LV Building Trades Prez Allegedly Assaults Fleck Brother-in-Law Over FBI Investigation

The Express Times has an interesting story, but I need to fill in the blanks. It is reporting that James Reilly assaulted Brendan Hansbury at Hellertown's Braveheart Highland Pub earlier this month Reilly allegedly accused Hansbury of ratting him out in connection with the FBI investigation into Fed Ed's pay-to-play practices.

Here's what the story fails to mention. Jim Reilly, who has always been the picture of decorum at public meetings, is actually the President of the Lehigh Valley Building Trades. Brendan Hansbury is Miked Fleck's brother-in-law. Fleck's wife Allison was originally a Hansbury.

At least these guys had the common decency to fight inside a Gaelic bar.

  3. I guess this means that Miked Fleck won't be making any visits back to the area. Good to know.

  5. So Fleck has a brother in law AND a sister in law in the game?
Between him and the Pawlowskis it's a family affair.
At least Francis keeps his family and significant other in Philadelphia....and thank God for that.

  7. Is Mike Fleck the guy in white? Everyone else is bad but Mike's name isn't connected to the slime.

You use that excuse for everything. face it, you are a coward with no spine. Doesn't matter that you agree with me. There are very few exceptions to this.

  12. Is Jim Reilly related to JB Reilly and/or is Jim Reilly's name on the subpoena list? I'm just curious as I am wondering his connection. And for that matter, I wonder Brendan's connection, which I'm sure is none. I believe he is unemployed and just recently moved into this area, having lived in West Virginia for many, many years prior.
