I see that I have been permanently blocked from LVL for posting objections to posts by the West Easton Pig Lover, and postings against the ongoing Lopatcong Township and Phillipsburg NJ criminality. I remain stuckineaston, but HAVE cancelled my ET subscription and refuse to change my online name so you're "stuckwithme" now BOH!!!

You own views are appreciated, especially if they differ from mine. But remember, commenting is a privilege, not a right. I will delete personal attacks or off-topic remarks at my discretion. Comments that play into the tribalism that has consumed this nation will be declined. So will comments alleging voter fraud unless backed up by concrete evidence. If you attack someone personally, I expect you to identify yourself. I will delete criticisms of my comment policy, vulgarities, cut-and-paste jobs from other sources and any suggestion of violence towards anyone. I will also delete sweeping generalizations about mainstream parties or ideologies, i.e. identity politics. My decisions on these matters are made on a case by case basis, and may be affected by my mood that day, my access to the blog at the time the comment was made or other information that isn’t readily apparent.
I saw an article in one of the local rags where the Bangor school board/district wants to hold back its $500,000 payment to Northampton community college. I hope this raises concerns all across Northampton county school districts about what is really happening with taxpayer fundings.
ReplyDeleteIt should wave a flag just to be in the Bangor School District. I heard that AGAIN a motion was made to AT LEAST get RFP proposals for the lawyer and solicitor and use them to compare for services and see who can do those professions more cost effective.
ReplyDeleteAgain the BASD majority of the Board voted to NOT even go out for RFP's hence just saying Ok Mr. Solicitor screw the taxpayer like you did and we will go along with it.
Just Sickening- from some real sick minded people that place their personal alliance with the King Spry Law Firm over the money to educate our kids.
Bernie we need you to investigate what I heard.
How was your Thanksgiving, Bernie?
ReplyDeleteFine, thank you.
ReplyDeleteEaston has the money for a new police station and city hall. Rather than fund the pension they continue to under fund it and squeeze the commuters. Is Pektor paying prevailing wage for labor on this new project??
ReplyDeleteThe question about Pektor and prevailing wage is valid. Where are the documents and what do they say?
ReplyDeletePrevailing wage is required an nearly al Easton projects, and i see no reason why this would be different.
ReplyDeleteUsually municipal projects are bid separately with a prevailing wage requirement for things like a GC, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc. By having Pektor build it, it appears that Easton is circumventing the process that would have allowed individual contractors to bid the jobs. The question about Pektor and prevailing wage is valid.
ReplyDeleteThought Easton was awarded an RACP grant for this? If they intend to cash in, I suspect DCED would have a say on prevailing wage.
ReplyDeletePanto will 'not' chime in on this one as he may fail to get campaign donations should he open his mouth!
ReplyDeleteSal is attending church services at Rock Church all morning & afternoon.
ReplyDelete"By having Pektor build it, it appears that Easton is circumventing the process that would have allowed individual contractors to bid the jobs."
ReplyDeleteMy guess is that this would still be a city project and would require prevailing wage, but I will find out from the trade unions.
Bernie,
ReplyDeleteI just thought it would be interesting to see if anyone read this:

