Would You Hire This Guy As A Cop?

From a Lehigh Valley Police Officer:

An officer currently employed part-time in Nazareth once worked in an outlying borough. He fancies himself a narc, and took it upon himself to develop a female snitch. He did so without any authority from anyone in command. Unfortunately, drugs are a real problem in this community. There are some real bad guys who found out about the snitch.

They got the girl and gang-raped her in every orifice of her body, physically hurting her in the process, and then left her. Her girlfriend called this officer, and he did not know what to do. The Chief found out what was going on, and fired the guy.

Nazareth Police Chief Thomas Trachta hired him.

  1. He must have hired him hoping there was a video of the scene to be shown in his man cave!

  2. Sounds like officer material for the BPD. He would have had a good time at the Hirko execution....

  3. Just curious, how do you rape a woman and not "physically hurt her in the process"?

    ReplyDelete
  4. I'm no expert, but I believe that it is possible to rape a woman without doing any physical damage. I am thinking bruises, cuts, internal injuries, etc. Of course, there is always emotional injury.

  5. Are you a rapist O'Hare?

    ReplyDelete
  6. where was the info on the rape? ET MC ??

  7. Trachta is gonna find a way to lock you up!!

  8. Isnt it a fact, now that the disgraceful Stoffa has left office, that you no longer have the key to all the golden files in the courthouse? And seemingly, now that your blog is no longer the free flowing amazon river of confidential info from the courthouse, often used to get people fired, you really have nothing else to blog about?

  9. @ 9:54

These kind of stories are way better than what the county has to offer, makes me wet and want to have a piss orgasm!

  10. Boonie surely popped a tent when he was provided with the lurid rape details, the part about every orifice being violated being his favorite. Always knew he was a back door shooter.

  11. Mezzacappa, I have been having a field day since Stoff left office. Northampton County has been like a candy store.

  12. Zoid, Trachta would love to lock me up. It's pretty clear he is thin-skinned and perp walks people over tiny stickers.

This rape does not appear to have ever been reported. A gang rape, no less.

  13. Folks, CSF is one of Mezzacappa's many names. As a sociopath, she has no empathy, and is trying to make light of a very serious crime.

  14. As a victim of rape, the wounds might heal, but the scars remain.

  15. 11:47 was it in the pooper?

  16. @12:09 What the fuck is your problem? Are you making light of rape?

  17. "you really have nothing else to blog about?"

You obviously aren't reading Bernie's blog, but rather just trying to be critical for the sake of being critical. He posts all the time, on lots of different topics. Are you jealous, hanging out in your stagnant bog with the crickets?

  18. "We're not interested in prosecuting Bernie O'Hare"

    Terry Houck
    1st Deputy District Attorney
    Northampton County

    August 2013

It is a dismal day in this county when, we have a man who served 44 months in state prison for re-writing rap lyrics on his facebook page, when compared to the revolting daily rage, harassment and provocation that is spewed on this vile blog, daily.

Surely there is a fine line between the First Amendment, and the never ending sewer pipe of criminal stalking and harassment by communication that is your only form of sadistic entertainment.

That a District Attorney cannot define that line, either means he is incompetent, or has a strong (and curious) motivation to ignore it. Its one or the other, neither of which gives one a peachy feeling.

  19. That man threatened to kill people, just like you have threatened to kill people. I expose people like you. Believe me, even the bad cops in Nazareth don't want someone like Tricia Mezzacappa opn their side. Look at all the help you gave Jim Gregory.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Incidentally, folks, Mezzacappa wants a stay from her latest conviction for harassment, while the U.S. Supremes decide the rap case. I suspect that stay will be denied.

  21. Even a disbarred bottom feeding blogger can and has beat the crap out of you in court.

What exactly does being disbarred or a recovered alcoholic have to do with anything? You're blathering about ancient history - stuck in the past, while the present is steamrolling you.

You've been found to have committed libel and harassment in the past few years. You can't carry a concealed firearm because you're deemed to be a menace. And you wonder why you can't find a job? Hope the bed is comfortable - you made it.

  22. Sounds like one Hel of an urban legend. But hey if it helps the cause, right!

It's her last Independence Day in the West Easton compound, folks. Give Mezzacuckoo a break.

  24. Not urban legend or projection about Tricia Mezzacappa.

    One conviction of harassment.

    One conviction of disoederly conduct.

Only a sociopath would call Rockne Newell a "victim" and support the low-life ambusher, while simultaneously calling for survivors of a murder spree to resign.

Sociopath is an accurate description of you.

  25. Forgot to mention the now $68K owed to BOH for defamation.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Well, when BOH owns whatever piece of shit Mezzawhacko is posting on, maybe the madness will stop. He'll also be able to walk around with your holster and play Yosemite Sam like you do.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Urban legend? For a delusional maniac, this is only true in her own mind.

If she can forget about a $68K judgment and the fact her house is about to be lost, it makes sense someone else can.

"Look people, I won these RTK requests and golly I do a fantastic job pro se. Oh yeah, apparently I screwed up big time and I'm losing my house. But I defeated the Enemy. I'm a winner. More whine?"

    ReplyDelete
  28. The poison posse cling to O'hares testes like barnacles having formed a strong bond over the years, one that will only be broken by incarceration of the sadist who gleefully participates in character assassination for sport.

