Bradley, Colon Reports Are Late

Lorin Bradley, who is running against Matt Dietz for the Republican nomination to Northampton County Council's Slate Belt and Northern Tier District, filed his pre-primary report a day late on Monday at 4:25 pm. His campaign manager, Glenn Geissinger, took responsibility for the oversight.

I can't tell you whether his report is a dollar short in addition to being a day late because I have not seen it. I will try to do so today.

Bethlehem City Council candidate Michael Colon is also late. He tells me his Treasurer and he mixed up signatures, and the report will be filed today.

  1. Anyone who fails to file a report or files it late, shows a disrespect to the people who are expected to vote for them.

  3. It's interesting that Bradley has always shown up on time to vote to raise taxes in Nazareth.

You own views are appreciated, especially if they differ from mine. But remember, commenting is a privilege, not a right. I will delete personal attacks or off-topic remarks at my discretion. Comments that play into the tribalism that has consumed this nation will be declined. So will comments alleging voter fraud unless backed up by concrete evidence. If you attack someone personally, I expect you to identify yourself. I will delete criticisms of my comment policy, vulgarities, cut-and-paste jobs from other sources and any suggestion of violence towards anyone. I will also delete sweeping generalizations about mainstream parties or ideologies, i.e. identity politics. My decisions on these matters are made on a case by case basis, and may be affected by my mood that day, my access to the blog at the time the comment was made or other information that isn’t readily apparent.