Amazing! Hope he is getting his life back together.
He's not. LVL is giving a narcissist who beats women a forum. But that paper has stopped being responsible, as noted by its absence from most meetings and the sorry state of its comments.
ReplyDeleteHeard next Saturday, the sandlot version of Easton vs. NDGP is going to get underway. Would have like to seen that one played under the lights.
ReplyDeleteWhen and where will this take place? I'd love to watch these kids go at it for fun.
ReplyDeleteUnity PAC 108 will thrive because of the insights of it's uber progressive visionary leader Jim Gregory. Spartacus rose from slavery to the pinnacle of power in ancient Rome, there is no reason our modern day version cannot replicate that tale.
ReplyDeleteUNITY PAC was never registered and Gregory stole the money!!! If, and hopefully when he is charged for this fraudulent escapade, I only hope your comments are subpoenaed since the witch of West Easton was most certainly complicit in this action.
ReplyDeletewith much love,
Mom, Sis and Earl
@4:41 Gross boot licking plebe the money went towards getting good candidates elected and was used to fund Jim's very popular show on Sunny 1100 WGPA which only went off the air because of the bogus incarceration. Jim was set to be given airtime for free because the ratings were through the roof according to Jolly Joe, get your facts straight jackass.
ReplyDeleteUNITY PAC was NEVER registered with Harrisburg and Gregory stole the money. Those are the facts, biatch. If the money was to go towards getting good candidates elected, under the guise as a PAC, then it MUST be registered as such, and it wasn't. Where is the money???
ReplyDeleteMom, Sis & Earl
Jim, how many times a day do you have sex with men?
ReplyDeleteAny truth to the rumor that Fleck is coming back to town?
ReplyDelete@5:35 the PAC was registered ask Croslis, nobody wants to discuss the substance of his LTE that's to expected from this lot of mouth breathers
ReplyDelete"@5:35 the PAC was registered ask Croslis, nobody wants to discuss the substance of his LTE that's to expected from this lot of mouth breathers."
ReplyDeleteThe PAC was never formed and Croslis informed Gregory he was unable to get involved after being appoint LC Executive. Any money raised or spent has been raised or spent illegally.
Croslis wouldn't do the work due to the short time frame needed and secondly, and most of all, Gregory was and is unhinged. He is a thief and should stay in jail. Screw his LTE. Not worth the read.
ReplyDeleteYour a coward who won't dare speak these rubbish insults to Gregory's face when he appears at his first council meeting sometime in the winter of 2016.
DeleteLollita didn't have a mark on her, ask his exes and the woman from West Easton if he was ever abusive and you will get a clear consensus.
I love when anonymous people call me a coward. I am not hiding. My name is out there and have already been threatened more than once by Grogory. But as I've stated before, i refuse to be intimidated by a woman beater. So far as I know, he has no relationship with Mezzacappa, and that is not going to change. In fact, he has accused her of stealing some things that belong to him. Your remark about Gregory's ex makes clear who you are. It is true she is quite attractive and youthful looking, and you are obviously quite jealous. If I were you, I'd return the items you took from him before I get them.
ReplyDeleteSix per cent. Tic toc.
ReplyDeleteBernie,

Bernie ,Our Sheriff-I think a , whom is a great man- is currently watching events in California unfold as of this moment. Innocent people shot and killed in another mass . WE need to be prepared here for events even if there is no threat ,of the same issue. The conditions in San Bernardino are a disaster, there is a lack of any control there presently. People are being held within a rifle shot of the victims out in the street and not moved. This tells me something about training . Now years ago, I had written to a former Sheriff here and the Police Chief in Easton on the subject of firearms . The letters had to do with control and marksmanship training so they don't have misshapes. Well ,a few weeks later an officer in Easton is shot in the police station. I had just retired from the the 28th Infantry Division as an 8 year qualifier in a row within the 'Governors 20 'and an Expert Known Distant NRA HIgh Powered Rifle shooter in witch the 7 or 8 courses of fire were geared to deal with an 'ACTIVE SHOOTER' bad guy and including a 300 yard rundown of targets AND a one mile pistol shoot., The Patton Match. Now I had volunteered what I learned from some real good folks over the years that bad guys don't want to meet in a dark alley way and ---no action taken except a 6.5 million dollar suit against Easton. We need to start a program here, and get a small group of 'skilled' law enforcement that can do an effective counter of an active shooter.
ReplyDeleteWELL ,now the newsies are reporting 14 killed and 14 injured- Hear is my intill report of the characters that are the perpetrators from a Rifleman's viewpoint, -- A u.S.Army qualificaion for rifle compatency is with the m-16 a2 and a-4 most of the time . a soldier should be able to inflict 'casualties' on an enemy at 460 yards 1/2 on the time fired on them - THESE CHARACTERS WERE IN THE SAME ROOM WITH THE VICTIMS-they are amateurs and easily rooted out and neutralized by seasoned combatants.Where are they in this case. -----Answer is they don't have any. The guy's I shot with would have beaten them up in the time it took to walk a staircase. PLASE is out of control there .
