make some small talk but clearly years will have to pass before this becomes routine.
Bernie, I'd feel uncomfortable taking a shit next to anyone in public. This sexual orientation garbage is a joke, and a topic the Republicans love because it just one more to stole fear mongering. ISIS will get us, Democrats will take our guns, we're all going to die of (what was that horrible disease that killed two people here, and thousands elsewhere?), etc etc. Are transgender people any more sexually confused than non by percentage? Where are those statistics? It's a bunch of hooey.
ReplyDeleteWhile I've never had women complain to me about trans restroom users (yet), nor have I encountered trans women->men in restrooms I've used (yet), I'd tend to think we wait and see if someone is actually reported to law enforcement for saying or doing the things of which the posters seem to want to accuse them.
ReplyDeleteI am disappointed but not surprised at the venom and misunderstanding surrounding the right to use a public restroom. Trans-People are peaceable, and want only to be safe while using a facility that everyone else takes completely as granted. The references to Trans-People as "perverts", "confused", and "criminals" are hateful and show appalling lack of understanding.
ReplyDelete- M Hess
YES 10:12. Not gonna lie, I haven't read most of the comments here bc I got the gist from the original opinion and the first few comments I read. But I'm seriously disappointed regarding the amount of ignorance and hate displayed by our fellow citizens. I thought this was more of a "back-woods/down south" problem, but the realization that people so close to home could be so stupid...idk, I just can't!
ReplyDeleteAnon 8:26, heteros are not confused about their sexuality. Trans people don't know if they want to be a rooster or a hen. Make your frickin' minds up you preverts!
ReplyDeleteAnon 11:18, you sound ridiculous. Why are you so worried about other's sexuality anyway? Live and let live.
ReplyDeleteWhat is really ridiculous is men dressing up as women and vice versa. And I am not worried. Just repulsed.
ReplyDeleteThe very fact that you're repulsed confirms that you care very much. I'd understand your position much better if you were indifferent. But to be "repulsed" indicates that you're personally invested in the sexual orientation of the lgbt community. Why do you think that is?
ReplyDeleteThe Middle East is blowing up. ISIS and Al-Qaeda are spreading terrorism all over the globe. Europe has a refugee crisis. Our middle class is shrinking. Health care costs are exploding. Recent college graduates are up to their eyeballs in debt.
ReplyDeleteAnd requiring gender neutral bathrooms is your priority?
Doc Roc, I agree. Our nation has bigger problems to address. But lawmakers in NC and other homophobic states find it necessary to pander to their idiotic bases and so here we are...smh.
ReplyDeleteThe evidence is overwhelming and undeniable. Your child is WAY safer in a room full of random, unknown transsexuals than they are with the local priest, minister or rabbi, but, despite the facts, most of the whiners here would dump their kids at a weekend church get away without a seconds hesitation.
ReplyDeleteScott Armstrong, Obama ran on a platform of providing universal healthcare, and won two decisive elections. His re-election was by a larger popular margin than Reagan, Clinton or Bush Jr. , and it was the highest electoral split in 24 years.
It's pretty obvious that the majority of American voters wanted 'Obamacare'.
Try some cheese with your whine.
I don't think the "Dressed to Kill " pervert types were ever stopped by a bathroom sign. Let's be real. Public restrooms are still the best places to buy, sell an use drugs. Knowing that, I would never permit my cold to enter any such place unless accompanied by an adult. And, failing that I would bring my child into such a facility. The pervs like to drill holes through the walls. Like the shower scene in Porkys. There is more to worry about in a public restroom than some guy wearing a dress.
ReplyDeleteThe problem isn't those with sexual ambiguity. The problem is with predatory heterosexual men using the new permissiveness to stalk in ladies rooms. The University of Toronto has had to deal with this from the start of their opening of bathroom regulations. Blame heterosexual men. They get blamed for everything, anyway.
ReplyDeleteI was just in a place and they had no gender assigned bathrooms, it was first come first serve, they had 6 single rooms. Funny thing is, no one gave a shit
ReplyDelete5:52,
ReplyDeleteOpinion polls continue to show the majority of Americans don't want Obama Care. Ans a vast majority don't want to open up ladies rooms to people with a penis.
The real 'polling' takes place on election day, and the majority of American voters clearly disagree with you.
ReplyDeleteWhen considering polls it's important to remember that only a slim demographic responds to them, the young and educated tend to ignore them, the respondents tend to be more in line with Fox viewers, angry old white men, so it's hard to take them seriously.
In any event, when it comes to healthcare, the way questions are worded seems to be a major factor. Red state southerners consistently report being adamantly opposed to 'Obamacare' while being in full support of the 'Affordable Care Act'.
http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2013/09/27/poll-obamacare-vs-affordable-care-act/
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/storyline/wp/2014/12/19/your-opinion-on-obamacare-can-depend-on-what-question-youre-asked/
Like I said, angry, old and uneducated. Oh, and still upset about the whole 'knee-grow' thing.
