Ott will have left Lehigh County without fulfilling any of the promises he made when he first ran for Commissioner. He promised to roll back the 16% tax hike he so bitterly opposed. That has not happened. He promised to reduce actual spending, but it's gone up under budgets that he helped fashion.
Ott never has been able to stay in any one place for very long. Even in Lehigh County, he's lived at at least three different homes during his short stay here. So it's no surprise to see him go.
But as he leaves, he heaps a mountain of praise on Lisa Scheller, tought by many to be the next GOP Executive candidate in Lehigh County.
"During my time on the Board, perhaps my greatest honor was nominating Lisa Scheller as chair. She’s a leader who understands organizational structure, budgets, labor negotiations and how to craft sound policy.”Ott forgets to mention that it is Scheller's dough that funded his runs for office.
I think tofay is Tom Muller's birthday.
This yahoo will feel right at home in Texas. Brinson is not far behind.
ReplyDeleteFeel great for us but bad for Texas... Cant we send him somewhere we don't like?
ReplyDeleteThe Banker
It is a great day for Lehigh County. How it must feel to be the person who everybody benefits by your leaving.
ReplyDeleteQuite literally, everyone who lives in Lehigh County will be better off on June 1.
it's Christmas, Easter, and New Year's Eve all at once. Don't let the door hit you on your way out, Scott.
ReplyDeleteThis guy never cared for the workings of Lehigh County. He only barely beat Cunningham because he was a newcomer. In the end, he really knew NOTHING about how the county worked. The voters were mislead! I'm jumping for joy because Woodman is also stepping down.... and double victory. Now the question is.... which came first, the chicken or the egg? Is Woodman leaving because his puppet is moving to Texas, or is Ott leaving because his sugar daddy stepped down? Inquiring minds wanna know!
ReplyDeleteTom Muller is more of a fraud than Scott Ott. Muller is a Republican that flipped politcal parties to keep his job and new car.
ReplyDeleteAt least Scott was honest. Not an arrogant hyocritcal ass like Musty Muller.
Scott, you will be missed! Lehigh County needs more leaders like Scott who have integrity and aren't afraid to be open about their faith. He's left a positive impact on the County and hopefully future Commissioners that will follow.
ReplyDeleteYou negative hating scumbags will denigrate anyone who doesn't fit your filthy almost proud Blue State leanings. Don't fret though, maybe the South won't rise again, a hurricane conservative wave is coming in November, thanks to Obamalini and consorts. Don't Mess with Texas, Pennsyltuckians!
ReplyDeletegood riddance
ReplyDeleteHe was a bright and shining star. A man of great and noble character.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your service,sir.
I'm sure we'll be hearing more from them in Texas as it's this religious republican types that more often steal from the people they serve.
ReplyDeleteTexas still has the death penalty too.
B.O. is spot on with his assessment of Ott.
ReplyDeleteThe guy seems to never finish anything he starts.
Scooter has a 12 inch peen, BOH allegedly has a micro peen that resembles a tic tac
ReplyDeleteYou must have seen BOH when his was wet, yunno, the white man shrinkage factor. Shame on you for spying on him in the men's sauna at the Y
ReplyDeleteLooks like my Scott Ott story has reminded some readers of my penis. As much as you might enjoy it, there are some who would prefer to discuss Ott.
ReplyDeleteIf you want to discuss my penis, talk to your wife.
Bernie,
ReplyDeleteYou also have a great sense of humor!
JOHN M
mister ott was a puppet not unlike Ronnie Reagan he had no ideas of his own only what the puppet master(s) told him to say. Please stay away and if you see Roy A keep him w/ you
ReplyDeleteSpending and taxes are up! Wahoo! Cue Happy Days Are Here Again! It's Christmas any time that happens! Tough shit to the dumb fux who have to pay up! Let's raise 'em higher! Celebrate!
ReplyDeleteNothing surprises me anymore. What next. How about Croslis changing his registration so he can be appointed to fill the vacancy. Or better yet Elmer Gates takes over the stewardship of the Lehigh County Republicans. Now that's news. Even in North Carolina the T party lost its luster. Time for a rebirth of the republican brand.
ReplyDeleteI am not surprised at all. Vaya Con Dios Mr. Ott.
ReplyDelete"If you want to discuss my penis, talk to your wife.
ReplyDelete6:31 PM"
Burn!
-Clem
Ott and Texas deserve each other!
ReplyDeleteWhat KILLS ME is YOU ASSHOLE VOTER's VOTED OTT IN and NOW YOU TURN ON HIM. WHERE IS OUR 16 % TAX ROLLBACK YOU and YOUR REFORM TEAM PROMISED US. YOU and the OTHER COMMISH'S and REFORM TEAM Have DONE NOTHING for the L/C TAX PAYER's. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU and NOW GO LIE and BLOW SMOKE UP TEXAS PEOPLE'S ASS'S ... DO YOU NEED HELP PACKING TO GO TO TEXAS ????
ReplyDelete2:28.... not all LC Republicans voted for OTT! There are many of us who just cannot stand him and the gang of 4...and Woodman for that matter! There is joy again within the LCRC!
ReplyDeleteYour attacks are of course mean spirited. Mr. Ott most of us thank you for your service to the county. Unlike some county officials you have not sold your soul for money and a big pension. Or even a new corvette for that matter.
ReplyDeleteYou have always been a gentleman who has a wonderful speaking voice and projects a well groomed and professional appearance.
We thank you for your attempts to reform the corrupt nature of Lehigh County government and you eloquent speeches on behalf of taxpayers,
Thank you sir and good luck. Remember those who attack you look and act like the things they are.
What a load of bullshit about a guy wholly owned by mean spirited big money.
ReplyDeleteA phony at the service of thev1%.
