Bennett Announces Run For Mayor on Business Matters
Bennett reportedly said she expected to see a crowded Democratic field, but not many Republicans.
Unless he resigns or is charged and convicted, Allentown Mayor Edwin Pawlowski will remain in office until the end of next year.

This would be going from bad to worse...
ReplyDeleteAllentown is sinking.
ReplyDeleteBugga, Bugga, the party chick is back!
ReplyDeleteIs Jim Gregory going to run this campaign? They seem perfect for each other.
ReplyDeleteAlthough Afflerbach undoubtedly was far and away the WORST mayor in the city's history, she could be just as bad or even worse. I don't understand why she didn't take her ball a few years ago and just go away. She is incompetent and a fraud. It's too bad that FedEd had to get involved in all the shenanigans that he did.
ReplyDeleteWon't accept Ed endorsement? What a font of integrity. Just What Allentown needs.
ReplyDeleteScott Armstrong
God save us.
ReplyDeleteSo, the three people that watch the show now know about the run for mayor.
ReplyDeletePlease, will somebody post the link to hero infamous melt down.....I love watching her supporter Jennifer Mann
ReplyDeleteTry to slink away when Bennett was talking crazy talk.
Are you too lazy to google it? Have we become this lazy that you expect others to do your research? I'm not your mommy.

ReplyDeleteIt would be time to move out of Allentown if that crazed phony is ever elected mayor.
ReplyDeleteI'd say it's her race to lose. Allentown is some pretty low hanging fruit. She moved out of town after her own scandal, just in time for Ed to get mired in his own scandal. Maybe things are finally working out for Ms. Bennett.
ReplyDeleteShe has enough democratic friends to avoid any real confrontation, too.
Democrats could offer Attila the Hun as their candidate and he would be our next Mayor. The uniformed masses in the city just blindly pull the D lever, if they even vote at all.
ReplyDeleteWhat scandal? I heard she got run out of her high paying job in DC because of another scandal. Same thing?
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately 1243pm is correct. If Bennett doesn't get a primary challenger, she's in.
ReplyDeleteGod help us all.
The Banker
I've had great luck with sloppy drunk women. I'm supporting Sam.
ReplyDeleteNext time you watch that phony baloney show, imagine that the host is required to keep his hand folded behind his back for the entire program. He would be mute.
ReplyDeleteWatch !!
I would rather have Pawlowski stay as Mayor than this cuckoo.
ReplyDelete"Democrats could offer Attila the Hun as their candidate and he would be our next Mayor. The uniformed masses in the city just blindly pull the D lever, if they even vote at all."
ReplyDeleteRepublicans could offer Attila the Hun as their candidate and he would be our next governor. The uniformed masses in the red states just blindly pull the R lever, if they even vote at all.
Ms Bennett would be wise to conduct a secret plan to have Herself written in the the Republican ballot as well
ReplyDeleteVery clever 3:57PM. You are obviously a mindless Democrat who can only reword someone else's comments like a school child repeating insults. Everyone knows that PA. Is a blue state and has a D governor. But DUH, you just had a Homer Simpson moment. Now go back to Reading the manefesto of Comrade Bernie Sanders.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the Pa. civics lesson Republican Senator Sen. Toomey. I see southern state R lever pulling sarcasm is lost on a child-like mind. Sad.
ReplyDeleteOf course she announced her candidacy already. She would be the worst disaster to blow through Allentown since....well....ever.
ReplyDeleteAnyone else would be better. Pick someone out of the jail at random and they would be better.
Hopefully there will be at the very least a primary challenge against her. However, if Ianelli and his goofy TV show keeps giving goofs like her and Ron Angle a stage for their mania, who knows?
ReplyDeleteThis is the chance for Republicans to stop moaning and complaining and mount a big challenge.
A guy like Jose Rosado should move within the city limits and run against her in a primary. he would knock her out of the box.