I don't care if you have or get rid of Obamacare. but, remember this. When the government instituted obamacare, it changed the entire healthcare insurance industry forever. To eliminate Obamacare and replace it with health insurance as it existed before could take upwards to ten years. That is why you only hear republican congressional leaders talking about eliminating provisions of the act. Only Cruz talks about eliminating the whole act. If he does as promised most Americans will not have any health insurance. We lose with Cruz.
ReplyDelete9:33AM
ReplyDeleteHate speech against the old, typical of the "enlightened".
Probably the same guy infatuated with the act of "tea bagging".
Also, based on what we heard after the 2014 elections from the highest level of government, I thought it was enlightened to point out that most people don't vote ("I also hear the people who didn't vote"), so election results don't count either.

ReplyDeletethe whole "trans bathroom panic" thing is silly indeed, and hopefully not the Shark Attack Summer that preceded 9/11, meaning something we all look back at in shame of how stupidly panicked we allowed ourselves to get. at least that eventually gave us the Sharknado TV series.
ReplyDeletehere's what should be most troubling: not only is there no record of trans attacks on women in bathrooms that anyone can cite, but there certainly is record of men raping women in women's bathrooms. instead of panicking about trans people in bathrooms despite no basis in fact, why not worry about *rape*, and why is security in women's restrooms such an afterthought?
as for trans people, they have always existed as a tiny minority, sometimes celebrated, often persecuted. they're humans beings, good and bad, with good days and bad days. they are not excuses for scapegoating, they do not bring bad luck or (choose your superstition), and as a Second Amendment Supporter i support well-armed, lawful and polite societies, including armed LGBTQ...because the best defense is usually a good offense. No one should have to defend themselves from violent bigotry, but it seems that trans people have to do that far too often.
that becomes harder when pandering politicians give in fully to demagoguery with bad laws encouraging hateful violence.
The era of the freaks and geeks in your face political sponsorship will come to an end . Nothing shows me that everything is right in America than two bloated queens swapping spit for the in your face wedding pictures on the evening news. The White House will never be rainbow again.
ReplyDeleteTruth hurts. Tough when things are called as they are seen.
ReplyDelete@ Jamie Kelton. You7 know, you should not be using @jekelton 's photo and using her identity to post transgender hate screed. I just let her know via Instagram about you and this blog wall. maybe she will be in touch, maybe she wont, but at least she is now being made aware of you using her good name and her image without her permission to post screed and hate speech in a public forum. And I am sure she will appreciate Bernie allowing the comments to stand.
ReplyDeleteJenton,
ReplyDeletePlease read the thread before posting comments then the rehashing of previously discussed ideas/concerns/opinion need not be done. There aren't enough trans people alive to pose a security risk to women in bathrooms, that said, there are plenty of weirdos that will use the law as an opportunity to gain access to a place they have no business being.
I forget which is which. Is Hillary Clinton hope? or change?
ReplyDeleteYou should not be impersonating a chili pepper either. I love when someone anonymously attacks another for not being honest about who she really is. And incidentally, I do not watch TV and don't really pay much attention to who is hot on Fox Newa. I completely disagree with this person, but she has a right to her beliefs and so long as she attacks no specific person personally, I will allow her to express herself and you can go fuck yourself in a unisex toilet.
ReplyDeleteBlogger Chilio Pepper:
ReplyDeleteI don't understand You don't like my name? Or my photo? Or is it that you just don't like my opinion?
I'm sure there are other people with my name. I'm me, and that is me. Sorry.
Perhaps you should be more tolerant of others and of what other people think?
Mr. O'Hare. I have no idea what this person is talking about, however I've just changed my photo so if they are confused about who I am, that should resolve this issue. No one agrees on everything, if we did, it would be a boring world.
ReplyDeleteAlso, changing the subject to something more local, as I know you prefer Mr O'Hare, I had to laugh about the headline in The Morning Call that stated "'Mike Fleck did it' looks like Pawlowski defense"
ReplyDeleteI can't believe that is true, or if it is, how childish it is. Mayor Pawlowski is a grown man, responsible for his own decisions, and a man in a position of authority. The headline looks like something a twelve-year old would say when being asked by their parents why they did something bad. Believe me, I've heard it from my daughter and when I was her age, I used it myself. Every parent has heard it.
But if it is really true, it seems that Mayor Pawlowski should get a better lawyer if that is to be his defense, blaming someone else, for any charges he may face if he is indicted.
Jamie,
ReplyDeleteThe motus operandi of too many people on the Left is slander instead of reason and personal attacks rather than logic. This tactic is used by the White House on down to local anonymous blog posters and is sanctioned by most of the media who assume anyone who disagrees with them does so out of either ignorance or selfishness. This arrogant narrow mindedness facilitates hatred and contempt of those with contrary points of view and the results are what they are;ugly. The irony is the same people who dish the vitriol think only highly of themselves, they are "tolerant" and only desire to make the world a better place for everyone. The truth is; anyone who gets in the way of their beautification program must be destroyed by any means necessary. Isn't it lovely?
