Don't Tell Scott Ott About Home Heating Help

Shhh! Don't tell Scott Ott, but the feds plan to help one out of every ten Pa. homeowners with their heat bills this Winter. Though Ott claims Lehigh County Commissioners are the "last line of defense" for the poor taxpayer, those Commie bastards in D.C. snuck this right by his nose.

"Have they no family? Have they no church connections, no neighbors that love them?" is what Ott asked about those sneaky 85 year old seniors getting fed at taxpayer expense. But that was just $30,000. This will be $375 per family, or $175 million statewide.

Maybe they could just burn Democrats for fuel, but I understand we smell bad.

  1. This is the kind of socialist liberal Democrat nonsense that Ott has fought against. Musty Muller fought it to. Now the he wants to up his county pension for his new corvette, Muller is singing the socialist song.

Parasites are destroying this nation. Scott knows that but the merchants of hate drowned him out with money.

  2. Well, don't giver up your fight for freedom. You'll have an opportunity again in two years to freeze and starve seniors.

  3. Bernie is proof that deadbeats think alike, not fulfilling his own potential; always looking for the money of those who fulfilled theirs.

  4. My hope is the conservative selected in Northampton County clean up and clean out the parasites. There are plenty of places to save money and starting next year the takers will be rooted out. Privatize the prison, stop spending millions of non-required dollars in superfluous human services. There is even more.

Thank God that Northampton County made the 'right' choice in its elections.

Since you have more time than God on your hands, is it safe to say you receive "assistance"?

    Inquiring minds want to know.

It would certainly explain your extremist view that your hand in my pocket is somehow a good thing.

  6. @5:01, could it be "Farmer" Ron is a major patron of the "Hate Hut"? High voltage nuclear launching pads of defamation require lots of subsidies.

  7. 4:58. They made that choice 4 years ago too and... Here we are at the same exact spot we where in then. Things only started to happen 2 years ago when the liberals got elected, started working with everyone, and together got rid of the swap, sold two run down buildings, leased a new state of the art centralized building, built an archives building and brought our paperwork back home and fixed a dozen or more bridges and saved gracedale. Yes the new T-Baggers are going to make a BIG difference in NORCO. Remember the movie Groundhog Day? Here we go again

  8. Right now, roughly 50% of all citizens pay no federal income tax, and some even get refunds of taxes they actually didn't pay in the first place.
Challenge the 'free money' society and folks WILL get nervous!

The Tea Party premise is solid.

Government IS too big, and growing every day. Citizens ARE taxed too much. This balloon is destined to pop.

  9. The so-called "conservatives" elected four years ago turned out to be liberal big spenders. Just toadies for John 'oneybags'Stoffa.

You are right, they joined the liberals and leased an unnecessary multimillion dollar boat anchor. Left the swawption build to $30 million before dumping it. Thy also bought an unnecessary archives shed for two million.

They gave huge raises out to employees and screwed up the sale of the white elephant Gracedale. They even supported spending a quarter of a million dollars more on an insider slush transport contract.

They are no friends of real conservatives. Hopefully the new Republicans who campaigned in the primary at least on being true fiscal conservatives, can turn things around at the county.
In two years McClure and Parsons will be gone and We will have a clear super majority.

  10. I love when anonymous people ask me personal questions, hoping it supports their position. The answer to your question is no. I receive no assistance of any kind from any branch of government. I have not even applied for social security. But go ahead and lie.

Poverty builds character, poor people without money for heat are less likely to die of house fires or of carbon monoxide poisoning. Bernie benefits from a generous layer of blubber and also has a fine collection of sweatsuits that keep him nice and toasty.

  17. If the "Feds" want to redistribute wealth, such as this program, and we keep electing them, then it's our own damn fault.
I just wish Bernie would stop saying the money is coming from the "feds" and note correctly and honestly that the money is coming from "the taxpayers" or "the ChiComs".
Real libs won't do that because it may eventually cause the light to shine on the political roaches, and they can't have that.

I love the teabag mantra that over 50 percent of americans don't pay federal income tax. The figure is a distortion, if not an outright lie.

The republicans drive the economy over a cliff, drive historic levels of American families into poverty, and then bitch when these families don't pay taxes.

  19. It is more accurate to identify the branch of government, so you know the Commies who dare help people with their home hearing .

  21. I posted this to show just how ridiculous his approach is. I know that some would rather I not tell the truth. He was a bad candidate who could easily have won. I believe Mike Schware, who was elected, would vote against this if he had the opportunity.

  22. Actually Bernie, You're doing a public service publicizing the fuel heat program. Some seniors do not know they can have help paying the high oil bill. Please mention this again as the colder weather approaches.

  23. Bernie , programs like this are riddled with fraud. Up here on college hill where my better half and me live in entry level housing ,-_but it's paid off- a DELIVERY OF TAX PAYER OIL WAS MADE to one the five biggest homes on the hill. I mean,I could live in the foyer. This is not how or what fuel "HELP " was intended to do. People should be assigned life coaches to tell them how it work out problems. The tax payer should not be held hostage again for irresponsible actions that cause hand outs .Don't worry the "TAX PAYER "will find away around things this year , like not giving himself the salary he once did and making use of "EXPENSE}" forms. Then what happens, less money sent it by wealth as income.

  24. Peter, every program designed to help people will be abused. Just as every bank is subject to embezzlement. But you don't close the bank or stop helping people, you instead work at stopping the fraud.

Now you claim someone in college hill in a hotsie totsie house is scamming the government. Give me the name and address. Don't post it here. Email it to me at BOHare5948@aol.com. If you are right, I can guarantee you it will be stopped.

yah yah yah we all get it that muller has a corvette. you need to come up with a new line. he has been a corvette collector for many years. scott lost. face it he lost. if you hate parasites so much maybe you should come out of your septic tank and run for office. Is it you that recommended Northampton correctional facility hire mall cops to protect the general public from the inmate? that's a great idea. STUPID!
