Updated: Will You Ask Fed Ed to Resign?

Calling all good government activists! Ed Pawlowski has a Facebook page in which he tries to pretend all is well and nothing is amiss. I am proposing that, once a day, everyone post this question on his site: "When are you going to resign?" I did so today, and was deleted in about an hour. I think this question means more if it is posed everyday by a growing number of people.

Several people have begun asking the question. Though they are being deleted, it's time to let him know we're on to him and he has lost all sense of moral authority.

3:20 am: In response to a suggestion by Doc Roc, I've created a Facebook page "Ed Pawlowski Should Resign Now." If you have time, give it a "Like."

Updated 1:55 pm: Pawlowski Disables comments on his Facebook page! - In reaction to comments from several people asking Fed Ed to resign, he has disabled comments. He is feeling the heat. Not sure if they are disabled for everyone.

  1. Bernie,

Why not create a Facebook group page called "Ed Pawlowski Should Resign Now."

Watch as the number who join the group grows, and grows, and grows...

You could sponsor contests like guessing when he will resign, how many counts there will be in his indictment, the date of the indictment, and the number of supporters who show up for a prayer vigil for Ed when he is indicted.

  2. I love this idea! No wonder you're a Doc and I'm a bottom-feeding blogger.

  3. He's likely to erase them. How about starting an "Impeach Ed" page and see how many are attracted to that?

  5. My comments on the Ed Pawlowski FB page have all been removed.

What is the point of have a public page when the public is not allowed to "speak" on that public page.

Who pays Pawlowski for the time that he spends posting to Facebook? Why would he just take my comments down? Why didn't he reply and answer my questions?

When I created my Rich Fegley for Allentown City Council FB page I did my best to interact with the FB commenters. I didn't just delete their comments if they didn't agree with me.

If we pay Pawlowski as a Public Official to maintain a Facebook Page, why is he allowed to delete my comments and my right to free speech?

  6. Wait, I see that the option to comment on the Ed Pawlowski Facebook Page have been turned off.

It seems that my comments and Bernie's post and comments have prompted them to turn of commenting.

Cowards. Crawl back into your hole please. Go back to Chicago.

  11. Update,

Apparently Ed Pawlowski "liked" my comment that Allentown would have a better Christmas if he would resign.

  12. why r we asking him to resign, what about all those who have benefited from his reign?

allentown just voted 2/3 of the palowski team for council....

the 2/3 had his $$ in their treasury, + controller

and council is so monday morning QB now, after approving his contracts( and taking jobs for their family members)

I think it was Pt Barnun who said it best, ": the masses are a--es

  13. Gotta love the lady who writes at the Pawlowski Should Resign Now Facebook page, "I still have faith he (Pawlowski) is innocent."

Further proof that Democrat supporters just don't give a damn so long as their heroes remain in power forever and ever. Ethics are optional, of course. And, most importantly, the Republicans ARE to blame for EVERYTHING.

Gotta love it --- or be subjected to an IRS audit.

  14. What would Mike'd' Fleck be whispering into Fed Ed's ear now?

Where is that rat Fleck anyway? Has he been given complete immunity?

  15. The honorable Pawlowski is certainly not a crook. He has guided the City Without Limits from the depths of despair to the prosperity for all that is the one of a kind NIZ windfall. He is the rising tide that has lifted all boats. He is the embodiment of all that his political party work so hard to achieve all for our benefit. The air is cleaner to breathe because of Mayor Pawlowski. Our children are smarter and safer all because of Pawlowski. Our 24% Earned Income Tax increase would surely be an awful lot higher if not for the financial genius of Pawlowski. The man is a true Godsend.

  17. Comments on the page disabled? WTF! Print them out and tape them to the front door of City Hall.

  18. There is a link on the page that leads to the Mayor's Senate campaign page with no disclaimer or change in his announcement that he is a candidate. What is that about?

  19. He has only suspended hos campaign. he never dropped out of the race.