    ReplyDelete
  29. @3:51 The only person headed towards incarceration is you. But you are completely oblivious.

One wonders if you will even have your house packed and cleared out, after being given proper notice, when they come to take it. You'll probably ignore the notices, and be drinking out on the deck, plotting your next RTK request.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Very true 3:51PM, about the character assassination part. What if it turns out to be true? Then I guess it's not character assassination, but more of an exposure to the truth. Who are these poison posse group you keep on referencing to? The rest the 16 member police force or the majority of Borough council? Or maybe both......you never really know?

    ReplyDelete
  31. The poison posse members will be exposed, Google has been subpoenaed FBI is involved and the campaign against Mezzacappa will end eventually, too bad the main culprit doesn't have a pot to piss in otherwise she would be rich.

The bucks barrister has taken the case and he has a pretty solid record against golem of Nazareth

    ReplyDelete
  32. What an insaniac. The above comment shows why she was found liable for defamation. She can't subpoena google without an underlying lawsuit, so that's lie #1. Her reference to the Bucks Barrister is a reference to Otter, a lawyer she fired and criticized on her blog after losing a case to me. He did win the Gracedale election challenge, but lost in multiple attempts after that to collect att'y fees, all the way to the Supreme Court. So that's lie #2.
Otter has not "taken the case." He represents her only in my suit against her. From what I've been told, he won't lift a finger unless the common scold wins her post trial motions. So that is lie #3.

I can guarantee that, once we get our ruling and can execute, she will be shown no mercy.

    ReplyDelete
  33. For some reason she isn't mentioning the libel suit that you won against her, the one with the judgment worth around $68,000.

So you will have a pot to pee in soon, if you don't already. Why isn't she taking this into consideration? It's mighty white of her, I might add. It's ironic that she will be paying for your attorney, when she hiding in her hovel instead of showing up in court.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Hopefully borough council told you to take a number then take a seat. Also I hope they told you and your poison posse to take a bath and get jobs.

    The rest of the world

  35. Let's get back on the topic of the Grand POOBAH, Chief Trachta.
During the monsoon rain, I spent some time perusing The archives of the newspapers of New York City. My Keywords were Brooklyn South Narcotics Corruption.
Wow! At one point in 2005, 70 Narcotics officers in Brooklyn South, where Trachta worked, were being investigated for crimes on the job. It ranged from faking time sheets, inflating arrests reports to make quotas, to robbing the drug dealers they were supposed to be taking off the street. In the past decade, I found stories detailing at least a dozen officers CONVICTED of felonies while working Narcotics in Brooklyn South.
So here is a question, OR TWO, for Chief Trachta. Did you know about any of it? Did you testify against the bad cops? And under just what circumstances did a guy like you leave The NYPD?
Has anybody ever really done an in depth check of your resume? I think someone should.
The Thing is, Chief Trachta has a position of authority that demands he be above all reproach.
I don't think he can say that. His actions of authoritative abuse mirror the behavior of where he came from, the notorious Brooklyn South Narcotics division. I read several stories detailing how Narcotics officers faked evidence, and several hundred convictions were vacated. I never saw Thomas Trachta named as a Perpetrator, but he is a product of that culture. Nazareth leaders should be concerned

    ReplyDelete
  36. Casey you are a pompous ass. You don't even know were Nazareth is at. You are so eager to kizz O'Hare's azz you just jump on his stinky bandwagon.

You are accusing the Chief of being involved in narcotics because you read about others involved in it. You should be ashamed of yourself but you are not. You are cut from the same disturbed cloth as O'Hare.

Unlike O'Hare you do have a pot to piss in and I hope the Chief and his family look into suing you for your slanderous comments.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Unlike Casey, you have not identified yourself and are unwilling to take responsibility for what you write. Casey made clear that he has no knowledge of any chicanery by Trachta during his time at Brooklyn South. He described a culture and my own research tells me there were in fact problems.

    ReplyDelete
  38. So it is slander to question the veracity of Chief Trachta's resume? At least I did some research. I also pointed out that I have yet to find his name connected to any illegal activity.
But he was a Narc in Brooklyn South, which has a long documented history as a cesspool for police corruption.
Do you really believe he was oblivious to the illegal and unethical activities of his peers?
If that is true, then he wasn't much of a police officer, was he?
Police officers are supposed to be PEACE OFFICERS. Their role is to keep the peace, not disrupt it. I don't see much peace keeping going on, it looks more like waging personal vendettas

    ReplyDelete
  39. You know you struck a nerve when they resort to personal attacks in response to a reasoned argument. Trachta could stop this right now by giving a full, rational, evidence backed explanation of the circumstances that led to his leaving the NYPD.
This is a challenge that he should be eager to accept. The problem he has, is that once he gives it, I will check its veracity. If he ignores this request, yet continues to go bananas on this blog, it will make you wonder what it is that he does not want public. That is the sad fact of it. He created this kerfuffle, now he has to deal with it.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Unlike O'Hare you do have a pot to piss in and I hope the Chief and his family look into suing you for your slanderous comments.

Soon, BOH will own your pot and be pissing in it on a daily basis. Have you finished packing up your house yet or are you busy walking around like an asshole with a holster?

I will also delete sweeping generalizations about mainstream parties or ideologies, i.e. identity politics.
