Three Males Arrested In Nazareth's Stickergate

After a week of nonstop investigation, Nazareth Police Chief Thomas Trachta has made an arrest in Stickergate. He paraded three males in front of the police station a few minutes ago, in shackles and handcuffs. Those three are accused of being the persons responsible for tiny 2" x 2" "FT Fire Tracthta" stickers that began popping up in Nazareth over the weekend.

Though these stickers have damaged nothing, and are protected free speech, Trachta is demanding 20 years in the electric chair.

Now all he needs to do is get those damn Freemason.

54 comments:

  1. Think as much effort would have gone into his investigation if they read, "I (heart) Trachta"?

Rhetorical. He wouldn't have suspects in custody so quickly if it were any other type of stickers.

Nazareth leaders need to find out how much money and resources were spent by him in this fool's errand.

  2. I hope they don't snitch

  3. An online reporter at an online newspaper reports online that:

"He disputed an online blog that said he ordered an officer to remove the offending decals ..."

I guess we shouldn't believe everything we see online?

  4. Bernie, are these hardened criminals having their anal cavities scraped for shit to be anal-yzed and compared to the aforementioned Bushkill Township shit? And does the location of the defecation determine jurisdiction? If so, shouldn't the FBI and INTERPOL be involved? I've watched a lot of lawyer shows and am pretty much an expert. But these questions have me perplexed. Shit law is quite complex.

I have not seen that quote anywhere, but know for a fact that Nazareth police and meter dudes were removing them on Monday.

  6. Just saw the quote in the MC account. It is contrary to what I myself saw.

  7. Except I have the wrong day. It was Tuesday.

Not the FBI. Too many Freemasons. But clearly, a crime of this magnitude requires an all out effort. Trachta will leave keep Nazareth free from stickers.

  9. This is a good reason for us to support capital punishment for the ghastly crime of putting up a 2x2 inch post-it? Next for throwing gum on the sidewalk in Nazareth you will get life in prison or worse.

  10. I see several yard sale signs posted illegally on telephone poles. They're next. Trachta will send his swat team for them next and bring them in shackled and chained.

  11. Good thing these guys weren't Masons, or they may have not made it for the perp walk that Trachta called the press in to photograph.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Absolutely 2:28. Nazareth criminals shouldn't be coddled. They should sit on borough council after obstructing investigations, pissing themselves in public, and driving drunk.

  13. ... with a police chief who won't arrest them so long as they follow his wishes.

... and a Mayor who needs to answer questions about finances at the fire company he recently left.

  14. If you were this aggressive following the "Chronicles of Angle", that would really be a help to the community.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Stay on topic, CraZy person. This has nothing to do with Angle.

  16. I knew it couldn't have been you who did this, Bernie. You would have spelled 'FT' incorrectly!

Kidding aside, just goes to show the Morning Call comes here for news tips!
    Good job.

  17. Fred, both papers were there because Trachta called therm. He wanted to put his own spin out there and get pics of them doing the perp walk in handcuffs and chains over 2" x 2" stickers. But it appears that his effort to play the press is backfiring, if the online comments are any indication.

  18. Though I'm cracking jokes, this is actually a very serious matter involving the First Amendment. It is very clear to any objective person that three people are being prosecuted simply for criticizing their police chief. Although Nazareth has canceled its kazoo parade, we all need to be reminded that some bold men took on, not just a tyrannical police chief, but the King Of the most powerful nation on earth. They declared their independence from a government of dictators. Today's dissenters are shackled and chained.

  19. The Morning Call is so sloppy in their reporting, they called the MDJ, "Daniel" Capobianco. I think that's news to MDJ John Capobianco.

  20. Actually Bernie your the backfire. these trhee just snitched on you as being the ring leader

  21. Defacing public property and breaking laws is not protected under the First Amendment. The nonsense written by you and your poison posse is protected up to a point.

You are a disbarred ass who continually shows why you are an emotional wreak no one take seriously.

  22. 3:40, Pamela is a careful reporter, and we all get things like that wrong. It is not as easy as it looks. She would be the first to agree and want to change that error.

    ReplyDelete
  23. 3:44, Except that a 2" x 2" sticker doesn't deface anything. So basically, these guys were charged for expressing their opinions.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I'm with Bernie. 2x2 stickers would barely cover my tip.

    ReplyDelete
  25. WFMZ is not reporting this story. Were they not invited because the chief doesn't have a TV at the police station?

    ReplyDelete
  26. Jus met with Gehrit, who was a gold mine of information about Trachta. He sat there during a conference call Trachta had with the DA's office, trying to get me charged for writing about him. But the're all MASONS, so it was no dice.

    ReplyDelete
  27. what a waste of resources

    ReplyDelete
  28. @3:42 @3:44 You need to go back to grammar school - literally. "Your the backfire" - WTF, is this West Easton ghetto language for fart? "Yo yo. Dude. Your the backfire!"

Poison posse = Mezzacappa's keyboard, backed up with this gem: "you are an emotional wreak no one take seriously." Check your look in the mirror, sweetie, cause it isn't good. An "emotional wreak" that "no one take seriously"? You must have been told this somewhere, and you're just regurgitating what you thought you heard through an ignorant filter. What the speaker actually said to you was, "you're an emotional wreck and no one takes you seriously."

