Stockertown Police Decertify Union

Stockertown Borough has one Chief (John Soloe) and seven part-time officers. Pennyslvania's Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) only represents full-time police officers, so these part-timers had been relying on the Teamsters. But not anymore. According to the electronic sign in front of Stockertown's municipal building, the union there has recently been decertified.

  1. Does this open the door to RoboCop to get fired more easily?

  2. No, this makes it more likely that Schwab will be hired as an anti-union FT cop in Stockertown.

  3. "Chief" Soloe is a curious title. Rumor is that he doesn't respond in a timely manner to citizen complaints - timely meaning a week or more sometimes. Possibly better fit as a zoning officer, which he does in 3 or more towns.