Lots of shenanigans going on with the real estate transfer records, that would explain why records are no longer available.
ReplyDeleteThe bathroom thing, (boys in dresses are not laundering money)but it will take your attention away from real criminality going on...
The FWIW post is possibly on to something huge.
She's not. I work with those records all the time. First, the only real real estate record is the recorder of deeds index, not ncpub.org or anything else. Those are guidelines, nothing more. On the Internet, you can review real estate transactions through a paid service called Landex. Prior to that, there are records at the courthouse. There is absolutely no "shenanigans," and if someone tried to pull a fast one, it would be discovered in time.
ReplyDeleteI do have some concerns about real estate fraud, but not at the hands of county workers. I am much more concerned about people who record deeds from property owners who actually did not sign the deeds and whose signatures are forged. Unfortunately, there are many morally bankrupt people out there looking to make a buck, and deregulaton of the title industry has made this much more possible. No bank or realtor or mortgage company should be permitted to have an interest in a title company. This deregulation has actually resulted in a monopolization by a few big banks.
Yea bernie, I see one particular banking institution that has done just that through the local LLC twist and turns after ones death or departure! Taking advantage of decendents that have no knowledge of this criminal mechanism working as a collective tool imported with the transeiant transplants by design!
ReplyDeleteI'll defer to your expertise.
ReplyDeleteAs far as big banks,
"Feds Helped Hide Investigation Into HSBC Money Laundering For Drug Cartels"
http://www.mintpressnews.com/213381-2/213381/
The hands of county workers could actually be cleaner than the feds...I'm not qualified to know.
Boys in dresses is a smoke screen, non-issue, like fly shit in the pepper shaker, compared to deregulation of banks.
Just so you know, I take that allegation quite seriously and have written to the person who runs ncpub.org to get an explanation. I will get an answer, too, and will explain. At one time, you used to be able to search that site by last name of the owner. Now, unless you are a registered user with a legitimate business reason, you can't. Years ago, I complained that data miners would use it to invade the privacy of ordinary citizens from their offices in India. If someone wants the information, let him or her come to the courthouse. The names of judges are also excised, for obvious reasons. In my view, this should extend to the DA, assistant DAs and any police officer who requests it. In fact, I think they have a stronger case for this kind of protection.
ReplyDeleteBummers! Came here to read about Coyle/Simmons. Sorry posts got taken down...again! Sad that this has to happen!
ReplyDeleteBernie,

Biased Bernie shut down the posts on the Coyle v Simmons race because he was getting called out for having his head so far up Simmons' ass that even Bernie was acting like a fake conservative. Be biased if you want Bernie, it's your page. Just don't try act like you aren't.
ReplyDeleteAnyone looking at that thread will know why it was shut down.
ReplyDeleteYou're a bigot for tolerating these comments and so are many of the people posting here.
ReplyDeleteHow would you feel if the terms "criminal", "pedophile" and "deviant" were randomly applied to a member of your family or to you?
That's kinda' the point. The hateful remarks were not directed at any one person. They were instead directed at a class of people known as transgenders. Those remarks do not violate my comment rules, even though I disagree with them. And jamie Kelton identified herself. On the other hand, youhide behind a veil of anonymity to attack me. That does violate my rules.
ReplyDeleteBernie,
DeleteFacts of the matter descust a verifiable to specific types of parasitic humans posing as humanists under the cloth or any other position of power?!
Tell them go away kid you bother me and sell this sack o shit to the takers that are buying, because many with life experience knows a faked fact when we see it?!

ReplyDeleteLOL, thanks for proving my point. And who the hell is Jamie Kelton? Is their account verified or something?
It happens all the time. Also, who the hell are you?
ReplyDeleteBernie,
ReplyDeleteTell it like it is, a Entire Class?! What the hell is that suppose to mean anyway there are many different humans being discriminated against always?! There are the ones that do not want to join the circus arena agenda and partake of the Hamilton Hanna Herion Housing Handlers, the reel one are the ones that speak out against the circus and than wined up taking a dirt napp because of there ethical integrity?!
LANDEX Remote
ReplyDeleteCounty governments throughout Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey utilize LANDEX software to manage records for the Recorder of Deeds, Register of Wills, Clerk of Orphan's Court and County Clerk offices. Through a partnership with LANDEX a number of counties make their records available via remote access. How very cozy !!! yet the private service is paid for by tax payer's dollars that go thru the general fund. And why does the court house need a private service? Commitment to Excellence should be the motto here
Landex is owned by OSS and you need to be a registered agent to use this private service, so answer me this, why is a private service that is in managing so many PUBLIC RECORDS inaccessible to the taxpayers who wish to access the records service ?? I have this all over facebook and we are having a field day