It's a newsflash that there is allegedly a "poison posse". I thought all the mayhem was due to one person using multiple aliases, and capable of time travel so he can accomplish all this crime.

  29. @3:14 Actually she is on topic, in her world Bernie. She was disrespected by Ron (according to her), in of all places a meeting of county operatives, just last night. That is a raw gaping wound.

So twist any topic she can towards Ron for the next millennium. You've experienced this MO, I assume?

    ReplyDelete
  30. @1:21 Shit law? Bernie didn't specialize in that - it just appears he did. I'm convinced that when he needs expert shit advice, he "heads" straight for Angle. There may be some plagiarism that is being tolerated by Angle in return for favors. A grand jury may want to investigate this shit.

This may sound far "afield," but just look at the crap that is being alleged from across a few towns to the southeast?

    ReplyDelete
  31. Shackles and handcuffs for this non-sense. You have to be kidding me. It is time to fire this guy. There are illegal real estate signs, yard sale signs, political signs all littering Nazareth as I speak. All a lot worse than little tiny stickers. This is outrageous. Selective enforcement at its best. Nazareth better get ready to pay on this one. Hoping a good prominent Attorney comes to the aid of these young Political prisoners and does it for the big settlement that is to come. Signed... Outraged!!

    ReplyDelete
  32. It's great to see people paraded around like this.... Since when did manufacturing a 2x2 sticker become illegal in the US? Did I miss that in the Constitution? I think maybe these three kids should file a lawsuit against the department. It's clearly not worth the waste of tax payer $$$ and read the news media comments, they all support these kids! FT! I agree!

  33. Trachta: the GRAND POOBAH! of Nazareth! I think it is a great name, and should be used repeatedly, because it will PISS HIM OFF! When a Public Official becomes too Big for their Britches, we have a duty to remind him of who he answers to. I will always think of him as the GRAND POOBAH! Fire the POOBAH! Hope he tries to get the Upper Mac police force to arrest me!

  35. "He was uncooperative," Trachta said. "He refused to speak with us." This came from Lehighvalley live from the chief's mouth!
They have a right to speak you idiot, i feel bad for all of them!

    ReplyDelete
  36. Bozo's like Tracta are bad for the entire Lehigh Valley.

Discover Lehigh Valley, Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce and Lehigh Valley Economic Development need to speak up and get this clown Tracta removed before he causes more "Brand" damage!

  37. Charging them for this is going down a slippery slope. They should be required to clean them up, period.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Question is ,Will these actions taken by the police department be perceived by a jury has having been "In the color or the law'''?

    ReplyDelete
  39. Sorry , I Mean to say " In the color OF the law".

    ReplyDelete
  40. @9:53 You've come up with a new sticker. "FGB" in block letters, and underneath "Fire Grand Poobah"

    ReplyDelete
  41. 7:34, Actually, guys like Trachta are really bad for local business and Nazareth's image. Despite its proud history, this town is the laughing stock of the Lehigh Valley, and it is almost exclusively due to Trachta and his police department.

  42. "Bernie O'Hare the hypocrite removed my comment."
    @2:11
Bull. You're Mezzacappa. The removal of your comment here must be the reason you are posting, ad nauseam, on the LVL Trachta story.

  43. Careful 2:53,

She's has a gun... until O'Hare takes ownership of it.

  44. I am deleting comments posted anonymously by Mezzacappa, pretending to be a taxpaying resident of Nazareth. They come from IP 24.229.172.68, and ISP Penteledata. That is her. I am deleting her bc she is a liar, as demonstrated by the now $68,155 defamation verdict against her. She knows nothing about this matter, and is only taking the position she does bc of her hatred for me.

    ReplyDelete
  45. You might want to look at the posts she (or The Mentor?) left on the LVL Trachta story.
I've got a good libel case against somebody. I'm hoping it's not Mezzacappa. I don't want to have to wait in line behind you.

  48. MezzaOffHerMeds is doing her best to have more libel suits filed against her from the look of lvl. What a vindictive, bitter person she is, incessantly making libelous comments about people and stalking them.

She's probably bitterly disappointed Bernie wasn't indicted on charges of sticker application, and suspects he got these three losers to take the fall.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Before your hard drive crashes ---like the IRS director say's .Here is what I think , I was in Nazo today ,almost nobody knows about this sticker campaign. However, the overkill of the police department on a sticker issue here is in my humble opinion is over the top. I have to believe that this Sheriff Taylor in Maybury RFD would have called the boys in and had a heart to heart with them first.

  50. She should bring suit against herself ,You know ,the other personality, and get judgement, then subrigate her counselors E&O carrier.Pay off Bernie, and keep her personal possessions and her house !

  51. Keystone's cops may be in big trouble on this one... If they didn't at the very least observe a misdemeanor in progress, allege a felony or obtain a warrant prior to the arrest this is an illegal arrest on top of everything else.

I smell a civil rights suit brewing.
