You own views are appreciated, especially if they differ from mine. But remember, commenting is a privilege, not a right. I will delete personal attacks or off-topic remarks at my discretion. Comments that play into the tribalism that has consumed this nation will be declined. So will comments alleging voter fraud unless backed up by concrete evidence. If you attack someone personally, I expect you to identify yourself. I will delete criticisms of my comment policy, vulgarities, cut-and-paste jobs from other sources and any suggestion of violence towards anyone. I will also delete sweeping generalizations about mainstream parties or ideologies, i.e. identity politics. My decisions on these matters are made on a case by case basis, and may be affected by my mood that day, my access to the blog at the time the comment was made or other information that isn’t readily apparent.
Horrible ad. While I hope John wins this is embarrassing.
ReplyDeleteLooks like it was directed by the "Batman versus Superman" director. Dark and dreary. May actually lose him some votes.
ReplyDeleteThe Batman v. Superman movies made $700 million in your frst weekend, so you better make another comparison. You unwittingly complimented this ad
ReplyDelete$170 million, but point taken. But read the critics reviews. Just awful, like the Morganelli commercial.
ReplyDeleteWhat do voters want in an attorney general?
ReplyDelete11:48, The fact remains that your comparison was an unwitting compliment. No surprise there.
ReplyDeleteAd is pretty basic. Morganelli had wasted his time and money. His opponents don't mention him in their ads because he's a non factor. He'll finish a distant third.
ReplyDeleteKeep telling yourself that.
ReplyDeleteIf Morganelli wins who will run Bethlehem?
ReplyDeleteI don't watch TV, so I have not seen the ad, and probably will not, maybe one night after the weather on Channel 69.... Anyway, the attorney general's office, I have to wonder, what kind of shape is it presently in? Is it functioning? Is Kathleen Kane in charge, and seeing to it that things like consumer problems, are being tended to? Whoever wins this election -- and I know John Morganelli could do a good job -- is going to have some tightening up to do.
ReplyDeleteMorganelli is toast so is Toomey whose ad about the police is a joke. How many policemen are veterans that Toomey votes against their benefits?
ReplyDeleteThis post is not about Toomey. Save your hate for him for when it is actually on topic.
ReplyDeleteJohn is on the top of the Ballot for a race few voters will care about. Thats a big deal.
ReplyDeleteNo coverage on the AG debate Bernie?
ReplyDeleteNow that debate was on Thursday night. Where was I? I was at a debate for three other races. I covered that and am preparing stories. I have written up one of those debates and am writing up the other two. I watched the AG debate on Friday. I plan to embed the video and load it as a separate post.
